The staff was friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. We blew two tires after 9pm on Hwy 40. Carlos picked us up (with our dog) and towed us to the hotel. Replaced one tire the next day and called around to help us locate the second. Saved us, for sure!

My loved ones ( with little ones in tow) were stranded along I-40 with a blown tire. It was late on a hot summer Sunday night. I called one OTHER service that couldnt/ wouldn't help and THEN, I called Johnson Enterprise and Towing. They drove 20 min to get them, tow them back, replace the tire and get them back on their way. Even brought them water! They gave 5 star service and were a HUGE blessing!!! Nathan was the person I talked to. He was awesome! If you are ever in/ near Santa Rosa,NM - they are the company to call for help. They are the best!!!!

Johnson Enterprises and Towing was Amazing i was broke down with 6 horses in New Mexico for 4 days and when i called them they were so accommodating they were able to get me my horses and trailer towed back home 8 hours away the very next day So thankful for them and glad to be home Thank You Johnson Enterprises and Towing They are Absolutely the BEST!

Had bolts missing after an oil change in Georgia. Made it all the way to Santa Rosa before I noticed. On a holiday weekend, I thought I would be stuck until after the holidays. Called Nathan and he came in and got me back on the road so quickly. Such a great shop and experience. So thankful for him coming in so I can get back on the road and make it home to Arizona. Highly recommend and thank you so much!!

On a cross-country trip we found ourselves broken down in Santa Rosa, New Mexico but thanks to Johnson Enterprises, he worked with us, ordered parts and got us up and running and on our way. My car broke down passing through Santa Rosa and I was stranded, engine blew. Nathan quoted me quickly, arrived earlier than he said, and took my car all the way to Oklahoma with a fair price, the same day. He also let me ride along with him! Literally a lifesaver, would of been in a serious mess had he not been willing to do so. If you ever break down anywhere in NM, need a tow/hotshot, Johnson Enterprises is definitely the place to call. Nathan I cant thank you enough

My daughter's vehicle broke down as she and her boyfriend were traveling back to Texas. We were all in a panic. I called Johnson and they immediately had a truck there to get the van, my daughter and her boyfriend. They took them to a location where a relative met them. They repaired the van within the next day for a good price. They were absolute lifesavers.

We had our second blowout in 2 days on our 5th wheel. Both rims destroyed. The first day we had the spare. Waited 5 hours for Good Sam to come help. Couldn't find a rim so we drove on without a spare. Early afternoon we had another blowout outside Santa Rosa, New Mexico. (We were east bound on I 40). Called Good Sam and they said they would have to send a tow truck since we didn't have a usable rim. We waited until nearly dark, and they still hadn't found a tow truck. So I called Mr Johnson. He said he couldn't tow us but he had 2 tires and rims!! He was there in about 30 minutes and took care of everything. Definitely recommended!!

Jordan and Nathan worked tirelessly to solve complex issues on my Chevy Duramax. Jordan put in long hours on the weekend, which I so appreciate. We had setbacks but they never quit and never considered giving up. Needless to say I’m home safe with my truck and travel trailer! Thanks Gentlemen!!

Our truck broke down 35 miles out of town. Our tiny house was 12 miles out of town! Within a couple hours they towed our truck and trailer to our destination. Great service! We appreciate all they did!

The Johnson brothers and Kevin were very helpful, courteous and seemed competent. After walking 4.5 miles to their location they took me back to my truck, with coolant, so I could drive it to there shop. Jordan even worked on the truck Saturday, not a normal work day for him. The initial diagnosis was the EGR cooler. Now, I'm not a mechanic, but from the truck issues I experienced this seemed the likely culprit. Saturday afternoon Jordan called and told me he replaced the thermostat and everything looked good. I was a little puzzled, why not the EGR? I asked, but really didn't get a satisfactory answer. We left the next day on our way back east. We got fifty miles out from Santa Rosa, NM and the engine warning lights came back on, the same lights that we experienced when the trouble started. We paid $279.00, for the work they did, which was a waist of money because the problem wasn't fixed. I still can't understand why the EGR cooler wasn't replaced. I've read the other reviews, so I just don't understand what happened in my case. The dealer was, also wondering why Johnson Ent. replaced the thermostat. You decide for yourself about this shop, I'm only relaying the facts that pertain to me. There is no emotion in my review, but do you know what it feels like to be stranded twice pulling a 35 ft, 5th wheel.

This company provides excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help us out. We had a breakdown along the freeway and they came out within a few minutes. They had to locate the belt we needed. Once they got the part, it was installed in minutes.The staff members were knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was a bit less than we expected.

