I was heading to Roswell from Carlsbad and out of nowhere my tire seemed to explode! I looked up local tow trucks and for some reason Royal Recovery stood out to me. I called and instantly was greeted by Rachel. She was very sweet and responsive. Henry arrived in less than 10 minutes and took me to Roswell no problem! Very professional, polite, and cheap! Definitely recommend.
Our car had a bad breakdown between Artesia and Roswell, Henry came out and got us taken care of and towed home right away! Super fast and friendly service and very affordable for the distance we had to have it towed
AAA sent Henry with Royal Recovery to tow my car to a tire shop and the way I was treated made it a true honor to meet such a man. I wish there were more people like him.

I was driving this morning through Artesia, dont know area and drove through crazy flood waters.. as I was driving through the water something under my car came loose. ( was dragging metal) well after I called my husband in tears he told me to answer any weird number . I did.. MICHAEL CAME AND FIXED MY CAR AND HAD ME ON THE ROAD IN AN HOUR. THANK YOU, SIR!! This place was awesome- totally went above & beyond to help me, after my vehicle was stolen! Everything from meeting late at night to referring me to a locksmith. I've dealt with a couple of tow yards in my life and this one, hands down, was the most customer friendly one by far. I couldn't ask for a better experience!
My dad had a blowout coming home from el Paso with 2 flat tires, it was Saturday and I was worried no one answered the phone, I looked up town companies; Royal service popped up and Michael answered the phone, the first ring. He said don’t worry about him I’m on my way. It was 101 degrees out and Michael had my dad back in town in 22 minutes. Thankful that there is still good people out there!! I definitely recommend this company!!!

Needed a tow from Artesia to Carlsbad, never used Royal before but they were prompt. Got it hooked up quick and towed fast! Strapped the tires to the trailer as well very friendly and will use again for sure!!! Mr Henry was super cool!
These guys are awesome, fast, reliable, trustworthy and overall great. Over an hour away from where we were stuck on the highway and they towed us back to Roswell for just under $400. Another Company based out of Roswell was charging $650 for half the distance, if I ever need a tow I’m gonna hope I’m near them.
