I have never left a review on anything in my life but this shop is more than deserving of five stars. While out in Colorado I went into a ditch where the side of my truck found a tree to grind against as I went off. All of the shops out west couldn't get me in for at least a few months. I got in contact with Kyle and he was able to get me in the same week I was coming home for the holidays. He made the entire process seamless and explained every aspect from working with my insurance to the repair timeline. Great communication the entire time and got my truck looking brand new in a few weeks. If you're looking for a repair shop, this is the place to go. They took so much stress out of the entire process and did a phenomenal job. Kyle is the man and a huge thank you to the entire teem at Auto Cosmetics you guys rock.

From my very first call with Kim at Auto Cosmetics of Voorheesville, I could tell I was in great hands. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the insurance and claims process—which I especially appreciate as an insurance agent who has seen far too many shops be more reactive than proactive, often leaving their customers frustrated and confused. Everyone I spoke to took the time to clearly explain what the steps were, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. Jeff (the owner), Ryan and team run an excellent operation. We got a reasonable estimate and the car was repaired and ready as promised and it looks great now. Wow! Voorheesville has a business that is a gem for the area.....even if you live further away, it is worth it. Can’t say enough great words. I was already going through a terrible time dealing with insurance for an accident that was not my fault, but my experience with Auto Cosmetics was incredible. The only downside is I wish I knew about them sooner!!! Adam and his team had my car fixed in less than 24 hours (now this may not be the case for everyone of course depending on damages and how busy they are) but just look at the photos. I couldn’t be happier. The price they quoted me at couldn’t be beat by anywhere else. Jeff texted me throughout the day with picture updates every few hours. I’m so happy this experience that started out so terrible ended so great with this collision center and their team. Thank you guys!!!

I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs body work done on their car. I hit a deer and had extensive damage done to my front end bumper and driver's side door. Jeff ( the owner) put all brand new parts on my car and gave me a huge discount because of the wait for parts that were coming from other states.
