My daughter's car broke down on the highway Superior towing got called to pick it up we don't think it was within a 24-hour period it was gone quick my daughter found out that superior toad it this was on a Thursday I was going to go pick it up on Saturday on my day off they were closed and they expect me to pay them to keep that car over the weekend that's straight up bulshit!! That is a scam it's not easy to pay to get your car out and take time off of work and pay for a dolly to get it home as well. This placeis a scam and something should be done about this should not be legal 😡 and this is bulshit I got to add a star in order to post this, it should be minus Stars🥴
Unfortunately, this is the only AAA towing now in my area. I had the misfortune of dealing with Jeremy. Who was calling his boss almost immediately to get out of the tow. It was a difficult job, but I had witnessed two other drivers get it on their trucks. That is how I know for certain it was absolutely an achievable job. He decided after 30 minutes to give me these three excuses as to why he was going to leave my car sideways taking up two spots in my apartment complex.
1: liability (no good because he had his small child in his work truck) also, this is their profession, they falsely claim they can do any tow job. And again, I witnessed two other professionals load and unload this vehicle onto the exact same type of truck TWO other times!!!
2: His boss told him it is taking too much time, and he only allows them a certain amount of time to load a vehicle.
3: The company does not provide him with the right equipment "if only I had MY truck" Jeremy explained.
Jeremy did tell me his boss ultimately left the decision up to him......
Then he rolled my car off, checked a few things with his lift, got in his truck and took off. He didn't even have the ability to say goodbye or check paperwork.
Also, he could have been towing ANYONE'S car!!!! He never asked for identification or proof it was my car. Super unsafe and unprofessional practices!!!!!!
I am choosing to pay an actual professional to tow my car because this is all AAA has to offer, and I don't want to deal with them again.
I'm deeply disappointed. If you have ANY OTHER CHOICE, I recommend you please go with any OTHER company.
There are so many people in this town talking about how this company is shady! Not only do they get paid by AAA, they are now now trying to have the people who they're helping pay them to come out! Trust me, AAA and everybody in this town will know! It is all over the Internet and this is how I found out! And I'm sure you're the same company that kept refusing to go out and change a tire late at night about 2 weeks ago! Shame on you. Trying to charge people $150 when AAA is paying you!
I have been trying to get my sons car out of tow for two days now the guy has been giving the run around telling me it's not there then tells me the cops took it so I called the PD nope they had it towed to him when I told him I talk to the officer he said oh it probably is there and said I would have to now wait till Monday I told him that is how you rip people off he said call back Monday n hung up on me
There’s nobody at the place doing any other work matters for people pulling out towed cars or whatever. It’s marked closed at 10am. And they won’t be back for another hour. I commuted from about two hours away from this place just to wait another hour? Please. Why can’t one person hold down the fort? Awful.
I called down to receive information on retrieving a vehicle, the male Sosa was extremely rude, unprofessional and gave false information as how to retrieve the vehicle. After obtaining the PRC handbook that regulates this service, I called back, relayed the information from the PRC and Sosa changed the requirements and stated that he would release the vehicle with a title (which he would not before, and very rude said " I will tell you again, the vehicle has to have current registration and insurance!!") but, I will have the police here to make sure the vehicle is not towed off the property. Again, Sosa was very unprofessional and demeaning. I don't know how he stays in business. The vehicle i'm retrieving was previously gifted to help someone unfortunate get back on their feet and they never changed the title. Sosa treated me like I was a criminal.
Worst company every they guy was very rude gave me misinformation about what I needed to get my car out they refused to allow me to get my possession if I could Give them negative stars I would
They charge entirely too much for the service, then charged me for multiple days of “storage” when the car was in their trashed “yard” for less than 12 hours! Totally took advantage of the situation I will be telling and sharing everywhere to avoid doing business with Superior Tow!!
I had to deal with Superior yesterday, do not allow them to tow your vehicle unless you want to be disrespected and talked down to. I feel like they shouldn't own a tow company.
You do not want to hire Superior towing for anything. The owner talks to people like they're beneath him and they don't give a damn about cusomer service. My friend wanted to get his wallet (had his cash, bank card etc in his wallet) and his home keys out of his vehicle (it was 3:30 pm on Friday they close at 5:00pm) and they told him he couldn't. That he'd have to wait till Monday, that they were closing early and didn't give am explanation. The owner had an atitude and was very rude. You don't want to have to deal with these people nor get talked to and treated as badly as Superior towing treats their customers.
There are far better towing companies out there and none of them could possibly treat their customers as poorly as Superior towing. I don't know how or why this business is still open. Terrible service.
