At 10am 10/8/20 a Loomis truck blatantly cut me off this morning because the driver took a right hand turn onto rt 9 from fuller rd right before crossroad ford in ravena when my truck was about 40 ft. he clearly didn't look left to see me driving. I had to run off the road with my family in my truck on the right side of the road since a car was coming the other way. In addition, when he turned, he also put on his brakes. I called the number and reported the truck 17037 plate ny 87641 mk. The operator said thanks and have a nice day so it doesnt seem they actually do anything about it.
Well today when I went to keybank on Union st in Schenectady, NY I was shocked and tick off and I have 2 pictures to prove it they feel they can use handycap spot and almost half of the handicap grid that because they are making a pickup or delivery.
Plan and simple they can't park there period. When I was inside I told the 1 guard they know better than to do that. When I went out side and took a picture of the truck the the guard inside the Loomis armored truck told me i can't take pictures well yes I can and I also took a picture of the front where they were. This time the truck guard open the door and again told me I can't take pictures and then told me i still had a another spot that I use, and so what was the big deal because I had to walk a couple of extra steps!!!!! well again what they both did is 100% against the state and federal laws. Yes I know they most likely they are told to use the closet spot for security reasons. This doesn't make them above the law. So yes I was aggravated. Are they an emergency call no, are they an police no, are they fire truck no, are they ambulance no, are they allowed to block and use handycap spots NO.
