I new this company am surely very disappointed and totally wouldn't recommend this company . Insurance agent that work with your company Allstate. Never give the values and common courtesy to even answer phone. I ask several times where car went! Lies it very devastating consequences. Car was at local body shop August 8. They never picked up 15 and than I8. Because I had to do my own investigate 1) if you informed body shop manager properly lot numbers # i received Allstate on phone. You would had this car two weeks ago. Highly critical evaluating my vehicle valued and standards. You dont know what professional being is. Shouldn't be in critical shape and decision-making position. O may not be from here .But surely note your disrespect and lies about my car. Proof of all my repairs and Highly care maintenance checks. . I will never recommend Copart. The many other body shop that characters and dignity. They benefit their professional as way to maintain lifestyle. The take pride in Values and qualified standards. Treatment is outstanding and serves you like family. Shame business tactic. 25 pictures and 5 years of maintenance records. You can never equal my credit abilities. I would be able to best job you can't. Crush people and auction off junk cars and excellent car that were in accident of no fault. REPAIR IT TRIPLE PRICE THAN ORIGINAL OWNER YOU GAVE CLAIMS IS LESS than truth gave. Terrible company. This my vehicle look like before accident. I am still ownership. Never go behind customer back . Contact finance company. Inform them the owner sign off. Absolutely not settled. Ask them guarantee release of title. When I still ownership and making payment you . I haven't signed no settlement. I still hold title from lien holder. Updated no title . No payment received. Now i processing is call albany county sheriff's department. U THINK ABOUT PROOF OF PAYMENT! TRACKING NUMBER UPS! FEDEX. SHAMELESS. REPORTS THIS COMPLEX TO CORPORATE OFFICE Total investigation on bad faith business practices. Extra lump sums for fraudulent activities. 3, 000 of wisdom. I very disappointed i have to teach large business to fair anf legal transactions. . I never recommend you business . Green and trustworthy Blue Southern folks have dignity and integrity! Might get reevaluate on business tactic.

Be very wary of this place. I have yet to see for myself, any recent photos online of the cars they have on their lot. The photos of cars online are from months ago, taken likely on the first day the car arrived. The trees in their photos are still green, you can feel the July heat through the photos. It’s now October and Fall colors have set in. I’d also like to mention it appears CoPart has recently done away with labeling dates and times of when vehicles first arrive at their lot. Just a month ago you were given the date and time of a vehicle’s arrival. It is very likely these cars are not in good condition and they do not look like their online photos. Many of the vehicles have their bumpers & headlights ripped off, even cars that are in seemingly good condition otherwise. My guess? So that they can photograph the radiator, intercooler, etc. but they don’t put it back on. These cars are left exposed to the elements and for months longer than advertised online. If you’re looking to buy a car from here, inspect it thoroughly for extra damage. What’s interesting is these cars are then marked online as having “frontal damage” and “minor dents and scratches” tacked on after. A few ideas come to mind as to why they further damage these vehicles: parts cataloguing and inflated damage narrative. I have witnessed for myself in person, cars being dropped and roughly handled by forklifts. Items being stolen from vehicles by yard workers. If you still want your car, do not let your car be taken here. If the insurance company deems it a total loss, cool. but do not sign over ownership or title. If you still want to retain your car, do not sign off on a settlement agreement. Because until then, the vehicle is still legally yours (as long as you’re still paying the monthly loans on it if you have a lien holder). Do not let an insurance company pressure you to have your car sent here, they want to have someone come out and “inspect it” to see if it’s a total loss? Great, that can be done in your driveway. There is NO reason your car needs to be sent here (if u still want to keep it). CoPart and your insurance company will put up quite a fight to keep your car here, even if you’re still the legal owner of it. They want it to accumulate damage here so you’ll give up on it. This is where cars go to die.

if i could give it ZERO STARS i would. my car was brought here after my insurance company totaled my car (the front end was messed up that was literally it) i had THOUSANDS of dollars worth of jewelry. personal belongings and i bunch of mail and medications in my center consuls and glove department!!!! i went in to ask where all of my things were and they told me they don’t touch those things when the cars come in… i had my grandmothers handicap sticker in my glove department… when they handed me the envelope with my license plate in it the handicap sticker was in that envelope… weird right? how’d it get in there if they didn’t “open my glove department” ???? they refused to help me further, did not call the man who “did my car”… all and all i called the cops. got my title back… please don’t trust these people.

