Sells cars that are worse than lemons and then talk to you like your trash ! Cars aren’t even worth the rude and disrespectful owner you have to deal with ! Worst decision ever!

I would like to start by saying Mike is one of the few honest and upfront car dealers I have ever met. The entire experience from start to current has been awesome from the initial purchase down to if I had a mechanic issue with the car he worked with me to get the vehicle I purchased fixed without any hassle whatsoever. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a vehicle not to hesitate to shop here. Family Auto Brokers has exceeded my expectations and when making payments they are reported to the credit bureau to improve your credit score and he finances without running credit!! Making this place a legitimate buy here pay here!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!

Didn’t work with me with payments, car had check engine light on since they sold it to me, told me they would have it fixed and never did, got fed up with them and not wanting to do repairs when I bring parts, finally they repo the car when I had less then 1200$ on a 5000$ car. Never got my belongings from The car, over 1500$ in tools car parts for my job and a boat load of personal belongings. I messaged them for months without a response, Mike and Harvey don’t care about the cars only if your going to pay for it. They sell lemons and over price them then get ignorant with you when you have a problem, they could have helped me out when they sold me a car that needed 5000+ dollars in work. But they didn’t. Work with them at your own risk

Worst experience, don’t come here even if it’s your last choice like it was mine ! Since I got my car at this dealership a year ago it has been hell on wheels ! Since the day I have bought this car there has been an engine light on… I’m not kidding, they said they would fix it until the car was good which of course was not the case. I constantly had to bring my car in and leave it there for days at a time not knowing when I’d get it back.so I would end up spending large amounts on Uber with no reimbursement, no offers for a loaner car or anything. Most recently I brought it in due to AC not working as well as needing an oil change, they assured me they’d fix it but said the oil change probably wasn’t necessary even tho the oil light was on but I insisted it be changed… once I got the car back, the oil was changed and the ac still didn’t really work.. and now it overheats.. so I called them to tell them and was told that they had to replace the fan and were waiting on the part and they’d let me know when it came in but I shouldn’t drive it if it’s overheating.. this was told to me after I had already been driving the car and I had to call to even find out.. then they don’t call me for weeks so I ended up calling AGAIN for them to say they were waiting on me to bring the car in.. I bring it in for them to fix and now 2 months later in 30 degree weather, my car still overheats ! I’m sure they will try to rebuttal and justify their actions but please don’t listen to them, this has been a nightmare for the last year and there’s more problems with the car but this would be way longer than it already is. On top of all of that, the one thing they are good at… is calling you to let you know, you have a payment due :) that’s the only time when they’ll make the call to you

BOUGHT A CAR ALMOST 1 YEAR AGO, GOT A GREAT CAR FOR A GREAT PRICE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR, YOU SHOULD EXPECT SOME PROBLEMS WITH A 15 YEAR OLD CAR WITH AROUND 150,000 MILES, I TOLD THEM THE PROBLEMS, THEY FIXED IT FAST, NO CHARGE, AND CAR RUNS GREAT NOW. THEY ALSO HAD A GREAT PAYMENT PLAN TO FIT MY BUDGET.

They told me that they would call me when they got the car I wanted in, I got no call. I was told that I would be able to drive it if the lot that day, no such luck. They didn't know what was wrong with the car I did want. It was a waste of money and time.

Terrible service. No customer satisfaction. Bought a car because my wife really liked it but i had to wash it myself and the first thing I had to do...take it to the gas station. It was on empty...never again.

Great customer service through out the entire experience. The car was available on time and in great condition.

Very open and honest about everything. The guys took the time to show me around and help with the car I chose. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I agree with all the bad reviews. I knew in my gut that I was taking some crazy chance buying something at this dusty and filthy chop shop. so I bought a 2004 Caravan which ended u being nothing but a lemon---in and out of the mechanics regularly for 6 months straight. But I admit it is my fault---never trust second rate salesmen--everybody knows that.

