Showed up twice during posted store hours. Both times shuttered. Good luck getting a full sentence from anyone. Not professional. Save time, go elsewhere. Frustrating
there is no better place in taos, especially compared to the unknowledgable and bungling staff at oreily, and auto zone. this is a real auto parts store. staff knowledgeable, attentive and experienced.
Jordan (up front) and Alejandro (usually in the back) Solid dudes. They will get you what you need (if they don't have it in the store) always a good experience when working with them. Destiny is always very helpful as well.
Walked in to get a price quote on a ecm for my truck. The female who helped me was very rude, like I had interrupted her social media time. I was like, 850.00 for the part, and she does not like me asking questions or hearing my concerns on the warranty. I told her you need my Vin and mileage for the part to be programmed. She said rudely, I'll do it later. I told her, I'll go somewhere else. With this bad customer service experience, i will not come back to this place. Be nice to your customers and they will come back, be rude to your customers and they wont*
Zekes is the best! It's much more than an auto supply store. They go above and beyond. Tracy helped diagnose a problem with my car and gave advice to help avoid a costly repair! The complete opposite of car dealerships who misdiagnose and rip you off. If you want to deal with an honest and talented repair shop, Zekes is the place! I also love going to a local, family owned business.
The guys are great - worth getting off of the main drag and getting what you need at fair prices & with great service.
Went in with a warrantied batter I was having issues with. They did some testing & felt it needed to sit on their charger for 6 hours. Appreciated the analysis.
Battery didn't charge after 5 hours & they warrantied the battery & gave us a brand new First Interstate that was actually better than the 5 yr. battery I had! And I kept my original warranty. I can't tell you how nice it was to not be out $250 bucks on a battery that wasn't even 2 years old.
My brother found the NAPA because it's what he trusts. He picked up other things, including an easy to use battery switch one of the guys working there recommended that'll save my truck 's battery when I leave it sit. It's now "my" auto parts store.
Tracy is so kind and knows what he's talking about. That's the kind of reliable service I can depend on when it comes to purchasing parts for any vehicle. I'm grateful to have the best auto parts supplier aqui en Taos.
Went in with the intention of being helped to find a oil filter for my 64' Dodge pickup walked in through the door instead of being greeted or even acknowledged by any of the 3 employees within view....was instead completely ignored! only one other customer was in there already being helped from the look of it....then another old timer came in the door the two other customers bantering w/each other left me with an impression they were in o hurry....after spending more than ten minutes being completely ignored by this places workers...I finally decided take my $ and business elsewhere long story short if you are unfamiliar to Zeke's don't even bother trying to get helped here... go to O'Riely's or even AutoZone...where You can be acknowledged & helped
Battery was on its last leg and after a few really cold nights at Taos Ski Valley it was done. After getting a jump was able to make it into town. Within 15 minutes they had a new battery installed at no cost for labor and used a memory saver to keep all electronic settings in place. Overall great people and I had a great experience.
Purchased a Western Snow Plow and mount for a 1984 CJ-7. They mounted it and got it working many years ago. They have recently done repairs on plow - welding, paint, etc. We picked it up Nov 2, 2022. GREAT job and it is good to go for many more years. These people know what they are doing and we highly recommend them. Randy & Kim
Can’t agree more with “hey, it’s me”. While I’m white, I was also ridiculed due to their lack of competence when it comes to inventory and communication. With a little good luck you might have an ok experience but if you expect professionalism you’ll probably get an earful of toxic masculine prattle
Stuck with a dead battery and the team promptly took care of me and got me a battery replacement ASAP. Huge shout out to Rudy who saved the day!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The crew at NAPA is top notch. They helped a gentlemen having issues with vehicle. I just gave him a ride to store. But staff was helpful and got him the part he needed.
Make sure when you call and ask if they have a part, they actually physically check that the part is there. They don't keep records and phone staff don't bother to double check. Also if you are not a brown person prepare to be treated rudely. Deficiencies are internal and the customer is to blame. I'll let corporate know.
Called multiple times was left on hold twice had to hand up after 20 min. When I finally did get someone they were nice and took all my info and said they would give me a call back and I have never heard from anyone since. Trying to use local business they must not need the business.
Fast friendly service. If they don't have the part you need in stock they will have it by the next day, most of the time. Very helpful staff, they know cars. Guess it is that NAPA know how!
The BEST gosh dang Auto Supply store in Taos! Went to another “autopart” store in Taos and the service was just the worst, but then I came here. The staff is amazing at what they do and the service they provided to my dad and I. One staff member (kudos to you and didn’t get a name) was determined to seek the one part we needed and he did find it! Kudos to the man that helped us and a mega kudos for being the best at what you do Zeke’s. Thumbs way up
