TERRIBLE tow truck driver attitudes! The driver was so rude to my husband that he became angry and wanted to physically fight him! My husband even helped him stir it onto the ramp which is a liability and the drivers job and it’s the tow truck drivers job while the driver just watched!!!! Makes sense that these drivers probably have a miserable life! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company! Managers will not call back when you complain. Moving on with life and just have to chuckle! At least it’s not me that has that job. Lol
Used this tow service through my insurances roadside assistance and I was very pleased with the service received from Brian. He provided quick service, extremely clear communication and professionalism. 10/10 recommend!
I called roadside assistance for a dead battery and they dispatched Duggers Road Service to help me. Gilbert drove up and found that my battery had a charge and appeared to be fine. After investigating, he discovered that my battery cable was the issue. He was able to get my truck started and was able to rig the cable so the truck would start until I could get it fixed. I droke to a service station and they repaired it. Thanks for the help Gilbert!
It was 5:00am when my 2 year old car would not start. I had a full schedule at work and I was in trouble. Duggers came to the rescue. The Duggers Technician named GodFrey was amazing. He was kind, caring, jumped the battery and the car started. He also tested the battery and showed me on his meter what the condition of my battery was. Godfrey was not just someone who helped, but he was kind, friendly and really cared about helping me in my time of need. At 5:00am on a cold, dark winter day, this is what a person needs. Thank You Godfrey!!!!

WORST service ever! Lied about time frame for assistance this company has NO business being a subcontractor for #Progessive #Progressiveinsurance we will file a complaint not only with Progressive but the Department of Insurance for the State of Arizona non compliance as well as overcharging a customer up front before assisting $86 to jump a car! DO NOT USE left a female alone for 3 hours and actually blamed AI for inconsistent texts saying they were on their way•
Just had a lovely gentleman change my flat tire, point out defects in that tire, find the hole that was in the tire that caused the flat AND put the tire in my trunk for me.

Used them June for a new battery. I was staying at a hotel near Albuquerque NM. I was referred to Duggers by Geico. The battery was replaced but didn’t last two months. It would not hold a charge. Since my car had to be driven cross country my mover had to buy a new battery for me! They refused to reimburse me since the battery had been removed!

My truck needed a jump not once, but twice while I was at work, and Gustavo showed up both times quickly and with complete professionalism. He didn’t just get my battery started; he also took the time to explain helpful tips, like keeping the engine running to let it recharge and making sure the truck is holding a charge before shutting it off again. His guidance and patience were genuinely appreciated. Excellent service, Road side assistant was fast response, and a super knowledgeable technician. I had a dead battery and duggers came out. Jeffrey was the tech. He explianed everything to me so I could understand it. Was prompt, professional and courteous. Will use them and again and recommend to friends and family
My wife was locked out of her car and our insurance roadside assistance chose Dugger. When the guy arrived my wife describes him as a cowboy and he tipped his hat and called her mam. He was able to quickly get her into the car and on the road. Quick polite service. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks Dugger!