This Copart is literally smashing cars on the ground, after the auction. The driver’s don’t want to clear off any ice/snow, so they lift the car 10 feet in the air, then violently smash it in the ground multiple times until they can read the numbers on the windshield. I heard the loud noises, and I felt the pounding from inside my truck. Imagine spending thousands on a car, to find out Copart’s employees are smashing the cars on the ground damaging the undercarriage, and reselling it to an unsuspecting buyer that gets into a car fatal accident because the Copart’s employees decided they didn’t want to clear off snow on the windshield. Also, yiu just cost me money, because now i have thousands of dollars in damage to repair.

Scheduled an appointment at 12:00pm to pick up my car arrived around 11:50pm .I waited over an hour to pick up the car .Worker who brought my car had an attitude. Honestly disappointed with this copart.

Refused to load me, because he was afraid of getting being in the way of someone taking photos because they would “get in trouble”. This Copart is a joke from the top all the way to the bottom.. Jokes on him tho because I could load a car myself 10x faster than him

Waited the entire day for them to pick up a car that should’ve been picked up at their scheduled time of 8am this morning…..no call…no show….pretty unfortunate that this is the level of professionalism that we have to put up with!!!! Edit…Day #2….It’s 3pm on 4/16 and we were informed that we would be getting a phone call today for pickup between 8am and 5pm today. Looking like another day where they are going to tell the nice receptionist that they called us and we did not answer. We told the receptionist that whomever said they called was straight fabricating that fact! Been waiting all day. If USAA wasn’t involved with COPART because of an insurance claim we’d be calling Cornell’s and if there isn’t a response from these guys today…I just might cancel the claim and give it to Cornell’s. Cornell’s shows up when they say they are going to…Cornells is a business of their word..true class! All the other negative reviews are true…Day#2 and 3pm….I will edit this post again because I guarantee there will be a day #3 just like MANY other not valued customers. Edit: There was a day 3 and a day 4. Car was finally picked up at 4pm on the 4th scheduled day! It did take us getting the USAA insurance adjuster involved. He clearly got business done!

Very unprofessional people work at this place, the loader is very rude, i pulled into the copart slowly folllowing the signs and he starts honking and throwing his hands for no reason, and The people inside the office are also very unprofessional and are no help.

So I CAME TO PICK UP A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION ALL THE WAY FROM PA 6 HOUR DRIVE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 12:30 arrived at 10:40 BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT WILL GO WRONG ON THE WAY OR IF I HAVE TO STOPPED FOR GAS, SO I COME IN MARK MYSELF ARRIVED AND I SEE THE LOADER WITH MY CAR ON THE SIDE ON THE BUILDING THEN HE COMES TO ME WITHOUT MYSELF AND TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 12:30 because they can’t give me MY CAR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT EVEN IF THERE IS NO BODY ON THE YARD WAITING FOR CARS, then i go TO THE OFFICE AND TALK TO THE MANAGER EXPLAINING TO HIM THAT IF HE JUST GOING TO MAKE ME WAIT 2 hours for no reason he just tells me next time arrived at your appointment time. Then the loader gets the car and leave it in the floor next to my trailer and leaves. Never had any issues with any copart loader and manager should not provide this type of customer service when we pay fees and very expensive fees for the cars . Do not recommend this location

Eli came after working hours to pick my car up. He did exactly what I was told he would do. He called before coming, and he was here within 10 minutes. He showed up at 8 pm, and he was very friendly. I honestly don't understand what all these bad reviews are about. Overall, great experience although now I will miss my car.

I had a pick-up date confirmed for Friday along with the lot number and confirmation number. They advised I’d get a call in the morning on Friday to confirm someone would be out. I didn’t receive a call so I called the number twice. The first time the customer service rep told me that they have until 5pm to pick it up so I will get a call an hour ahead and disconnected on me. I gave it a couple more hours and called again speaking with Natasha who said the driver had it marked that he called and their was no answer, but maybe he dialed the wrong number or had bad service but that she couldn’t get someone out to me.i stayed home and had no missed calls, not to mention I already called earlier and she told me I was still on the schedule. She said someone would come out on Saturday to correct their error and had someone with a Norwalk CT number call me (Friday night) to let me know he’d be in contact with me on Saturday. Saturday, I called him around 12pm saying I still have had no correspondence and asked what was going on. He said he’s gonna call his driver and call me back. 2 hrs later I reached out to him again and he said no one would be coming because of the holiday and it would be Tuesday. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews online about this happening over and over to customers as well and I’m not going to take another day off waiting around for no one to show up. They didn’t even end up contacting me on Tuesday, they called me on Thursday to ask if I’m ready for the pick-up and I had to tell the representative twice that I was not interested.

