My entire experience was perfect. Everyone working on my car service was very friendly and professional and my express service was done very quickly. Thank you to Chaystin Peters and everyone on the team. Somehow they finished my fiancés car service and my car service at the same time which was a delightful surprise. And I got to visit with another Subaru owners dog while I waited.

Upon arriving, I drove my car right in. All my info was ready to go. My 30k service was completed in a timely manner. Everything was reviewed with me, paid, and my car was running and waiting for me. I traveled over an hour because I know they have great service. Also, more reasonable than another dealer closer to me.

We were greeted by Aaron B on arrival at Goldstein Subaru and worked with him to what new Subaru we were looking to move up to, we reach a decision. Aaron then gave us a delivery date, introduced us to Kevin K to handle the financials, and introduced us to Joe K who handled the delivery. This place gave me the best deal of any I investigated which was many. They also were so accommodating I'm 75 years old and I've never dealt with a dealer as accommodating as this place and I've dealt with many .Patrick teeter was the best He actually picked me up and brought me there when I needed to get there. Everyone who works here is extremely nice, and that makes having to come here bearable. My family and I have owned Subarus since I was a child, and I’ve been coming here since the '80s. It’s been over 40 years, and the wait times have been consistently long. It has gotten better after the new building but it’s still so slow. It shouldn’t take 2.5 hours for a basic oil change service. This is the closest dealership to me, so I’m forced to get my oil changed here for the warrantee. The technicians are great, but it’s frustrating that it takes a very long time. My kids told me that they miss the hot dogs and popcorn from their childhood. Having these snacks back would make the insanely long wait times a lot better.

I was so impressed with the personnel @ Goldstein Subaru. Sean was the most low key salesman I have ever met. No pressure sale tactics, and provided thorough information about the Forester. Charles was just as impressive helping with the financing. He worked to get a good deal with a discount for me. Was nice to be introduced to Luke Goldstein. Highly recommend the dealership.

I have always had great experiences at Goldstein with the customer service, sales service department, and any personnel who are there. I feel confident in bringing my car to Goldstein. I’ve also heard from several people in the community before purchasing my Subaru that Goldstein is a great auto dealership and community and it is better than the other Subaru dealers. I know I particularly felt what part of the family that is referred to the Subaru family when I got my car repaired on this visit. I appreciate all your assistance that was Given to me while I was having my car serviced. The car absolutely needed to be repaired and was not a choice. Staff was friendly, polite, and very caring of my situation. I appreciate Goldstein Subaru very much. I have had great service there since I purchased my car and my initial encounter with Kevin Benson my sales person. I would highly recommend Goldstein Subaru to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Walked in looking to buy one of the two 2023 Imprezas. Wanted to trade my truck in. Took the car for a test drive. When I got back, saw what I wanted for my trade and the numbers were in line of what I was looking for. Easy decision. I got a great car, got extended warranty package. Went to my bank and got a bank check and deal was done. No pressure sales. Joe and Michelle were kind and respectful.

I discussed exactly what I was looking for, and he took the time to walk me through my options and helped me find my perfect new car—a 2025 Crosstrek Premium. I’ve been a Goldstein Jeep customer for years and previously purchased two cars there, but my experience with Sean at Goldstein Subaru truly stood out. The entire process was thorough yet quick and easy, with no pressure. Before I left the lot, Sean even sat in the car with me to go over settings, safety features, and helped set up my phone and radio preferences, which I really appreciated. I have purchased my past 4 cars from Goldstein Subaru and their sales and service staff have been terrific! They constantly follow up to ensure my cars are running well and always ask what they can do to improve. I've had car problems only a couple of time and they went above and beyond to get the issues resolved.

I went to Goldstein on a friend’s recommendation, as I needed a new car. Usually, I’m not a fan of car-buying experience— feeling pressured or judged— however everyone at Goldstein was friendly and transparent about the process from start to finish and I left with a 2025 Subaru that I couldn’t be happier about. A special note of appreciation to Yuko for all her knowledge and care— she goes above and beyond!

Goldstein has one of the best service departments I've ever encountered. I love that they have express service that doesn't require an appointment for things like oil changes and inspections. Everyone is always very pleasant and attentive.

