I recently purchased some fair hay for my sheep, I found alit of mold, the whole bale had mold ,I opened another , it had mold too, I called the office and she said I had to bring it back in 7 days or so, and she said they were out of hay except cow hay and won’t have anymore til the next harvest and I paid a lot for these bad hay, not buying anymore, I’ll stick with Decker
I bought hay from NAPI, for years. The last load, I found a large mole inside the bale of hay with lots of dirt. This is unacceptable for livestock owners, as much as we pay for the load. I will think twice, before I buy more hay.
Wow display your instructions for thoes new. People arenot going to unload 16 bails because yo can't simple math.16 bais all pretty much weight the same.
The website site says NAPI Closes at 5PM We drove up to the scale at 4:32 the office lady says we're closed. Would not sell us any hay. @NAPI Please update the times or put FYI the scale closes at 4:30. It was so frustrating, we drove 2 hours for NOTHING

They hire a lot of liears
I made a trip to come get some pumpkins to feed my animals I called yesterday to see if they would have any and they told me that they had a lot and i came for some today and they told that they didn't have any
I arrived as fast as I could coming in from Flagstaff and got in at the neck of time, I tried to grab some items and I was told by the rude clerk I couldn't purchase anything unless I had exact change. I pleaded with the clerk about me getting several items with a credit card but the woman clerk said the credit card machines closes exactly at 5:00. I was like dang that can't be true and what kind of customer service is this and let alone what kind of business is this?! I only had enough cash for a small bag of flour when my goal was to get at $70 worth of items, after my measly purchase I had to get back on the road back to Flagstaff, AZ. I was very disgusted and disappointed. I am now discouraging people to go there and go to Gallup instead, so much for "Navajo Pride"!
Purchased 9.22 tons of premium alfalfa $215.00 a ton, 3 Strand bales are full of sand. I will never go back to NAPI for alfalfa. Beware of this as I had a horse sand colic on this hay. This is probably why bales weigh so much, your buying sand and rocks!!!!!!!!!!!! 4/3/2020 My #1 rope horse had to be put down as a result of feeding this hay.
Here for the Customer Appreciation sale. One thing I noticed, no porta potties on route to scales. I’m sure the wait time wouldn’t be so bad if they were available. I’m sure many would agree with me.
The pumpkin patch was is a sure thing if you are looking for a seasonal job, check it out! Easy place to get lost so pay attention to the directions that you're given!!!
I will never buy flours and ground meals anywhere else again. I have never had my breads or my pizza, come out so wonderful; I'm glad I learned about your products.
