The gentleman who picked up my car was very nice. He was not only friendly, but he was able to pay the top dollar from all the vendors that I contacted. I look forward to contacting him again if I need a car picked up.
Nothing to say other than EXCELLENT. I called and made an appointment to have my car picked up. Roy confirmed the appointment, called me the day of, and was on time for the pickup.
Roy is pleasant, knows his stuff, and was honest, telling me I had aluminum rims when I thought they were steel; an extra $25 on the money I got. He was very respectful of the property and using the neighbor's driveway. Their offer was around $50 higher than other people doing the same business for junk cars.
Yes, I sure do miss my Eldorado, but at least there was no stress strain or drama disposing of it. Very nice to deal with a professional company that employs good people.
Excellent service! These are the guys to call! My car broke down 3 hours away from home and Roy was able to communicate long distance, accommodate my work schedule and made everything super easy. He even noticed that I left my garage door opener on the visor and mailed it back to me! They also gave me more than what the dealership offered as trade-in value so, it was a no brainier. Thank you!
Gave a call needing my car removed and Roy came the very next morning. He was very professional and quickly got the seized car on his flatbed. Afterwards he even texted a .pdf with some DMV forms to make everything so smooth and easy for me. Highly recommend!
I’m giving them 5 stars. When I was in a bind I needed to junk my car. We set Up a time that both worked for us and they where there on time very professional and would go to them again if I need to vary happy.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Absolutely awful at their job. I called them initially and the guy took down my information and said he'd call me back and be there to pick it up either that afternoon or the next afternoon. OK, sounds fine. Never heard back from them and called them back again a week later. Had to go over all the same information again, like I had never called and was told AGAIN that I would hear back from them and that my vehicle would be picked up either that afternoon or the next day. Two days later, and I still have not heard from them. This is completely unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your time on these guys.
