Roberts changed my fifth wheel tire on the NYS thruway on 8/5/2018 by Albany NY and they were there with in 40 minutes of my call and the mechanic was very polite and helpful. Nice people and company.
Roberts Towing gave us immediate service during a stressful breakdown, they stay'd in contact with us thought while we were at a safe location off the highway. The service was outstanding with a state of the art truck and you could tell a very experienced driver. They had our vehicle to the dealer for the repair and we were back on the road. All these bad reviews are coming from an upset family who lost a member. They are now HARASSING this company for doing their job. It's childish and immature. If you use Roberts towing you already know how great a business this is. The best around.
