We were just passing thru and broke down with a horse trailer and had a horse. Joel, despite being swamped with calls took the time to come tow us out of the middle of the highway to a mechanic shop. We were so grateful for his quick response and professional courtesy. 100% recommend.
Joel too the rescue over 2 hrs from where we were stranded in our Peterbilt after hitting a cow and leaving us enmobile. He was courteous and did everything he could to help us out. We got our load delivered thanks to him and he took us to his shop for repairs enough to get us back on the road to home in Arkansas. His mechanic was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process and they worked long hours to make sure to get the job done. Can not thank them enough for all their help in a time when it was easy to feel defeated. Highly recommend these people! God bless you and your family! Grizzles
I required a tow for my one ton in a remote location and Joel’s Heavy Duty Towing answered the phone, was professional, accommodating, efficient, great attitude! This guy takes care of business and was not over priced!! Note- I called tow services closer to my location and no answer- never received a call back.
Gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt like he was very competent, and gave above and beyond service to a person in a tight spot. Would 100% recommend again.

Went for a drive down by the lake and ended up stuck with my 2 kids and wife at 5 pm during Memorial Day weekend. Didn't expect anyone to be able to help but Joel was there within 15 mins! Got me out quick. He sacrificed his free time for us I am am extremely grateful!
Great fast service! When you’re broken down in the middle of nowhere on a lease road in New Mexico and Joel tells you he will rearrange the schedule to get you taken care of, well you just don’t find that kind of service very often out here. The wrecker driver was, quick,courteous, and quite the gentleman. I highly recommend this company and they will always be my first call when I’m in New Mexico.
Joel rescued us when nobody else would!! We were stranded 4 miles down a ROUGH, rocky road and Joel was able to get to us quickly and with all the necessary equipment. He got our vehicle and its parts on the truck without damaging it further, and drove us back to town safely and smoothly. Joel is a genuine, kind soul, and we are so thankful for him!!! Saturday night my car needed an emergency tow on a back road just outside of Carlsbad, NM. Joel picked up straight away, gave me a quote & his guy, David, was there within the hour. David was professional and kind, and got my car unstuck quickly, then led me back out to the main road. I tried to tip David for his service as I was so thankful & relieved to be headed back toward town safely. He respectfully declined the tip and wished me well, just asked that I leave a review, which I am so happy to do. Highly recommend Joel’s Heavy Duty Towing!
Had a wreck 11 hours from home and had the misfortune of dealing with these crooks. Wanted me to pay $600 to get belongs out of my totaled truck, but wouldn’t even let me verify I had $600 worth of items still in the truck. After almost dying in a wreck yesterday dealing with them was really too much for me. Joel was rude to me because I didn’t come the day of to get my medication. Unwilling to work with me at all. Blamed me for the police telling me I had to wait on a crash report for insurance on the other person . Literally care about nothing other than money. They have my items exposed in the elements, not secured, and told me they aren’t responsible if anything happens. They do not follow state laws, or HUMAN DECENCY! Will be filing every complaint possible, and luckily it’s all on video
THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND TERRIBLE PEOPLE IN GENERAL! I hope nobody ever finds themself 11 hours from home in wreck that is NOT their fault and has to deal with these heartless people. Very rude and very crooked. Unwilling to show an ounce of compassion. Had the audacity to get an attitude that my husband didn’t show up the day of his wreck to get his medication. I will attach a photo of his truck for context on that part. He didn’t have the guts to face us. He left his equally as rude daughter to handle things. She wouldn’t even let us verify what was actually left in the vehicle. I will make it my mission to share on EVERY SINGLE platform available what type of company this is.
Joel and 1 of his other drivers came to tow our F350 and 5th wheel to the repair shop after a break down today! Courteous, friendly and awesome service. Thank you Joel the family and I appreciate the help!
Highly recommend this business. I got stuck and they were so helpful and nice the entire time I was on the phone with them. I ended up getting helped out by a person passing by, but this business was still so willing to help out. They even called me an hour later to make sure I was okay and made it out safely. 10/10 recommend doing business with them.
We had engine problems with our RV coach while in Carlsbad, NM which required us to be towed to Hobbs, NM. Joel loaded our coach onto a low-boy trailer & transported it about 90 miles to a Cummins dealer in Hobbs. He was very professional & prompt. We recommend his services.
