Experience with Marco was very good and I would give him a five star for sure. As far as the pick up of a vehicle, I would give them a one star as I was told I would get a driver over there within an hour so I waited so I could give him the title and the check and get the check and I had to call back over there twice Got a hold of someone else who told me it may be tomorrow which would’ve been unacceptable. I would’ve had to pay another. Day of storage and after waiting over two hours, finally the driver showed up I will give the driver also a five star As he was apologetic And very efficient

The entire process was very easy and fast. I went on line and put in my car’s info. I received a very good offer (compared to what others were going to give me). I called to set up the transaction and they would have come the same day to take it away. They came the next day at my request. I deposited the check (approx $2,000) and it cleared in one day. Great customer service. Experience over the phone and through negotiation.Only negative drawback was delivery truck driver was very unprofessional, waited in front of my house an hour before agreed pick up time and was screaming at someone on his phone pacing up and down the street for forty five minutes. The offer was easily twice that of others. This of course triggered the “too good to be true” alert.
I took several days to research the company and look for reviews. There were not a lot of reviews out there for this company in particular, however there was some for the parent company Copart. Most had positive experiences so I decided to go ahead. Car was picked up when they said they would pick it up. Tow truck driver had the check in hand. Check was cleared by my bank. Absolutely no issues here. Staff were answered all my questions and concerns.

I was inquiring about selling my truck since it had broken down. I called this outfit and talked to a representive of the company. He was very cordial and informative and took vital information about my truck. Waited only a minute or two and he came back with an offer which I accepted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. 100% reliable.
I have had 2 positive experiences with this company. First, my vehicle was totaled in a wreck. They picked up the vehicle in a timely manner and even saved my license plate for me. In the the second experience, I sold another vehicle. They offered a fair price, picked up the vehicle on the next business day, and paid immediately. Very easy transaction.
A very quick and easy experience. I was quoted a certain amount for my car and it was the highest of all the places I contacted. The customer service representative was incredibly helpful and kind. I had a pickup time scheduled in less then 24 hours. The tow truck driver was kind as well and had my car removed within 10 minutes. Easy exchange of keys, title and check. I would highly recommend this business to anyone trying to junk their car.
The sale of our used car was very simple and straight forward. One item that was somewhat confusing is having two representatives negotiating at the same time. Fortunately the higher bid was honoured.
It didn’t take much time and the rep’s were respectful and business like.

Martha was the representative who worked with us to sell our car to cash for cars. She was Excellent. We made a deal over the phone and arranged for the car to be picked up from my residence. She was always prompt with responses to my questions and extremely professional. We were happy with the offer and glad to get rid of the car. My only complaint was the tow company told us a time for pick up of 8-12 and it was not picked up until 6:00 pm. However the tow driver was fast and efficient and came with check in hand. I recommend the service and would use them again. As a matter of fact I will keep Martha’s email address in case a friend or family needs a referral.