Michael and Harvey are the best out there. Unlike most car dealerships they are honest and upfront about everything. I have had nothing but great experiences with them and will continue to do business with them. They will help you rebuild your credit as well as make sure your always on the road.

I had a pleasant experience here. They are very helpful, honest and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns.

I’ll give the, credit for being sly ignorant dealers as a front. Not to mention I’ll give them effort for forging signatures on miscellaneous documents and also changing not only a date on a so called exact warranted car contract. Lowest people in life are not so hard to find apparently. Not to mention I predict they will be shut down for more than fraud. I’d say never trust dirty tools and also never trust their connections with the law. I’m sorry I’d like to add a man Tiny. Apparently the guy who led me to this place knows a guy named Timy who would murder someone for 5000$ -How sad, I walked in like this is it but of course, how could they know.

Should be called lemons R us you buy a car from here expect the check engine light or what ever else to come on within a week

I sold my Nisson Pathfider and the sale was smooth and no BS . I have done business with this company for a few years and always got what I was promised . They have great selection and prices that are cheaper then most dearships.

Sold my 2000 Lexus in less than a week. Mike guided me with a 'real' sales price to move it fast. Told me what he sold it for and exactly how much I'd make and he'd make. No Used car salesman BS.

Michael and Harvey were great in helping me replace a totaled car. They guided me through the process with my insurance and were very fair on the price with the 2010 Mazdapeed 3 I eventually bought. Financing couldn't be easier and they even shopped for the best deal for my not-so-stellar credit situation. They may not have the flashiest lot, but they more than make up for it in quality service. 2 months in and the car is running great. 10/10 would buy from them again.

reading the feedback by the owners on these unhappy reviews makes me sick. telling everyone below me that they are lying or incorrect. i was about to pick this dealership to help me rebuild my credit but it's obvious these people are dishonest. facebook has 4.5/5 stars for them but if you look, most of the reviews are from bot accounts they created. didn't even try to hide it well. people see your guys' replies, you know. i just watched you tell other customers that they don't want to take responsibility for themselves and that they are lying in their reviews. get a clue about how to run a business. also, your website is terrible.

I bought a 2005 Jetta GLS from this dealer about a year and a half ago. The car was fine on our test drive, so after discussing a deal where The owner would sign a paper saying that the car was guaranteed to pass inspection, he tricked me into signing a paper that said basically that the lemon law couldn't apply to them and we couldn't take them to court. I purchased it with the only money to my name $5400. As soon as I drove it off the lot and stopped at a red light the car was idling very low and was shaking. Automatically after, the check engine light came on. Everytime it rained the car would start misfiring and it was almost undriveable. Car wouldn't pass inspection, so we called the dealer to ask if he could do anything and he said no, that it was our fault for whatever reason. My uncle is a mechanic and literally spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong. There were 6 different codes on the car. Finally afterwards I would just drive the car because I had nothing else and no mechanics knew what was wrong, until 3 months ago the entire car just broke down and could not even be driven. After my uncle had the car in his driveway for almost three months we realized a slew of problems after doing a head job in the engine. The cylinder was dead, the rod punched a hole through the piston, which never even happens. The inside of the engine was leaking gallons of black oil and corroded everything. The engine was so rare we couldn't even find a cam that matched the head anywhere in the entire country. Finally I gave up and I'm junking the car. Only getting about $500 from this car. I hope you realize if you're reading this how sad that is for a girl who finally saved up enough money to have a stress free life and I just wasted it all by walking through your doors. You are cold heartless people. I will never go to another used car dealer ever again because of this dealer.

These guys are jokers, i wanted to look at a car but they kept talking about financing how they help people rebuild their credit. What kind of a used car salesman doesn't allow the customer to look at the car? One look at a customer and you're already talking about financing without showing them your product. Not everybody is looking to finance, i had cash and i would have paid cash. They probably get very desperate customers so their customer service is worse than mc donalds. Terrible customer service just terrible

dont waste your time or money this guys are the worst they sell you car and 99% of the its in the shop and when u want to give the car back they even want to give your money back
