At this point, the truck radiator burst, and I contacted this place. They fixed it, but they installed a non-original radiator for an exorbitant price of $3000 including labor. Two hours after leaving, water started leaking from many places, and the non-original radiator split in half 20 days later. So, they are both scammers and have terrible workmanship 👎
This place is great! They looked at my situation and they took care of it right away. Straight forward with their business. I dig that. No bs just tells you what they can do to fix you up. I highly recommend.

Very honest Straight forward shop with Great people . I had a air leak on the side of i40, within 20 mins they were to me with a fix, TA wanted me to wait 5 hours… Then we got the truck fixed and to their shop , Oliver is an amazing mechanic , not only did he fix my headlights problem with wiring issues, he took care of all my issues. Great reasonable priced I’ll be back again for sure! Thanks yall!
Over priced and unprofessional. The young punk working there severely lacked knowledge and stole a multi tool out of my truck I later learned. Take your business elsewhere.

We had one of our buses break down after purchasing it in Oklahoma—the AC compressor locked up and took out the serpentine belt, leaving us stranded in Santa Rosa, New Mexico. We had it towed all the way to West Truck Services Center, and they were absolute lifesavers. Their team got us back on the road quickly and treated us with professionalism every step of the way. Highly recommend West Truck Services. We were traveling in our Super C motorhome on I40 and were having electrical problems with our brakes lights. They got us right in and were diligent to find the cause and a work around to get us back on the road so we could get to a Freightliner dealer to complete the repair. They were kind, professional, extensively knowledgeable, and have a quality staff. They've been in business a long time because they know their business. 😊
We where in a bind, stopped here, they were able to get us right in and diagnosis our issues with our truck quickly. When heading to get parts, broke down again and called them. They sent a mechanic right out to help and got us back on the road. They were very friendly and reasonably on prices. I highly recommend using them.
Went to this establishment on a very short notice I was in & out in a couple of hours had a Differential seal leak I was fixed & rolling down the road in a jiffy.
Very nice people they listen to my complaints & went to work immediately.

The right front brakes on our motorhome seized up on our way through New Mexico and Coach-Net arranged for a tow to West Truck Service. We got in after they'd closed, but Logan (one of the mechanics) was very helpful in getting us set up for the night. The guys got to work on it first thing the next morning and it took a fair bit of effort for them to track down the parts as there's a nationwide shortage of brake components. Once the parts got there the next day, Oliver and Logan worked diligently to get it fixed. I was very impressed with their professionalism and care to make sure we were taken care of in a timely fashion.
While traveling in our Motorhome from the East Coast, we had a major breakdown along I-40. West Truck Service took our call and immediately went to work to help us get back on the road. They were kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful during a chaotic time for us. While we ended up needing to be towed to Albuquerque, Oliver and his team even took full care of our rig and got it all worked out with the towing company as well. These guys go above and beyond for their customers and should be recognized for top service. Would 100% recommend their services.

I was broke down in Moriarty truck went into 5mph derate, due to emissions issues. Oliver, Logan and pops are all great stand up guys. They fixed all my check engine faults. They just couldn't get me out of derate mode. They tried everything they could think of. They're very knowledgeable in their field of work and will get you fired up quick. I appreciate all the help they offer. 100% recommend this shop to anyone.
Our RV overheated with our coolant all over the Interstate about 50 miles east of Albuquerque. Coach-Net towed us to their recommend repair facility, West Truck Services in Moriarty, NM. West's lead technician Oliver saw immediately that our "surge overflow tank" had cracked and was the cause of the coolant spill. After locating the part in Michigan, the part was overnighted and installed by his expert technician Logan who was great. Everyone including owner Roger West were very nice, welcoming, and truly cared about our issue. We test-drove the RV to make sure it was working. Satisfied, we drove off only to find our RV was still overheating. Logan came out in the company truck and did some more investigating and found our radiator was clogged with dirt. They had us come back to the shop where they power washed the radiator clean and did not charge me for it. I was shocked by their amazing service which is not so common these days. It has been great ever since. West Truck Services showed a lot of integrity and pride in their work. I hope if you ever break down in the Albuquerque area that you are lucky enough to have West Track services work on your big rig truck or RV.
My truck broke down 12 miles west of them on I40. Lost the rear driveshaft. And rear differential. Within 45 min they had a service truck on scene and was able to limp truck back to their shop saving me a tow. Within 2 hours had a quote for the repairs. Was able to get all parts and get me back on the road within 24 hours of breaking down. Could not be happier with the service. And they were under the original estimated price. Highly recommend.
My serpentine belt came off again! I was stuck at a truck stop and I called them first thing in the morning they got me in and fixed the spring tensioner and replace the belt and got me back on the road again in an hour and a half! Oliver did the repair and he was very good and knowledgeable and friendly!! It's his dad, Roger and brother Randy's shop and they've been there for over 35 years! And they were swamped but still got me in anyways. He even noticed a loose motor mount bolt and got it tightened up for me too. I sure appreciate their service, thank you guys!
Caught a coolant leak 20 miles away from their shop right at quitting time on a Monday. Their mechanics beat feet out to me without any hesitation or any complaints, & had me fixed up and back rolling in no time. The owner is genuinely humble and did not price gouge me, I highly recommend their services.
