If I could give them zero stars I would. Super unprofessional. Going to pick up your car is an absolute hassle. The lady is rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help. She made it so difficult to get my vehicle back. She also stated they lock all cars for safety but my car was unlocked when I went to check. If you need a tow I strongly recommend going through absolutely anybody else, not this company.
Your driver, drove from Farmington all the way to Spencerville at 50 mph in the emergency lane, slamming his brakes and riding people blind spots. Everyone had to pass him from the right side.
My friend locked her keys in her car on a Friday night...couldn't find anyone in Farmington to help her called Aztec Towing and they came to the rescue thank you guys so much as it was dark and 2 ladies stranded Highly,highly recommend them for services..excellent people
We blew a tire while driving through from New Orleans to Salt Lake City and this was hands down the best towing experience I’ve had. They answered on the first ring and the woman on the phone was so kind and professional. Todd got to us well before the estimated time given and was amazing. He not only did his job amazingly, but was incredibly personable and basically gave us the entire low down of the area..the mining, the local names for surrounding geological formations, etc. 100% would recommend!
Entirety unprofessional, and very rude.
Never called to schedule when to pick up. Just got to say that they were ready to get the car. Next morning they blew up 4 missed calls and two texts my phone because "I'm not driving down if you're not awake"
Then proceeded to show up over twenty minutes late, and threw his hands in the air when I asked for a receipt.
Very helpful and nice people in person. Phone not so great but hey ur car is already there so you gotta go. You will be pleasantly surprised smiles all around and nice chit chat. Almost makes you not so sad about giving up all that cash lol. Have picked mine up 2 times now.
This is the only towing service within 100 miles that I recommend. The prices are a bit more than some but you get what you pay for. Nice clean tow trucks and employees that treat you right.
I cannot tell you how great they are, they show up on time . These folks can do everything they promise and more. Just a perfect service and are willing to go above and beyond.

Was quoted a little over $100 to go 1 mile. When I commented that the lady very rudely tried to justify with company expenses. Ummm not my problem. The very next company I called was $45. HUGE DIFFERENCE!! Very bad customer service. Hugely overpriced!
My daughter in law and I were traveling from Alaska to Texas and ended up with 2 blowouts late at night on a dark highway between Bloomfield and Cuba, New Mexico. Theresa came to the rescue within minutes of calling! She not only towed our vehicle & dropped us at a hotel, but also helped us locate new rims and tires as all shops were closed on Sunday. She and her team went above and beyond to help us get back on the road as quickly as possibly! Top level service that is truly about not only customer satisfaction, but making sure people are safe and taken care of! Thank you guys so much!!
I was involved in a rear end wreck in October 2017. I was very happy with their service. They showed up in a timely matter. Made such a horrible time a present one. I recommend them to anyone I know.
Called Aztec towing for my daughter when she broke down. After 45 mins a guy from Interstate recovery showed up and was very rude. He told my daughter to get out of her car or he would leave because he didn't have time to deal with her. When I called back to Aztec towing the lady told me this sort of thing happens all the time and it's no big deal. I think it is a big deal especially for a young girl who is expecting one company but gets another. Kind of like a cop in an unmarked car and no uniform but he has a badge
The best bunch of girls , that have the best customer service anyone could ask for . These girls make you feel like they have known you your whole life
Always there when my family and I need them in a pinch! They have always come threw and for a reasonable price, and I love there attitude always positive and I love the fact it's a all female company, hardest group of working women I know!
