Does not honor NAPA nationwide warranty. Apparently they are an independent parts store when it comes to that.
All the other major chains have no problem at any location. Latham had no problem replacing the bad alternator.
Other than that they seem to have lots of parts. I did order something online and they had it quick.
I agree with the last post that the customer service is poor, I will even add very poor. I went into purchase a battery for an RV, which was actually a duplicate of a battery I previously purchased. I was able to show the person exactly what I needed. There was no pleasantry at all, when I asked a question I was given an answer by the staff person that insinuated I was stupid. There are so many choices that we can make our purchases from. Trying to buy locally is important, but pleasantries, customer service outweighs this. This was an extremely disappointing experience
This is the parts store I usually go to. They are not the cheapest, but I believe that is because the parts they offer aren't cheaply made. And they always have the part I need and I have a FIAT. Parts for that are not easy to come by without going to the dealership.
Called and Ordered a power steering pump day prior told me it would be there, left work early and I get there and I was told “ someone didn’t drop the ball and they can’t get it”
Poor customer service. This is an "independently" owned store so they would not take a brake core from another store. I also wanted to buy oil, there were no prices on any of the oil. Was told prices fluctuate too much to put prices on them. Store also closes an hour earlier then other NAPAs.
Been here a few other times. Both times items I needed did not have prices. Had to bring different brands to the counter to scan them to see which was a better price.
Called to see if they had a battery for my specific car. I arrived 20 minutes later and they had it at the counter waiting for me. Chose to install it myself and they told me I could use the drive in front of their garage. Even came out a while later to make sure everything was going okay. Good people, reasonable prices.
Sales people knowledgable, friendly and don't assume a woman doesn't know what she is talking about. Nice! If they don't have what you need they will get it.
Great addition to our small community.
I frequent this store on a daily basis and enjoy the personal service from the few local employees.
I'm glad to wait a minute extra to get professional and polite service.
It is refreshing to see a small family run business like this one doing well in a world full of Impersonal big box chain stores.
TOP NOTCH NAPA LOCATION! Very friendly staff and well stocked store. The owners and staff are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. If you don't shop here you should start. Only a short 15 minute country drive from Albany/Delmar. Seriously it takes longer than that to get from one side of Albany to the other anyway. Save yourself the road rage and go see Kaela and TJ. You will arrive and leave in a good mood. : )
