Brought my truck in original only thought it was gonna be diagnosed being Saturday . But not only they diagnosed it they repaired it the same day. The whole staff was friendly and professional. The mechanics at Bob & Bills helped my buddy last minute when he was in quite the pickle with his motorcycle. They got him in immediately and worked with him to find a cost effective and viable solution to his problem. They were very generous and let us all come in out of the rain and stand by the wood stove while they worked on the bike. I could not recommend a better and more friendly place to get your auto service done! 5 stars for sure.

We’re from Canada and one of our motorcycle kickstands broke in the trailer on the trip. And these guys helped weld the kickstand so we could still enjoy our trip!

My friend and were broken down on the road and the vehicle was completely disabled. I recommended my friend to call Bob and Bill's. He came out immediately and got the car off the road and back to their shop quickly and safely. They did a great job.
This place was recommended to me by a neighboring automotive facility. I was excited to try them out and hopeful they could help me in a pinch. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very kind and indicated to me that he would be able to help and told me to come at 2:00 p.m. I showed up at 2:00 p.m. and there were no technicians in the shop due to being called out for broken down vehicles. That's not a problem, it happens, but when I asked the woman at the counter what the next steps were she simply told me she didn't know and when I inquired further to try to get her to make some sense of what I should be doing next since I left work to bring my vehicle in, she began to yell at me. When I asked her not to yell and told her it was inappropriate she defended her yelling by stating that "Well, you aren't understanding me!"
I understand being frustrated with a customer who's not understanding what you're saying, but there should be a system in place when an appointment is missed, a way to communicate to your customer what the next steps are. And yelling is never the right answer. I wish this business lots of luck but they will never get business from me.
I have a mid size truck - an International 4300 - with a leaky rear end. They fixed it, gave it a full service and got it back to me quick. Good guys that do good work. Next time it needs service I won’t even look around I’ll just take it there
I brought my red truck into Bob and Bills for servicing. I needed rear end work done.
It took 2 weeks supposedly waiting on parts.
We got the vehicle back $3300 later with the rear end humming so loud that it was hard to hear in the cab and it wouldn’t shift gear.
Confronted Bob with this and He said probably needs rear end work.
Exactly what it went to him for, said this work is outside the warranty work? What? $3300 and have to bring it to someone else for rear end work.
So not bring you car here if you want it fixed correctly for a fair price.
This guy basically charged us $3300 for an axle, bearing and a hub.
Receipt shows He changed a Brake Caliper and Brakes for $350, that was a flat out lie, I had brakes and calipers done 2 weeks prior to him working on this truck.
If you want the best mechanics that you can get this is where you want to go they are old school and they know what they're doing they take their time and do things right I have never and I mean never had to go back for the same issue I personally will never go anywhere else other than Bob and bills
Bob & Bill's is a family owned and operated auto and truck shop that has been in business for a very long time. They are on the 3rd generation of mechanics. They work on trucks, cars, buses, etc. Pretty much anything that travels on the road. They also have a full service towing and recovery team for any size vehicle. They work quickly and efficiently to get your vehicle repaired at a reasonable price.
Brought my Ford Explorer for a tune-up and routine maintenance. They did an ABSOLUTELY phenomenal job at making the car run like it had under 100k miles and it came out of the showroom floor. I will definitely be going back for future services and will be recommending them to those who need a good trustworthy mechanic

They towed it to there shop
Held the truck two nights
Fixed the alternator
