  On a whim I filled out the contact form on the website after seeing a commercial on YouTube. They called first thing in the morning and came to pick up the car a few hours later. He was at the junkyard an hour after I called he's still hanging onto our Grateful Dead cd until we can get a ride to pick it up. I hope I never total another car, but this is the only place I'd call in the future!!
