don't bother calling, they won't let you finish your sentence before they answer what they *think* you're asking then hang up. plenty of other junkyards worth your time
This company should be put out of business, they are rude, clueless when it comes to cars, only think about themselves and how they can give you less money. They showed up late and made me late to work. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and gave me attitude. The tow truck driver blamed the location of where I live on why he was late. There’s no accountability and they try and blame you for their own mistakes. Why be in business if you just want to screw people over?!?!?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Great experience. Very prompt response, car was picked up next morning and I was given the cash right there. Super easy process and friendly workers. Would definitely use again in the future and would recommend to anyone who needs to sell their less than stellar car quickly for a fair price.
On a whim I filled out the contact form on the website after seeing a commercial on YouTube. They called first thing in the morning and came to pick up the car a few hours later. Completely hassle free and would recommend to anyone not wanting to deal with the headache of getting rid of an old car!
I brought my fathers car here because he passed away and I wasn't sure what to do with it. I just wanted it gone. Staff was super nice and the process was easy. Employees figured out I was a little emotional and were nice and showed plenty of courtesy. In and out in probably 15 minutes.

Website says 400 to 25,000 for a car now let’s be realistic we know no one‘s gonna pay 25,000 for a junk car but I called anyway to see what they’d offer me. Tom offered me $200 for my car before even finding out all of what was wrong with it. I actually ended up going somewhere else and getting 760$$ for the same car

These guys told me they would save the tires from my car and I would be able to pick them up. After not answering and returning my calls for a week I got ahold of someone who told me they did not have my tires. They blamed an employee named Dylan and offered me no resolution.
My first call with them, the customer service was rough, really rough. I told them no thanks, I wanted to go with another company. For the next 9 days I received over a dozen phone calls from them to schedule a pickup. Each time I told them I went with another company. So they scheduled a pickup anyway. And they repeatedly boasted about how good the company is. Go with Peddle, they gave me twice as much and were much easier to work with.
I needed to get rid of a broken-down mazda to clear space in my driveway. I found these guys through Google search, and their driver John was there to pick it up for free from my driveway within 2 hours of being contacted. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and they have a help chat on their website as well as the option to call, text, or email, and there were no automated responses, all real people on the other end. Easy and quick, im extremely satisfied with the experience. Thank you to the team there!

Service was incredibly fast, I only had to wait an hour for a tow truck after calling. And the price was generous as well. The only painful part of the process was say goodbye to my car.
These guys are the best!! After Carvana lowballed and cancelled on us with no warning, we were desperate to get rid of our no longer working 2007 Impala.

He was at the junkyard an hour after I called he's still hanging onto our Grateful Dead cd until we can get a ride to pick it up. Recently my 98 Ford Expedition that has been in the family for 10+ years had a large tree branch fall on it and damaged the driver side. I contacted Capital Region Cash 4 Cars late at night and got a call and message first thing in the morning, Lyndsay coordinated for a tow truck to come and get my vehicle within an hour of me calling. The tow truck driver, John, was very friendly and we chatted about cars while we waited for the owner to process the payment, overall very positive experience, and payment was fair.

I called cash for cars to come pick up my 2009 Nissan Altima. The woman who answered the phone was professional, and very nice. She gave me a price for the car over the phone, and said that a driver would be to me in about an hour. I thought WOW! The driver , John, called me. He too was very professional and seemingly nice. John arrived to pick up the vehicle exactly when he said he would. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he seemed to be honest. In minutes he handed me the cash right here on the spot. The amount they paid me for the car was very fair to me. He hooked the car up and dragged it out. John was awesome!
