Please do not waste your money coming here! My father brought his bike in to get fixed and left with the same problems he had asked Frank to take a look at. Once they had our money, they refused to return our phone calls and were extremely disrespectful, belittling my foreign father for his language barrier. Frank’s wife was extremely disrespectful and could not keep her voice under a scream for the entirety of our interaction with the shop. This was a total nightmare from start to finish and I would not recommend this shop to anyone who enjoys keeping their sanity.
No one touches my bike but Frank....and Lynn, THE BEST. Quality, pricing, workmanship, can't say enough, better than new.......and it's 30years old......
As someone who is OCD about their motorcycle I cannot thank Frank enough for all of the care that he utilized during my recent service and tire installation. Honest and knowledgeable about all things Harley-Frank is truly an asset to the motorcycle community and is a great alternative to the stealer (I mean dealer.) Him and Lynn kept me updated through the entire process from the time I made an appointment for my 2002 Road King to the time I picked her up. If you ride, live in the area, and need service there’s no better place to go. If you ride and don’t live in the area there’s still no better place to go because they never disappoint.
Super nice and helpful. I only had to have an ancient tire changed, but he did it no problem and super quick. I tend to do my own work on my Harley Davidson, but if I ever run into a problem I can't solve I will definitely return to him.
Bought an '05 Road King at the end of the riding season. I put about 2k miles on it and decided it was time to find a mechanic. I couldn't be happier with the service Frank provided. He gave my bike a full 10k mile service and explained everything he would be doing. When the engine mount need to be replace, he called me in to look at the piece and then explained exactly why it needed to be change. Just a great experience all around and I highly recommend Frank for all your Harley repairs.
My bike feels like new! I bought a used Harley Davidson Fatbob from an online dealer as is (due to a great deal). I needed the bike checked and tires changed. A 25k service was performed and tires replaced. I cannot say enough good things about this business. Frank and Lynn are honest, patient and informative business owners. I'm so happy with the work they did on my Harley. I cannot recommend them enough. It was a pleasure to deal with them. My bike feels so much better then when I purchased it. Great job guys!
The BEST aftermarket repair shop in central jersey hands down.. I don't trust my Panhead or my Twin Cam 103' to another shop or wrench. Very Fair prices and Always Quality repairs and service
So glad I found these guys. They only service Harleys, which likely accounts for the one bad review. But, Frank and Lynn are fantastic. They just mounted two new tires and did a service on my Fatbob. Both are very pleasant. Frank knows what he's doing and seems to go the extra effort to make sure the bike is good. He found that my gas tank was extremely loose for some reason and was about to come loose. Glad he found it while servicing the bike or I might have discovered it on a ride with a bad outcome. I'll be going here from now on! Great alternative to servicing through the MoCo.