I don't think many go to a car dealership expecting a particularly enjoyable experience. Goldstein Subaru however, changed my perspective. Gabriel Camilo, JP Wallas, and Kevin Khattar were incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. I'm super happy with the service and am a huge fan of my new forester. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

This has to be my best car buying experience ever. Everyone was so helpful and patient from the online sales person to the salesman and the financial person. The manager introduced himself which was nice. My salesman went through everything on my car and sent me on my way. I’ve never been to a dealership and felt so welcome

Despite being really busy, the service rep was professional, accommodating, and informative. Work was fast. Waiting area so clean (thank you) and warm despite super cold day. The cost was lower than estimate because they were honest about it taking less time to fix something. It was about as easy and reassuring as a visit to a car service dealership can be. Thank you.

I drove over a hundred miles and back and back again to pick up a Certified Pre-Owned Crosstrek Wilderness at Goldstein Subaru. Patrick Comas contacted me immediately when I showed interest in their selection - as it turns out, they had THREE cars which met my criteria. In the end, Patrick Teeter helped me figure out which one would work best for my budget and my needs. He even went the extra mile to get me new cargo keys that went missing before I arrived. Michelle Hamel was able to secure a better financing deal than I expected, which enabled me to purchase a Subaru Gold+ plan that should have ALL my bases covered. All in all, it was well worth the trip. If I’m ever in a situation where I needed to go this far out of my way to purchase a car that meets all of my demands, I hope I end up at Goldstein Subaru again! And no, this is NOT an AI-generated review, just ask them… I’m like this all the time!

Goldstein has amazing customer service. They gave me a new loaner car and kept me constantly updated on my car’s status via text and email. The technician provided a very thorough video inspection and explanation of needed repairs. Pricing was fair and transparent. Very honest about which things are really needed. Repairs were completed promptly and checkout was quick.

From my first inquiry, this is a top notch place to purchase a car. The moment my sons and I walked in we were warmly greeted and promptly served. Our salesman, Rob Albright, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. He took his time with us, listening to what we were looking for, and never rushed us to make a decision. We tried out several vehicles to find the 'right fit', and gave us plenty of time to think about it. And when we decided on a car, a 2025 Impreza Hatchback, and it had to be ordered, Rob called us to keep us informed as to its status. Purchasing a car from Goldstein is the beginning of a great relationship with continued service and Rob Albright is the best salesman ever. Thank you, Goldstein Subaru, and thank you, Rob!

I had a hitch installed on a 2019 Outback I just purchased. I have no idea how they could have cut it so far off center when there’s a template and even drawing it free hand you can see where the center of the bumper is. I’m going to contact them tomorrow to see if they’ll order a new bumper cover. So I’ll update with what happens next. Editing: They told me that the gap on the left was intentional because you would put the pin in there, but that's clearly not true because most pins require space on either side, and the pin usually goes on the right not left for most people. I contacted Subaru and they just deferred to the service center. I read online that most of them will flip the template to leave space on each side equally. So this is both a design flaw by Subaru AND a failure to correct it, or at least notify me that the bumper cut would not be centered and ask if I'd like it centered. It's easy to do, easy to ask. They won't, they didn't. So FYI, if you're having a hitch installed ASK FOR THE CUT TO BE CENTERED because they won't inform you it won't be, and then won't correct it. Another edit: Someone reached out to me and and scheduled an appointment to make the cut equal on both sides, no cost. I'm really very grateful because it was non functional with certain pins having the hitch right up against the bumper on one side. I hope Subaru fixes this in their hitch kits or adds some kind of guidance about flipping the template around so there's space on each side of the hitch.

Each person I dealt with was extremely friendly and very thorough when going over the vehicle and paperwork process. Very tentative to what I was interested in and not trying to push a different vehicle or any unnecessary stuff onto me like other dealerships I had went to in the past did. Definitely the best experience I had and would recommend that if anyone is looking for a vehicle to come here. They will be fair and treat you right. Loving my new 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Premium

I am new to Albany from FL and had to get my car registered and inspected. I headed over to my new Subaru dealer and had two incredible experiences with their service department. The service team went above and beyond with my questions and little things I needed accomplished. The wait was under an hour for my inspection and the waiting area is really nice. All of the service members I dealt with were truly so helpful. So happy to have Goldstein Subaru as my new dealership! 10/10 recommend!
