I went to several places that were picky about the bottles they do recycle.
Someone who lives in the area told me about this place. ProTek.
I called and asked if they recycle bottles? The man that answers says “We do electronic recycling .”
I said “ Ok… Do you mean if they have a barcode to scan?”
He hangs up! How rude.
What He should’ve said is “No. We do not recycle bottles. We recycle Electronics.”
That is simple to understand.
Customer service training needed at this place, urgently!
My experience working work ProTek was fantastic from start to finish. Marie outlined the process for me from our first phone call and made it a point to check in with me right up to the day of pickup. The pickup crew was courteous, friendly and quick. They took what we needed and left the place clean. I highly recommend them for your e-recycling needs!
Very easy to recycle all of our old general electronics for free. They also offered hard drive destruction for a small fee which was very convenient. Everyone was friendly and professional.
From start to finish I was so happy with Pro Tek Recycling. They were able to do the pick up on my limited availability & all the necessary paperwork was sent over and fully explained to me. The guys showed up on time, were polite and very efficient. I would highly recommend Pro Tek.
