Extremely helpful. Help me navigate same day service with AAA as well and saved me a large sum of money for my tow from Trinidad to Denver. This really helped with my move from Louisiana into the Denver area when it went. The driver was friendly and prompt. Couldn't ask for more.
APD has a contract with this place. You have no choice but to use them if your vehicle is stolen. When APD recovers your vehicle they refer you to call a non working phone. After finding the place to call, a lady quotes over the phone it will be $250 to release the car. However, when you get there they tell you $345 plus more to tow it elsewhere! I’m wondering if they have inside people stealing vehicles for profit! None of the customers were there for accidents, only stolen vehicles. Funny thing is, no items were taken from inside my car. Also, the following day while waiting for my vehicle to be towed to my preferred location, this company claimed there was still a remaining balance!!! Total scam!
I was impressed that this was the only company that answered my call on a Sunday evening. Not only did the tow truck driver, Hugo, arrive at my location within 20 minutes, but he also provided exceptional service by carefully towing my car straight into my garage. Hugo was kind, professional, and made the whole process easy. On top of that, their rates were very affordable. Highly recommended!
Manager is not professional. Almost ran me over with his son in tow ride. Got him on camera doing so. Made a complaint about on of the workers yet he never tried apologize about the situation. I’ll post a picture of how the manager unloading my car onto a parking area. Double parked and diagonally. Not so professional. Go somewhere else. If you have any problems he will not take care of the issue. 0 stars if I had the option.

I called for a tow for multiple vehicles and was willing to pay their expensive price and they said they were sending a driver to us and no one showed up three hours later We’re still waiting for them when they said 1 hour and now we have to do everything ourselves. Do not recommend going with this towing company unless you want to be waiting on the side of the road for hours for them not to show up. And not answer the 10 phone calls I’ve made.

My car needed a tow after her battery was stolen and they were fast and friendly at getting me towed home. They were very affordable so my wallet was very thankful. The absolute worst customer service experience ever. I am disabled and had questions about the process and my options. I was met with hostility and aggression from the manager. My vehicle had been stolen from and when asked about security he told me that anyone can break in anywhere. I am very disappointed on how I was treated and told to get off the lot.
I'm not even a person that writes reviews often but this was horrendous.
I couldn't of asked for better service. J & M discount Towing is the BEST in town. And ask for Dominic a true master of his craft! It was not a easy tow, but he pulled it off with ease. Friendly, Skilled, and Affordable! I would recommend this business before any place else.
I had an accident towards the end of the day on a Friday and had my car picked up by a J&M tow truck. By the time I call about getting my car released I find releases can only happen in person and on paper. The following Monday is a holiday. I am no able to release my car for 4 days, my insurance only covers 2 days on the lot. I need them to move into the future and digitize. But with the customer on the hook to receive the full inconvenience I'm sure they don't care. P.S. There are no easily viewable signs from the road and they don't state their office hours on their website. If I could give them less than one star I would.
HUGE KUDOS to Discount Collision for the great experience and service I recently had with them in getting my vehicle repaired. Discount Collision is very professional and attentive in meeting their client's needs. They go over and above explaining all work/repairs that are going to be done, answered any/all questions I had and provided me with options that were available to me for the best outcome. The staff at Discount Collison were mindful and meticulous in keeping me informed/updated at every step of the process in repairing my vehicle and it was finished and ready for pickup at the time it was promised. I highly recommend DISCOUNT COLLISION...If you have any Collision needs, don't go to any of the rest...go to the BEST!!!
Got my car repaired after a semi tire destroyed my front end. Joseph and his team were so kind and helpful. They were constantly keeping us informed so we never felt out of the loop. They handled all the dealings with our insurance. Our car was finished when they said it would be and looked as if nothing ever happened! The whole process was easy and painless to go through. I'm so happy with how our car turned out and how clean it was when we picked it up. Felt as if we just picked it up from the dealership again! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing body work done.
Isn’t it just great when GEICO tells you to take your car somewhere and they don’t know how to fix it?! Isn’t it even greater when a vehicle wrecks your front bumper and the shop doesn’t say anything about it? How about if the car takes 3 weeks longer (5 weeks total) than it’s suppose to and IT’S STILL NOT FIXED. I’m never giving these people any of my vehicles ever again and I will be taking them to court for the negligence, lost wages, and vandalism of my car that took place on their property. DO NOT LISTEN TO GEICO AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Didn't use their towing service, but the collision repair shop is AWESOME! They do great work, they care for your vehicle, and prices are very reasonable. Being in an accident is never fun; however, the team at Discount Towing & Collision made the repair effortless! They were super supportive and communicative as well as patient with us! We got the vehicle back early and even had them do a bit extra on the car while it was in the shop because they were so great!
Broke my driver door on my F250 and came to these guys to have it fixed. So happy I did! Just picked up it up today and it looked great, their service from the beginning was great and very helpful. They kept in touch during the process to keep me updated, truck took a bit longer than originally anticipated but it was well worth the wait. Definitely recommend going here!
This place was amazing, they towed our car after an accident and we ended up going with them for the repairs as well. They were kind, courteous, and the service we received was excellent. The repairs came out fantastic can’t even tell the car was in an accident at all. Also when my husband picked up the car he was expecting to get it back the way we left it which wasn’t very clean AT ALL, but when he got in they had cleaned it so nicely inside and out! Amazing service!

Everyone is professional, nice and knowledgeable. I was kept informed the entire time. They finished a week ahead of time. I didn't even have to return the rental car to Enterprise, as Discount Collision did that for me.
Lastly, my car looks amazing. I highly recommend them.
I had my BMW towed last week and it was the best customer service experience I had. The drivers name was Ernesto he was very professional and polite. He definitely knew what he was doing. I really recommend this company. They got there really fast, didn’t have to wait for long like other companies. I will definitely call them next time.
