Absolutely horrible my Insurance Company called them to tow my truck after it got hit ……5 hours later still not here!!! Ridiculous!!! I’ve called 3x right to VM texted twice said an hour that was 2 hours ago SMH
Will never give another tow company my keys… I was Towed by MIMI’s n they marked down they took my keys.. I went to pick up my bike. Key is missing. Called mimi’s and got hung up on bc he couldn’t find the pic of my key in my bike, n got mad saying i never gave it to him... Got it all on cam that i gave him the key. NEVER ASK MIMIS FOR A TOW!!! if i could. i would give a -10/10 rating…
My dealer had me call them for roadside assistance. I had Asked the tow driver to check the battery of my wife's car before towing out of my driveway. I wasn't there to make sure he propwerly did. He just hooked cable's up to the battery for my wife to see that he did it, kept it there for less than 2 minutes, then claimed it wasn't the battery and took the car. Anyone with common sense would know that's an incorrect way to check a charge on a battery. He Obviously planned to take the car regardless. I would not use them for anything ever again.
They did more damage to my car while moving it and stole stuff out my car. They do not own an actual lot the just drop it off on other lots and they are lies about almost everything
These people is so unprofessional I been waiting 4 hour to get my car tow every time I called them he will say give me another hour calling my man while laughing this company is a joke I filed a complaint with progressive told them don't have theses unprofessional people picking up people cars
They were assigned to us for roadside assistance. They came before the eta got my car up quickly and safely to the shop. The driver was courteous and efficient.
They buy cars and don't send the information in to DMV to have titles put in there name. They try to sell you a car and tell you that there is no need to sign a title because they are a dealership ...whatever you do...Do NOT buy a car from them they are scamming people .. Decided didn't want the car and now they won't return the money... They also claim the buy cars from the auction no they don't they buy them from other car dealerships such as peddle LLC ... DMV told me I couldn't register the car they tried selling me because I could not sign title ...that the seller which is this company signed the title and NVR obtained a title in there name.. The title has three different signatures on the back and is no good to us...buyer beware ...they will scam you for your money