Only one to respond to my Roadside Assistance at 6 am on a Sunday traveling from Phoenix to Western Oklahoma. He came & swapped out my damaged tire for my spare. Followed him to his shop & he put on a used tire. Used tire was in good shape and I felt it would be safe for the almost 400 miles I had left. All this was complete in under 2 hours.

This company really saved us back in June when we got a flat tire on I-40. It was Friday evening and most towing places were closing until Monday. This was the only place that was willing to help us, specifically Carlos. We were also an hour outside of town but they came and towed our car to their office. By then it was 10pm and he was still willing to fix my tire. It was not a regular flat, the air was leaking out because it was not installed properly when I first got it. So he had to take the tire off of the rim, fix it and put it back on. In the end, my car was back to normal and we made it to our airbnb in Amarillo, Texas that night. We are so grateful for this company and Carlos and we will always remember how he helped us when no one else would! Without them I have no idea what we would have done. Thank you so much

Shout out to Nathan Johnson! Our truck broke down 4 times in one day this year. We remembered how last year Johnson Enterprises helped when our 2018 Ram truck broke down in Santa Rosa. We called them this year to see if they knew of a mechanic in Tucumcari. They gave us the name of a mechanic. Then he said, "Try this idea. If that doesn't work take it to this mechanic." It work! I recommend Johnson Enterprises highly!

My number 4 injector line cracked (5.9 Cummins) just a few miles out of Santa Rosa. They knew which line it was before I even told them. Dude brought me a new one, swapped it in 5 minutes, and had me back rolling. Absolutely outstanding customer service and workmanship. They are an awesome outfit!!

This place is a joke. I broke down on the interstate and called them. They stopped by to look and told me he would be right back, but did not return for three hours. No phone call or follow up, just let me know over three hours before coming back. Then They ordered a part, then took a full week to get there when I found one that could’ve been overnighted, but they refused to use that part. It also was $200 cheaper than the one they found. The worst part is my tire fell off right after leaving there on the interstate. I had to have a company mechanic fix that. Also, the repair they made on my car, broke three months later, and is now unfixable because of the way they did it, according to the new mechanic. Do not use these people. They will rip you off, and they are not good at what they do.

My engine light came on while traveling today and they were the 3rd place I stopped and they were actually able to help me. The girl was so nice , did a diagnostic check and got me on my way. If need roadside service I recommend you just drive straight here and save time! They are awesome.

Car broke down 30 hours into a 45 hour road trip, in the middle of no where. I was pretty freaked out, but they got me in first thing in the morning. The transmission was shot so I had to get it to a dealership, and they towed me 2 hours to Albuquerque. Super nice people, they also had the cutest puppy hanging around at the shop. Best way to cure the anxiety from car struggles. Thanks for getting us taken care of!

My water pump went out in the middle of nowhere, 20 miles west of Santa Rosa, New Mexico, on my 12v Cummins. Josh and Nathan,the owner came out late evening, and towed my truck, and my trailer back to their shop. They finish the repairs the next day, for a reasonable price. W I was very satisfied with their service. I would not hesitate to use Johnson Enterprises again.

We were driving 600 miles from Prescott Arizona to Tucumcari New Mexico and our power steering pump blew up 20 miles out of Santa Rosa. We had to pickup 13 greyhound dogs for adoption and return another 600 miles back to Prescott overnight. I googled for a mechanic and parts supplier near me and it came up with Johnson Enterprises and Towing in Santa Rosa. It said Nathan was a decent man and a great mechanic. We were very fortunate to find a pump at the car parts store right across the street from Johnson Enterprises & Towing. Nathan and his most excellent associates came to our rescue and replaced the pump and got us back on the road with our dogs in less than 4 hours. Nathan is extremely knowledgeable, a great mechanic and an outstanding human being. This country was made great by hard working, enterprising people like Nathan, his wife, daughter, and Joshua and Brandon. We need more like them across the country. If you ever find yourself in a jam traveling along I-40/Route 66 near Santa Rosa and need a tow or a major repair, call Nathan at Johnson Enterprises & Towing. They will take care of you!

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Johnson Enterprises - Nathan and Josh!!! On 29th Oct; while traveling back to Houston, Texas, my wife and I experienced a blow out, with run flats and no spare, I was stuck on the side of I40 close to Santa Rosa at sunset...not a good feeling. I called one company which was closed, then called Johnson Enterprises - they answer the phone!!!! Nathan and Josh showed up exactly by the time stated, had the right tow equipment, trailer and truck to haul the car. These tow guys were very professional, exceeded my expectations and went out of their way to help!!!! They dropped the car at a local tire shop as it was after hours and brought us to a local hotel for the night. I can't say thank you enough, I would definitely recommend and call Johnson Enterprises for all of your vehicular repairs and towing needs!! Thanks again for the small town service....you cant find this kind of help in the big city!!! Michael
