I needed a hard to find headlight wiring harness; Diane is always kind and incredibly knowledgeable what she does not know she finds out.

Diane and the rest of Dunston’s operates within the definition INTEGRITY. We appreciate doing business with a locally owned and operated business that is MORE THAN honest and fair. Our family business recently purchased a used Ford Transit Connect from Dunston’s. We were using the vehicle for a few months when we encountered a problem with the transmission. I should say that we bought the vehicle for a fantastic price considering the mileage and overall condition of the vehicle. Well, we had some pretty extensive repairs done to the transmission(total of purchase price and repairs still not equaling the KBB value of the vehicle). Dunston’s assisted us with getting our vehicle to Ken Jewitt’s transmission shop for the repair. When we picked the vehicle up on completion the crew at Dunston’s insisted on contributing money to the repair. We did not ask for this, we did not expect this and frankly we don’t feel deserving of this. They insisted. We had ABSOLUTELY NO hard feelings on the purchase we made or the consequent problems. Dunston’s insisted that they contribute to the repairs because it is what they felt was right. Not enough people like that in the world today, especially in business. We are grateful for their honesty, integrity and care in this matter and will be returning (as we have for many years) to give them our business. Thank you Dunston’s!!!

I had a flat tire and was able to make it to the Stewart’s across the street. I tried to repair it with my fix a flat kit in the back of my hatch but that didn’t fix the leak. I noticed the Dunston Bros shop across the street and decided to see if there was anything they could do. The gentleman there was very courteous and I explained my situation to him. He didn’t think he was able to help but he walked across the road to take a look anyway. Turn out I needed a new tire and was able to get one through my dealership. However I didn’t want to leave my car at Stewart’s in case it would take awhile to get the new tire so after asking the gentleman if I could leave my car there he said yes without hesitation and even moved a car out of the way so I could have a spot to park mine. I’m so grateful for this man and company for being so kind and helpful in a stressful situation! Thank you so much!

I really want to like this place but there is some terrible disconnect between us. I have the money, they have the parts. They just don't call me back. 'Oh Yeah an 8 lug Chevy spare 16"? We have thousands. But you can't have even one.' My old man calls the same day for a replacement of literally every component his 3.5 wheeled 'Civic' is made of, and they not only call him back as soon as they hang up, but deliver the part by drone within the hour - and include a shiny 6 lug Chevy rim just to spite me. He states it's because I'm under 6' tall but I doubt the brothers care. Next time my truck disassembles on I88 I'll do my best to sound taller. Dunston Brothers, this is a 4 star plea.

I called Dunston Brothers for a used part, they did not have it in stock but they took the time to jump on the computer to search other shops and found me what I needed. In my opinion they went above and beyond. I will always call them first when I need a used part.

Lady is very rude! Seems like she is out of it never again will i call this unprofessional people again! Im pricing a part and she says why you wouldnt be able to get it from the part store?? Lol why would i be calli a junkyard if i can get it from the partstore just stupid!

With no pick and pulls around within 2 hours this place has a great selection of older parts, unlike many others who crush everything. I check here first before the web. Fair prices too. They should open a pick and pull facility.

Today i called for a axle for a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee Orvis they had the part the same day at a lower price then i could find a new one for on the web. Easy , fast, friendly .........parts for a 20 + year old jeep are hard to find . Dealer said part was discontinued in 2015 . I will go back