Horrible horrible made a appointment a week before to get my truck picked up at 9:30 -10 cause that’s when my truck has to be to the dealer ship they show up almost 2 hours early and when she called I told them I wasn’t even there yet because I hadn’t made the appointment til 9-10 she said they never received a appointment only a next available and that they can’t wait 25 minutes for me to get picked up as if they aren’t TOWING MY VEHICLE and she was very rude had no sympathy at all like it’s not my fault they showed up early at first the message said he was running late then shows up 2 HOURS EARLIER. And the lady I talked to to schedule asked me what time and said that’s when they’ll be there. then she tells me I have to re call through insurance and request a whole new one very poor service and if it ain’t there fault they need to fix how they receive there request because they can’t even get there information from other customers right
I have been waiting over an hour and the tow truck still isnt here, im stuck at a busy intersection. Duggers told me they would be 30 mins, they lied in order to take my money over the phone. When I actually spoke to the driver he had only just started his shift having just arrived at the truck yard, he apologized that the people on the phone had told me he was already on the road. It has now been an hour and 35 mins I have been stranded in the middle of a freeway intersection. Edited - the actual tow truck service was great, its saturday and they have calls diverted to a call center in india and basically they are not able to do the job they are suppose to do. Five stars for the actual tow truck and driver, zero stars for the weekend call .
Absolutely ridiculous. Tried to have a vehicle towed from my apartment complex, and got a call from the driver after he ALREADY LEFT the property to tell me he couldn't find it and was leaving. Got him to turn around and offer to help guide him to the vehicle and the driver was not interested in even trying to find it. Complained that"there's a fire hydrant right next to me" when I told him the turn was next to a hydrant. Like there is not multiple hydrants around an APARTMENT COMPLEX. Pretty embarrassing definitely save your money for a tow company with driver that cares at all.
Dugger’s Road Rescue is, without question, the most unprofessional roadside assistance company I’ve ever encountered. Any insurance company that partners with them—like Travelers—should reconsider immediately, because this company’s incompetence reflects terribly on them.
On October 9, 2025, at around 5:00 PM, I received a text from Travelers Insurance stating Dugger’s would arrive in 30–40 minutes. By 5:40 PM, with no update, I called Dugger’s directly—only to be told it would actually be another hour and a half before anyone could get there. Excuse me? When exactly did they plan to tell me that?
I was sitting in a supermarket parking lot with perishable groceries, and the representative casually mentioned that other customers had been waiting over two hours. That’s not “roadside assistance.” That’s neglect.
Thankfully, Travelers reassigned the job to Town & Country, who arrived within 25 minutes. Their technician, Justin, was everything Dugger’s is not—courteous, prompt, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a simple jumpstart) and had me back on the road in minutes.
Bottom line: Dugger’s Road Rescue is unreliable, unprofessional, and unprepared to handle the volume of calls they accept. If you value your time, safety, or sanity, insist your insurance company never send them your way.
Brian drove up knew that we were getting a tow to the shop. Loaded up the car, promptly, took all the precautions to secure the vehicle off he went well within 10 minutes. Met him at the shop and was able to thank him for doing a superb service. He is definitely an asset to Duggars where I've always obtained great service, with the exception of the first driver that got sent for this job. When requesting, ask to see if Brian is available. If you want your vehicle securely and properly attached onto the truck, Brian will do this every time. Thank you Brian!
This company is the company contracted through my insurance. The service is amazingly terrible. I'll get a confirmed time for towing and they won't show up and when I call they tell me they don't know anything about it. It shouldn't take 24 hours to get your car towed into the shop, but that's par for this company - twice now. The one time they did show up, they waited all of two minutes and left. I wasn't in a position where I could answer my phone and ran out to meet them and found them gone. Just ridiculously bad service.
Duggar’s is unreliable at best, the person who answers the phone is rude, and unhelpful, I get this is Goodsam contract towing, but at least be professional if you say you will be somewhere in 90 minutes, be there or at least call and say you are delayed. Poor customer service. If you are spending your own money for a tow look elsewhere.
Dugger’s was quick, efficient, and communicated well when I requested a tow through my insurance. Their dispatch kept me up to date with the driver’s ETA, and the driver was very polite and handled my vehicle with care. I’ve never needed a tow before, but now I know who to call if I need one again, or any of the many services they offer.
Had a lock out so I requested service through the roadside service with my insurance. They used Dugger and the technician that came was very professional and efficient. Took only 15 minutes to arrive and 2 minutes to unlock the car and I was on my way. Thank you so much!

Everything was great . Liked my keys in my truck late at night. Have to be up early to move my son into college dorm. Contacted American Family insurance that night and they said it may be next day but they would try. Nari with Duggers Road Rescue showed up within 30 min and was so knowledgable and made it actually a fun experience. I was so stressed out but she made me laugh and really made my day! Everything worked out fine and I was able to make my schedule. Thank you so much for having Nari on your team!!!
After too many years of dealing with sub par customer service from AAA, it was so nice to talk to an actual person in setting up our assistance. Russ was there within half an hour to change out our dead battery. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Really appreciate the service we received today and highly recommend Duggars and especially Russ.
Fair pricing especially for the market. Great customer service on both the phone end and the driver David. I assumed Duggers would be pricier than most but was wrong. Couldn't be happier with the transaction and the extremely timely response. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We experienced a flat tire as we drove into our hotel in Albuquerque. On-star notified us that we were losing pressure fast as we entered our room. We notified Verizon and Jeffrey set us up with Dugger's to put on a donut until we could get to the tire repair center. Martin came out quickly, and with low lighting, he professionally exchanged the tire with the donut. He was very careful with his work and explained his process. We were impressed and thankful at 10 pm. on the 4th of July. When in need, try Dugger's Towing.
My insurance sent them after my car was vandalized. Quick response. Jesse went out of his way to get my car out of a tight parking space. Heather was very pleasant on the phone. Highly recommend if you need towing service. Also they first sent a too large truck couldn't get in the lot. Driver was very pleasant about it and immediately called for a smaller truck. great attitude (sorry didn't get his name). Please thank everyone and keep up the great work ethic!
Looks like they ran my vehicle into a large tree on their way to the shop. Presumably didn't clear the tree and drove under it causing it to hit and substantially scratch my vehicle. Guy who picked it up was nice enough, but that's besides the point when you damage and scratch the paint like this. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you like your clear-coat.
I try to take good care of my vehicle and I had literally just treated some minor scratches on my hood a few weeks before I had it towed. I did it myself, it was a lot of work and took a lot of time. Thanks Duggers for undoing everything I did, and for scratching the roof lights.
