Called for a tow and they told me it’d be about an hour, but the driver showed up earlier than that, which was awesome. Super chill and helpful guy, got everything done quick. Honestly made a stressful situation way better. Great service!!

Ariel just came and towed my suv quickly, expertly, and kindly. He made sure to have me move the car out of my driveway so that no damage would happen to my paving. He was professional and careful with the car, making sure that it was loaded up on all 4 wheels ( it’s AWD) without any scratches, etc. Fantastic fantastic service. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, I will call him first!!! He is bookmarked and saved in my favorites! Thank you, Ariel!!

Ms Kim helped arrange all the details for the pick-up and was so kind throughout. When the tow truck came, the man (wish I knew his name) was clearly experienced and also so kind! Such a smooth and really lovely experience. Was so impressed and grateful!

These are some of the nastiest people. Terrible attitudes. Towed the car after being parked for a short while. But the professionalism & respect for other people is disgusting.

Car broke down last night in a parking lot called Ariel‘s this morning and he was so chill and so helpful! He met me at my car when it was convenient for me and the payment was even easier with Zelle! It’s a genuinely good business who take care of their customers

Left my car for 5 minutes in a parking lot when I find out that my car is being towed for parking in a restricted area. The guy that is towing the car- the owner (Ariel) is there and only has my two back wheels on the trailer. I tell him it’s my mistake and I’ll leave but he refuses to let me go. We start talking for a good 15 minutes and this guys has the snarkiest nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen. He starts demanding I either Zelle him $105 or he will tow the car where I would have pay more. The owner of the store affiliated with this incident comes out and tells him to let us go and give us some leeway where he then threatens to bill the owner of the store. After 20 minutes of debate I just payed him the $105 ( which he wouldn’t even negotiate) so that he can take his precious 30 seconds of his oh so valuable time to unhook my two back wheels. Throughout the entire encounter the owner of this company exemplified the most snarky, nasty, money- hungry representation of any company I have ever seen. Strong not recommend anyone to do business with them. Oh- and five minutes after unhooking my car I see he has another poor persons car where I witness him taking another $100 to unhook. Seems like their business model is just waiting around for someone to park then after they leave the car they hook the back wheels, wait for the owner of the car to come back where they demand $105 or even higher prices if they tow. Not sure why the store affiliates themselves with this towing company, based off this incident I wouldn’t even go to the store.

My cousin car was parked in a parking lot and was towed . Once we noticed we called the number the guy answering the phone was very nasty and kept hanging up on us. Then charged us an overnight fee and only had the car for 2 hours. They are very unprofessional

My 90-year-old mother drove to the store, lost her car key, got confused and walked home. Most tow companies require the car owner to be with the car to tow it. But I called Ariel's Towing, explained the situation and he was extremely accommodating. About an hour later, he had located the car, towed it to her retirement home, and sent me a picture of where he'd parked it. Then he even offered to connect me with a guy who could make a new key. So nice. I highly recommend him!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! we had a rental car that broke down (which overall was a terrible experience and a 3 day saga). Ariel went above and beyond for our family and his communication was more than I could have asked for. I truly appreciate his hard work and would recommend this towing company to everyone!

Had my car towed with this company for the first time, and the gentleman who helped me out was great. I believe they said his name was Daniel and that he was even a newer employee. Service was astonishingly quick, and I was able to get my car towed to my desired auto shop within legitimately minutes from the time of my initial report. I’d use them again if need be.

They are extremely rude and disrespectful. He got angry when I was asking questions about the whereabouts of MY vehicle and I simply just wanted to know the status with my car getting towed to the dealer since they held the vehicle overnight and never bothered to call me with an update. Follow up to my review: I was called by them immediately after leaving this review and he started yelling and cursing at me again for leaving the review. I proceeded to tell him that he doesn’t treat customers that way and then he started yelling and I had to hang up the phone. Totally unprofessional do not use them.

Best car towing company ever I been going through car trouble since yesterday a good 24 hours. The mechanic came and helped in this heat and did not leave until he was able to get my car out and to the dealer I couldn’t thank him enough. I would recommend this towing company over and over again!

Ariel showed up right within the estimated time frame and got straight to work. He tried multiple options to get my car started but it ultimately needed to be towed. My car was up and out in minimal time and he was super helpful and professional throughout. Definitely recommend, A+++

Very prompt and professional services. The car was locked with wheels turned all the way, close to the curve , very little room to manoeuvre. Did it perfectly, patiently with no scratch/damage to the vehicle. Will use again if I need towing service.

Two different two companies came and said that they could not do the job. Reason being the back tire came off on the highway. But this tow service pulled up and got my children and I out of harms way. I highly recommend them for any of your towing needs.
