Called at 1:50 and told them we were passing through and needed a gas cap. He said they had one in stock so we pulled off the highway to get it and they were closed! The guy on the phone failed to mention that they closed at 2….. in ten minutes… that would have been incredibly helpful to know….
Richard is a excellent and very knowledgeable person with most all vehicles, Richard is very helpful and his prices are very comparable to other part stores, Richard also is a good guy, Thank you Richard
I saw a recent review, with a similar experience. I was out of state, and broke down. The owner was close to closing time, and helping a customer. I waited, and asked if there were any other parts stores. He mentioned Napa, but they were closed. I waited longer, but was stressed from being stranded. I then asked when he was closing. He went off and complained about his broken computer. I apologized, and said I may be back. He said ok bye, and was extremely rude. Didn't look like the store had much to offer anyways.
I am out of town and stopped at this place. They didn't have the parts I need and I ask for another store that might have It that i could go to and right after that they were rude and just said bye. I would stop somewhere else and point someone to another place. Rude service. I won't even give them a star.
Small shop, but good service and I found what I needed, with help.
