1 star is being generous. Called at 1 pm and was told no more than 30-40 minutes after an hour and a half we called back and was told no “were next on the list if we don’t like the wait call somewhere else” if you are looking for a RELIABLE and HONEST tow company dont waste your time here.. instead call uptown towing!!
We got into a car accident we spoke with Steve and Crystal mainly but his whole staff is very Helpful and nice. Our insurance company was being a pain they were so helpful getting our car out asap and giving us pointers. We'd definitely recommend them. Prayers for their driver who's in the hospital

This guy towed my car..Let me be very clear .. 1st thing they should know (it’s better we should say he should learn ) how to speak with people. You are not supposed to talk to him. He shouts with heavy voice and striking the bench with hand stating don’t Yale in reverse to us. That is very argent or discrimination I don’t understand because I am Indian. There is not necessarily him to behave like that in that situation ( If he has cameras in ref. to 12-12:15 Pm dated Sat 4th 2022..)

1)Minimum 115 $ and there is no number of miles covered in that.
2) for 5miles he charged 55$ @ 11$/mile ( not included in minimum.
3)Fuel surcharge 19.20$
4)I pick my car he charged delivery charge @50$
5)admin fee ,he said police and city fee @35$ I don’t know if this is true.
6) just towed from point to his place and I went to pick up just in 30 mins he charged $15 for storage.
7) using my credit card to pay he charged $9:35 for surcharge and claims everyone does this..
This guy simply rip of money.
Excellent customer service from this place! He clearly loves what he does and is good at it. Super friendly and professional. Love their motto- Fast, Fair, Friendly.
My in law's car was stolen and ended up here. When I took my mother in law to go sign to release her car the lady was so rude. I'm not sure why she was being so rude, but that's awful when you're already going through something with your car being stolen. They have a sign up stating if your rude they'll charge you $20 and $5 for whining, like seriously? What about them being rude to the customer? It's not like my in laws chose to have their car stolen and taken there. Maybe they
should pay her $20 for causing her more stress and being rude. The sign should apply both ways.
Staff was good, I was treated fairly. The only thing was I almost signed for another car. But the lady in the office was kinda busy so it wasn't her fault.
This company should be shut down and owner should be charged for robbery. I towed my car literally one mile and was charged $112. The driver says its the state law we have to charge a minimum of $100 for a hookup and $5 evermile after that. There are many company here that only charge $50-75 at the most. Oh did i mention it was around 7 pm? Si it was not even "off hours." I feel insulted that the driver thought i would be so stupid to believe him.
Was the only one who answered the phone at 2 am when I needed help, and followed up at 7am when the tire shops opened to see if I still needed help. So kind and professional. Highly recommend and not a flake!
They were awesome. Even gave me a jump cuz my car wouldn't start when I picked up my car. I forgot the guys name. But he was very nice and helpful with me.
The owner of this company verbally assaulted me and refused to give me my vehicle. I had to call the police to get my vehicle. He was very intoxicated, rude and belligerent. He also has dogs that will attack you. DO NOT EVER USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!! I am sure the owner has mental problems and should not be running any type of business.
This is an amazing place, every car you can think of his here you can find a part for anything and there is even a really cool old train car when you first come in. The owner mark was knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me find just the part I had been searching for. I can't recommend this tow yard any more then I do it's really one of a kind
Horrible towing & service. Do not ever take your vehicle to be repaired/serviced. The mechanic there will pull your good parts & replace them with bad/broken parts & charge extra for the parts which are more than likely used parts. I was even missing things from my vehicle. I noticed parts from my car stereo missing connectors for my iPod/iphone & other things missing so they will steal things from your vehicle and charge you for used parts & say they are new. It cost me over $100 to replace the stolen things from my vehicle. I highly recommend to go elsewhere if possible. Horrible service guy!!! A total ripp off!!! They replace good parts with bad parts so you have to keep coming back to ripp you off again. 2 thumbs down!!! Extra bad mechanics & con artists. Stay away!!!
My son was in an accident with injuries. Though we had AAA towing. We were forced to use the City of Albuquerque contracted towing company A-Albuquerque Towing. I called A-Albuq. Towing the following day (Saturday) so I can retrieve my car. They said they were open from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Sense I live in out of town. I ask if they take credit card payments over the phone, which they did if you faxed them a copy of drivers licence, credit card and registration. I did all of this and advise that AAA was in route to pickup car to deliver it to our home in rural New Mexico, 42, miles from Albuquerque. I asked office manager for a breakdown of charges. I was told it was a $150.0 pickup fee and tow (5.5 miles), $50.00 administration fee, $50.00 fee for picking it up on a Saturday. They said it was not normal working hours, even though they said they were open until 3:00 pm. When I questioned the Saturday fee. The office manger then told me she was not going to except the over the phone payment and would not allow the other towing company to pickup the vehicle unless I drove down there in person. I had to cancel the tow pickup with AAA.
DON’T EVERY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. I will be contacting the State Corporation Commission of NM, I will filling a complaint through the Albuquerque Mayor’s Hearing officer. I will be filling a complaint with C of A purchasing department which awarded them the towing contract with the City Albuquerque. I will be in contact with local media for their investigation. THIS IS VEHICLE EXTORTION.
Staff is RUDE, Treat you as if you have no knowledge of your rights as a person that had a vehicle towed from a crash. They go through your vehicle and Vandalize personal property, then say they know nothing about it ! They STEAL License Plates and blame the Police Dept. Saying " maybe you didn't have Insurance " Steve the Manager/Owner Interrupts you when your trying to speak and tell them of these illegal actions the Companies Employees are doing. I would Highly recommend calling another Tow service company to tow your vehicle before utilizing A Albuquerque Towing. CROOKS ! ......Respond's to my review With a Childish comment ! The best in Albuquerque, They have towed my care several times and always fast, friendly and honest. The owner set me up with a diesel mechanic that got my truck fixed and back on the road fast. A Albuquerque Gets A++
This company is in the midst of a racket with the Albuquerque police department. If you need to be towed away from an accident site the APD will hand you a form for this company regardless of how far away it is in the city (my case being almost in Rio Rancho).
I was intimidated by the police with statements such as "We are obligated to make the road clear for traffic and you can't interfere" or badgering me with "You need to hurry up." When I made my attempts to call AAA to help me with the main thing I acquired membership with them for.
I was downright extorted by the APD into using this service that intended to compound many fees and inconveniences onto my towing bill. On top of the fact that I had a very long and expensive Uber ride up there to sign a document and get my vehicle delivered to my insurance company.
These guys nearly made me go hungry for a week.
My son's motor cycle was totaled in an accident. It was towed and stored by Albuquerque Towing. I needed information about the vehicle and how to proceed with the claim. Steve is the manager, and couldn't have been more helpful. He is a professional in every sense of the word. I give Albuquerque FIVE STARS!!
Worst company I've come in contact with. Owner/Manager verbally assaulted me and is now neglecting to return my vehicle. Had to call the cops and even now still waiting to hear back on what rights I have and what they have. Company should be shut down.
Let me start by saying you can call the other tow companies and their integrity is not as good as this one they are a lot more than just a tow company they are a family of the town's if you all don't like the prices then you should try to maintain your vehicle so you don't need a tow

Tom towed me and he's a nice guy. He arrived right when the lady said he would, professional and knew how to work with my slammed car. Go with these guys
