Ive needed 5 tows in 3 years for company trucks. Kory and hus crew are the only ones who DIDNT damage my property. I had very bad service from 505 and Advanced but Interstate got the job done right.
I recently reached out to this towing service to request a quote. The person who answered the phone asked for my location, and I explained that I would send it along with my vehicle’s condition to get an accurate quote.
However, I was shocked by the unprofessional and aggressive response I received. I later discovered this business operates under two different names at two locations, but the same individual answers both numbers. When I called their second number to request a quote as well, the person became rude, used inappropriate language, and acted as if I was doing something wrong by asking for fair service. I got like he was trying to say "You should only work with me"
As a paying customer, I expect respect and professionalism—not hostility. If a business cannot handle basic customer inquiries calmly and respectfully, they should reconsider offering services to the public.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend.
Needed an early morning tow coming out of the mountains and headed east. Not only did was the service fantastic, managed to get a home for a certain special stray puppy. Hope all is well Copper! An thanks again for the amazing service.
I called the number, took the information, and they said "be there soon". It seemed like a scam, realistically. I proceed to wait, while it got darker, my urgency was growing. I started to call the company they said, "It's on the way"; still thinking this has to be a scam. Finally, it wasn't a scam. Faith, that this wasn't a scam and a good company that was professional that God sent my way. Thank you.
They were courteous, polite, kept me informed every few minutes of where they were, how close they were. Their app shows a map of my location and theirs. They called when they were ten minutes away. They gave me a phone number to call or text oh I had any questions. And they texted me to ask if I was ok. He quickly got my car started, recommended I get the cables and battery checked/ replaced ASAP. The dealer verified what he said, when I took it in. I will definitely use them again.
I had a blowout on my huge 5th wheel after one of my axles came loose. It 6:30pm and I called several tow companies who wouldn't deal with my type of issue. Interstate was very responsive and sent out Coady, one of their drivers. He was amazing. He was determines to get us patched up temporarily to get the trailer back to the tow yard. They let us spend the night in the trailer parked in their yard and the pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them if you need tow or recovery service. Thanks Interstate for a great job.
Shannon and the crew went above and beyond to work with us. I was driving my motorhome and pulling an 18' flatbed in terrible conditions with my 70 yr old mother when we broke down 15 miles outside of town. They got us to the shop safe and sound and made sure we were comfortable through the ordeal. I highly recommend them, they are honest and reliable!
My car broke down outside of Farmington. It was pouring rain and I was alone. The dispatcher was so nice and sympathetic. As she got the tower truck driver en route, she gave me 3 reliable mechanics in the area (as I am from put of town). The driver was there within an hour! The mechanic was closed by the time we got there, so the driver waited with me until a ride came to pick me up. I felt cared about and safe. Thanks for the great service!!!
I had locked my daughter in the car, gave a call to have someone get us back in. The gentlemen who answered the phone immediately put the call in and had a truck to my house in less than 5 minutes. I can’t say how much I truly appreciate it. To the truck driver thank you so much for taking care of myself and my family.
Had been locked out of my car for about an hour..had exhausted all my ideas and called this place. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, and she said it'd be about 30-45 minutes. She herself (who answered the phone and is an owner of the company) actually got here in like 20 minutes and unlocked my car in a jiff, no problem. She was again extremely friendly and helpful and I'd recommend this company to anyone. The price was extremely fantastic too. Honestly felt like the good ol' confident customer service you just don't see anymore these days. If I ever need towing or lockout services again, I'm calling Interstate.
These guys are awful! I called they said it would be half an hour to an hour. 90 minutes later the guy showed up found out he was going to have to spend 20 minutes with me and decided that was just too much so he left. I definitely encourage you to take your business to somebody more worthy of your dollars.
Amazing service honest and quick! I had called to get my car towed and they got to my location within 20 minutes! Randy helped me and pointed me in the right direction on what to do next. I would recommend this towing company over many!

They robbed me for my car. I went from owing them $650 to $1,380. overnight literally. I went to pay it and it had more than doubled overnight which I could no longer afford to pay and lost my car because they're nothing but scam artists. Do not use them if you have a choice not to.
I do not recommend this company for towing. I was broke down on the highway in 31 degree weather. I was told their driver was too tired and they could not get to me until the following day. It was only 7 pm.
Called all the tow companies for a quote and by far Interstate was the best price in town. I Didn't have a problem at all, they were fast, courteous, friendly & cared for my vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Interstate for your towing services.
I have a number of vehicles and you know no matter how new or how well maintained your always going to be in need of help on the road at some point. That's why I rely on on Randy, Kory and Shannon at interstate towing. They've came to my rescue several times when I was broke down on the road miles from home.

This company was great. My daughters car was broken down here in town. I called Interstate and they were literally there in 20 minutes. They towed the car to my mechanic and the cost was like $65. The dispatcher and the driver were awesome. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again, but if i ever need another tow I’ll call Interstate.....you should to!
Great service and have you seen their vehicles? So sharp looking. I had a really nice young Man, that left his family to help mine. I knew we were in safe hands.
Very good service, as soon as I called they answered and they were there with in 15 minutes and asked where I preferred the car to be. They are very professional and courteous. Being born and raised in Farmington they are the 1st on my list to do any kind of business with because they are honest!

I was out of town when my daughter was in an accident; one call to Interstate Recovery and Towing took care of everything. They were at the accident site promptly, they removed the crashed vehicle and took it to a site of my choice.
In addition, they followed up with me and made certain my daughter was okay. Their professional and caring response was top-notch. I hope to never need their service again but I highly recommend them for anyone who does.
Prompt and courteous service. I lost a tire (no spare) coming into San Juan County and found these folks on the map. I called and their operator picked up and said they would be to my location shortly. There was a bit of a wait but the service rep was courteous and professional. He got me to a local service station and they replaced my tire.
