I went here recently looking for some hard to find parts and the guys here were very attentive and thoroughly looked to see if they had them. It's nice to visit a place that is knowledgable and can help you figure out what you need and troubleshoot. I'll definitely be going back in the future.
I am new to the area..but this place is my go-to for parts and awesome customer service. Brian, Dennis, and Joe are the best! Brian assisted me when I first came to NAPA for power steering fluid, and when I called a few weeks later, he remembered me. A Great Customer Service experience is everything to me! For me, it means that not only is my dollar valued, but my business to the establishment is valued. So let me say this... not only is this where I go for my parts, but these guys are now considered my "pals"...Thanks NAPA, Garwood, NJ for providing awesome service, being professional and knowledgeable as well as a great group of Gentlemen! As far as pricing, I have always heard that they were expensive..well, not in my experience. I found that they are comparable to other local parts stores. Discounts and specials can also be found online and/or by using your AAA card....
Very small store it’s best to ask for help if you are just stopping in for a particular item but the people who work here couldn’t be nicer! I love small-town places like this
Dennis was very rude and annoyed when I wanted to return an item. He looked the receipt and threw back at me and said to go return the item at a corporate store and not his Napa because he’s not a corporate owned Napa. Very unprofessional, I would stay away from this location!
I have been doing business here for years. This is the last of the old time auto stores around Union Co. Dennis will take the time to find the correct part you need, and will tell you what you need or don't need. No cross sells nor up sells. I've purchased parts here for 50 plus year old vehicles. NAPA is the only auto brand I trust outside of Motorcraft and AC/Delco.
Online ordering was good. Used order online pick up in store. Great feature. Guys at the counter seem to be different strokes. Would have expected a much better experience here. Prices are good too. Online ordering is better then the counter. Was not terrible.
Brian was extremely helpful from our conversation via phone to when I arrived in store. He was patient as he asked me what type of engine do I have ??♀️??♀️ ?. So when I arrived, he came outside to confirm the proper specs of my car so he could provide me with the proper parts. He was also very helpful with price matching on synthetic oil for me and carried the box out to my car like a gentleman! Chivalry is not dead. I love supporting local and I love when local provides that hospitality. Thanks Brian!
Go here if you want some grumpy dude telling you what you're doing wrong. If you want decent service, I'd check out Autozone up the street or even Norwood.
Good regular auto parts store. Been going there for years. Once on a Saturday in August, when my radiator disintegrated on the day I was leaving for vacation, they got me a new one from another location and saved the day. Prices are fair too. Don't go to the big chain stores. Tje parts are poor quality and the people are clueless.