I WISH THERE WAS A 0 STAR REVIEW! my mothers car was taken here and they stole everythingggggg from the car from car mats to the air mattress in the trunk , airpods, THREE CHARGERS , BOTTLE OF WINE & HENNESY WHITE. The customer service is terrible and one of their workers tried to SPIT ON MY MOTHER WHEN SHE APPROACHED THEM ABOUT IT AND CALLED HER A IMMIGRANT !

I would give no stars if I could. MY CAR WAS RANSACKED, ALL MY BELONGINGS WERE GONE THROUGH AND SHOVED IN THE TRUNK. MY TOOL BOX, LOTTO TICKETS, POCKET KNIVE AND EVEN A HALF A CASE OF WATER WAS STOLEN. UPON CLOSER INSPECTION A BOTTLE OF PRESCRIBED CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WAS STOLEN AS WELL. PER THE SO-CALLED MANAGER, BRAD; HE HAD PERMISSION BY MY INSURANCE CO. TO DO WHAT HE DID, WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE AS I TALKED TO MY INSURANCE CO. AND I WAS TOLD NO HE DIDN'T HAVE THEIR PERMISSION TO RANSACK MY VEHICLE MUCH LESS STEAL MY PROPERTY. ITS INTERESTING THAT BRAD SAID "HE HAD PERMISSION" AND NOT THE COMPANY HAD PERMISSION. SO, I'M WONDERING, BRAD: HOW MUCH DID YOU GET? Although I called several times and explained to the women I talked to that I was getting looked at bc I was in a serious car accident, I have a concussion among other issues, I couldn't make it the same day my car was towed but would be there as soon as I can to get my property. So the next day I go. You already read what happened. I went back inside upset and I was loud and Brad came at me the same way. We had words which Brad said he was going to call the police. I said fine go ahead and I said the same. After talking with my wife, we decided not to file a complaint (that day). Instead, my wife went inside to get my license plate and apologized to the women for me as it probably wasn't them who did it and I called the police back, telling them why file a complaint bc they probably wouldn't be able to track my stolen property. However, once I feel a bit better I might still file a police report, especially since a controlled substance was stolen.

Customer sales reps are easy to talk to and reply in timely manner , had an easy time paying invoices for the car . Wish they still let people go in and check the lot out but overall great service.

Very unprofessional, No one knows what goes on and will blame some one else who is not available. Lied to me repeatedly. Told me they were going to pick up vehicle on Monday, didn’t show, Then a Tuesday, didn’t show, Then a Wednesday, didn’t show, then a Thursday, as of 10:00am haven’t showed. Totally lacking in customer service and they don’t seem to care. They act like customers are a bother to them and make transactions as difficult as possible. If you need salvage go somewhere else as they don’t want your business... just your money.

One of my favorite Coparts!!!! Inside staff always helpful and the outside crew well...... you couldn't ask for a better team. This store along with the Harrisburg Pa store is the only reason why I continue to trade with Copart still.

If you buy from them have the vehicle inspected, they are the worst company out there. They do not list mechanical problems. if your buying clean title stuff expect its got big hidden problems. dealers bring there cars they cant fix. Rotted frames, masked head gaskets you name it. remember they are at copart for a reason. The fork lift drivers are reckless. Make sure the pictures match the description when your cars are picked up they constantly damage vehicles. Horrible place iaa is a much better company

AVOID Copart. They sell vehicles that are salvaged, totaled, and overall defective. They misrepresent the condition of vehicles. For example, they sold me a vehicle that they said runs and drives and has NO mechanical issues. However, upon receiving it the vehicle had catastrophic engine damages (loud clicking noises & engine sways violently back and forth when pushing my foot on the accelerator), tire had a large rip in it (pictures showed the tire to be intact), power steering did not work, and dashboard had several warning lights in it that were not shown in their pictures. DON'T EVER GO TO ANY COPART. YOU WILL VERY LIKELY GET A VEHICLE THAT WILL HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS THAT IT WILL COST YOU AN EXPONENTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY TO FIX

While my vehicle was under their care custody and control, may or may-not have been them, perhaps one of their towing contractor. Regardless, it was severely damaged to the point where repair was be higher cost than the value of the car. When I got to retrieve my personal belongings, I found that many items were missing including a watch, $295 cologne, and a handful of gift cards and other miscellaneous items.

The worst company I have even dealt with ! Picked up my vehicle two weeks late after calling every day! Now the check was in the mail as Kim who writes the checks said well it's two weeks still don't have the check ! Ready to call my lawyer!
