Found out steps of my last oil change were done incorrectly, I found pieces of the skid plate were missing when I had the oil changed again. I called Shedlock a few weeks ago, just to speak with someone to find out if the pieces were saved or set aside. I never got a call back. I feel bad being a bother, so I ordered new parts and will install them myself. I had called even before this, to follow up on diagnosing an ongoing vehicle problem, and never heard back. Shedlock is the place to go if you are looking to have a performance or specialized vehicle serviced, cleaned, or stored. Rainer is working with me to pinpoint an issue that I've had with my vehicle for years, taking the time, effort, and diligence to look at things when other mechanics and dealerships wouldn't. He is cut from a different cloth than the rest. Joe, the owner, & the rest of the team take pride in every element of their work, including the showroom, and waiting area- the level of care and respect is highly evident. I have recommend all my close friends to come here for service.

I was so pleased with the service and communication. We had a continuing issue with our car alarm- They were able to address quickly and properly. They also were polite to instruct my daughter on certain features the car had that she was unaware of. I will gladly use their services again.

Incredible experience from start to finish, they did an amazing job fitting larger tires on my Ford Bronco. Rainer was especially helpful - super knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was professional, quick, and exceeded my expectations. Rainer and his great team performed paintless dent repair on my Lexus. They did a great job eliminating/fixing the dents and returned the car to me as clean and shiny as when I first bought the car. Sherlock Auto Care is a quality, well run business.

Great customer service and car detailing. Highly recommend both the full detail and express detail. Both a great value for what you get. Plus a very comfortable and well stocked customer waiting area, with snacks, drinks, storing WiFi, etc. Staff are super friendly and scheduling is super easy, too. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my Bronco Sport to Shedlock and cannot imagine going anywhere else! I completely trust Rainer (and his team). I have had window tinting, ceramic coat, detailing , etc….and could not be more pleased. Most recently had issues with fender flares (not caused by Shedlock) spoke with Rainer (who totally understands!)…..and issues are resolved!! Thank you!

I’ve now bought 3 cars from Joe over at Shedlock and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s a full service auto care spot! They do it all from oil change, tire & wheel, brake work, etc. I highly suggest if you want a country club experience! No matter what kind of car you have they treat you well.

Rainer and the team at Shedlock were so helpful as I navigated my first experience dealing with insurance and auto damage! They were so accommodating and flexible with me needing to do the repairs during a specific week. They were communicative, helped me navigate insurance and my car came back looking like new. Great high end facility for auto repair/maintenance at reasonable rates - have been there twice now. The staff was courteous and thorough in reviewing my email requests and instructions and promptly replied with accurate estimate ranges for the work. The work came in on the lower end of the estimate both times. The waiting room is comfortably set-up in the show room with tables/chairs, coffee, soft drinks, etc. amidst some gorgeous classic and exotic cars. I will definitely be using them in the future for work that doesn't need to be done at the dealer.

My first few visits to Shedlock were to get my 911 hand washed (it's too low for most automatic washes). They did an incredible job every time. I noticed that the fine scratches and rim scrapes that our other cars collected over time from the "brushless" car washes didn't happen with Shedlock, so we started taking also taking our Macan, F-150 and Audi S5 there for washes and detailing. When our excellent independent mechanic retired last year, we switched to Shedlock for routine maintenance like oil changes, with equally great results. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have this great shop in Warren Township!

Got new brakes, rotors, an oil change, and a door actuator repair with same-day turnaround. Rainer was accessible and helpful setting up the appointment and keeping me posted on the work. Steph at the front desk is super friendly as well. The whole crew at Shedlock is great, and I'll be bringing my car back again and recommending them to my friends in the area.

Rainer provided stellar service in a timely manner. While searching for parts for a 20 year old car, I thought I'd never what I was looking for. Great car atmosphere. I have my cars serviced here. Both mechanically and cosmetically. Staff is very professional and easy to work with. I've had zero problems with the work that has been performed on my vehicles. I also store my cars here. Pricing is very reasonable. Would highly recommend them.

After a summer of parking my car in an outdoor lot in the city, it had acquired grime that just wouldn’t come off in a regular hand wash. I decided to bring it to Shedlock Auto Care for a detail and I’m thrilled that I did. The staff was communicative and friendly and the facility is top notch. They had a quick turnaround and I was amazed when I saw the car, it hadn’t looked that pristine since the day I drove it off the lot. I will 100% be coming back here regularly and I highly recommend them for all your car care needs.

This place is amazing! Very Professional and super friendly staff. My car had a bit of an emergency and their staff, especial Rainer, were very accommodating. They welcomed me into their show room and offered me coffee and snacks while I waited for my car’s issue to be diagnosed. Their communication on the issue and what it would take to fix it was detailed and precise. My biggest take away was that despite my car not being a 6-figure car, they still treated me as if it was. Just bought an incredibly mint 2011 BMW 328xi from the incredible crew at Shedlock Auto. I could not be happier. they are all so kind, there. I think they were just as happy as I am. the price was great and the mileage is low. It was a done deal in one day. what's not to love about Shedlock?

I typically do not write reviews however I felt that the wonderful experience I was given should be shared. I had been in the market for a Toyota 4Runner for a long time and was having a very difficult time finding one for what would be considered a reasonable price. After hearing a multitude of dealership horror stories I was told through an employee (Rainer) to try Shedlock. He assured me that he would walk me through the purchasing process personally. Not only did Rainer deliver on his promise but he went above and beyond to ensure that we found the right vehicle. He never once pressured me (as a stereotypical car dealer might) nor did I feel rushed. The entire experience truly just felt like a good friend trying to help get me the best deal possible. If I could rate this car shopping experience higher than 5 stars I would. It has been a talking point for every conversation I have had since. When people tell me they are looking to do anything regarding a car my response will now always be “Go to Shedlock”.

Shedlock did an amazing job tinting my car windows. Their customer service is excellent. I chose the 20% tint and couldn’t be happier. Keeps the car cool and gives added privacy without hindering vision. The car looks great! It was definitely worth the cost. Highly recommend their service.

Took my 14 Audi S7 there to get a hand wash and light interior detail. Car turned out fantastic! The staff were extremely nice and professional. They love cars, and you can feel it when they talk to you and by the quality of their work. I will certainly be doing more detail work with them again.

This place is awesome. They did a really nice job on my car. Waiting area is top notch with complementary snacks and drinks. You can tell they deal with some really nice cars, but they washed up my Toyota just as well.

I am so happy I stumbled upon this place! They have by far exceeded my expectations. I’ve had my car washed and serviced here several times. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. You’re immediately greeted by name and with a warm smile. I found staff to be very professional, kind, and respectful. Honestly after every car wash before coming to Shedlock’s, I would always notice several spots that needed better cleaning. I felt my car was rushed and those that cleaned it lacked work ethic. I no longer feel as though I could’ve done a better job at cleaning my car. Every time I get it washed I’m left beyond satisfied. Definitely worth every penny. They were efficient with my service jobs, and made sure everything was up to par and running smoothly. The place itself is impeccable and there’s great attention to detail. I love how comfortable the waiting area is and that they actually go above and beyond and provide coffee and various snacks. I don’t normally write reviews, however I have a new found level of admiration and respect for this place. Hands down they’ve earned my business and I look forward to purchasing my next car from them, as they are extremely knowledgeable and competent. Why would I go anywhere else?

Joe Adam and the staff are by far the most attentive knowledgeable and conscientious and caring group. They provided me with fabulous experiences more than once The storage is impeccable Hand car washing is incredible. The place is elegant and by far the best place to purchase any car anywhere !!
