Very bad service came here for annual DOT inspection for trailer one light was not working charger me $35.99 standard labor for changing light plus $73 for half an hour labor

Very bad customer service old man at front desk so arrogant thinks he own ta , making jokes at people just do your job no one wanna see you if they do need help with repairs.
Not at all a good place to come when broke down. Prefer some other shops around if they open.
Guys are awesome didnt take them 10 minutes to fix my trailer it was a fitting for the break chamber ,shout out to mechanic Sheckler and micha he was helpful, quick and knowledgeable,thank you guys
I came in because the bottom and front panels of my TK TriPac Evolution APU had fallen off and gotten run over by my drive tires. It was pretty flattened. But the Tech working (didn’t catch his name but ticket says -WPS) did a great job of bending and welding it, and got it put back on. Very helpful to get that AOU protected until I can get the replacement parts. Nice work! 👍
The most horrible experience, I arrived at 12:30 pm, at 4:00 pm they put me in the box, at 10:00 pm I asked them to open the doors so I could leave, because they haven't done anything, they either eat, or talk, or drink coffee all day and they can tell you ten times that they will start your truck in half an hour.don't have a boss? Or don't you have any honor? What's wrong? How do you work like this?, How do they pay you in this service? Don't go to this service center, I was standing with a loaded truck , they wasted my whole day
Broken fuel line... brought me fuel and followed me back to the shop to change cracked radiator reservoir... got it done in record time... can't thk them enough... customer service was great!
Hi truck drivers. Arrived at the truck stop yesterday at 8 pm to do an alignment for my semi. Guy from the shop did the work order but told me we are busy and we will call you in the morning time 6-7am. He asked if that’s ok. So I agreed and started waiting. Next day 11 am nobody called me and I called them to see what’s going on. Of course new shift today told me we don’t have technicians who can do the alignment for three axles. Irresponsibility in a high level. Spent all my time for nothing… TA truck shop let’s respect each other’s time…
Terrible service, they take a very long time to do everything. Bad attitude and don't answer questions. The engine oil was changed in 4 hours. The worker is standing looking at the instructions on how to insert the filter correctly!!! Glad I got out of there, couldn't wait, When will this end!! Train people as usual first. Then get to work, because putting a truck on the road can lead to serious consequences.
Worst place to stop for the service any truck maintenance request to all the mother truckers do not stop over here. This people don’t know how to talk. Don’t respect for the truckers after four hour kick me out without doing my job. This is my experience. Good luck about your
Nightcrew was very helpful. Service desk listened to our issues and helped processing our payment using EFS. Mechanic took time to explain issues and ran through different options. We pulled up and got service right away.
It's only 8am & there was a shift change. It's okay clean but trash in the front parking lot. Showers are open with towels left on the floor. They charge $18 for a shower here. Higher than they're counterparts. What's to stop someone from just walking in. I'd say the overnight crew must have had a busy night. Everything could be cleaner for sure
Found out I had a bad tie rod and left front steer tire was ate up. Called at 6 pm and they had me in my 7. Got two new steers mounted and took apart the truck. Ordered the parts and had me going by noon the next day. Tony took great care of my rig and acted like it was his own. Even came in early to finish it the next day. Went over all he did and finished it up quickly and efficiently. Great employees there. They will get you on the road as fast as possible. Great experience!
12/21/22... service 1 star... waiting since 1700, got in a bay around 2300. still in bay waiting on tire change and dot inspection. I'm out of hours. lot's full accept for a few tight spots and make your own. I walked around. the dirt lot is wide open but too many very large pot holes. crazy parking if you're not here early
Please read before stopping. Brought in a truck for a ABS fault which ended up being a wheel speed sensor. The scam artists here replaced the kingpin, crossbar, center cnt and back pinion seal. All made up charges. They hammered in the seal and caused all the oil to fly out over a short distance. This caused the drive train on the axle to blow out. TA refuses to call back when told about this issue. 4 weeks now on going. Over 50K in lost revenue plus the 16K repairs at Kenworth which confirmed the pinion seal replacement caused the issue. This will end up being a 100K lawsuit when it all done. Remember this was for a 50$ wheel speed sensor which they never even replaced. Faults were still on afterwards. Beware. Nothing they do here is honest.
I was here like. Almost 1 week the employees are so lazy and rude like everyday 2/4 hours just touch my truck than busy other tryck why? We not pay or what? And bill like 76500 just for my trailer tair idk which kids bill thy add out of my mind also employees fee include ok if employees take own fee so why thy lazy waste my time 1 week one boy coming other gone TA other locations is good only ths one not good be safe
Never get a service done here. Came to get a flat fixed and a b service done, 10 hours later they got my tire fixed but were surprised I needed a service done. Going to end up being a 16 hour turn around for a flat and a oil change. That's pretty bad. Should of just got my flat fixed on the shoulder of the road instead of limping it here. Would of been faster.
Edit- I wish it was a 16 hour turn around. Going to end up being 20 hours of sitting in my truck to get out of here. What a joke. Will be utilizing loves/speedco for all future tire repairs and services.
T a used to be the greatest, but, in the past year or more, their fuel pumps buttons don't work, they have now labeled the fuel islands closest to the store for "autos only"! As if its not trucks and truck drivers that generate their revenue? The stores are still typically clean, as are their competitors, their soap is still better than others, as far as hand soap goes, no gojo tho. The stores are also a maze, as are the super massive parking lots. Showers require a really long process at the kiosk, compared to their competitors, and the printer prints only 1 fuel receipt at a time, and you can't read it. They do still sell more chrome, and better cleaning/polishing products than their competitors, and they have the better restaurants by a long shot. My hope is that this review strengthens TA, as it will be very sad to lose them to loves/pilot. Fix the pumps, paint the parking lots, go check out a kiosk at any competitor, and America will get to keep ya TA baby.lol
(This review only known true from Texas to Cali, and back, all 4 ways).( some of the TA's in other states are still flawless)
What a pleasant bunch of folks!
I called ahead and the lady was super friendly, went to get the answer and to verify they had the parts. They scheduled me, called to pull me into the bay and got me out in no time.
The only problem is the lack of chairs... Not their fault, it's the Leebtarded gov "man dates"... But that's another story
Awesome attitude from every person I've dealt with over the years of visiting TA Truck Stop. I mostly go for the service bay in the back where they allow for free air in the tires (Just leave your ID with the clerk to borrow the air gage and air chuck. Don't forget to pick it up when you are done.). The times where I have gone for service I was met with a smile and knowledgeable responses. They cater to large Tractor and Trailer maintenance, repair, and tires. So not the place for small cars per say. Definitely a big place. Numerous bays, fast turnaround. Great marketplace with many taillights and travel related items specific to trucking needs. Fuel and Diesel is usually fair priced since it is located a few miles from the source pipeline and they have so many local competitors. Restaurants are good for the food. Big bathrooms. Laundry facilities, Showers, & parking can be found on site. Walking distance from hotels, restaurants, fireworks, and Buttercrust pizza 🍕.
Somehow this truck stop has been out of fuel 3 weeks and still counting but all the competitors have fuel magically this isn’t the only TA without fuel either on the 40 was told they all don’t hVe fuel from Cali to Texas. Food is also over priced for the fast food chains they offer by a dollar or two don’t stop here if your in car!! Bathrooms are usually clean but magically out of toilet paper... and one stall door lock has been broken for 3 months cmon step your game up
I had a brake fire on trailer. I got in shop 11pm Friday. On Saturday parts are in, the mechanic was inpatient with me and my not get me done today, I will not recommend this shop. I bought parts and tires and trims that I thought I didn't need.
