My husband was in a car accident. Our car was towed here. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile from Wendy at their front desk. Tom went out of his way to not only quell our anxiety; but thoughtfully on our behalf took the initiative and engaged with our insurance company who were talking in circles, changing “their” story and trying to have us release our car as “totaled” when it hadn’t even been looked at. In my opinion car insurance is like health insurance. They can care less about the person on the other line and what and how they are feeling, the sadness and apprehension, the “what now,” and the new bill to an unexpected life’s event. Town II does understand all this and some and their going out of their way for us means so much. THANK YOU KINDLY! We are sincerely grateful.

Horrible experience, terrible service, would give them 0 stars if I could. Held onto my car for 3 months with very poor communication on a very minor accident and refused to let me move it to a different shop after a month without charging me 5k+ for “storage” fees. Now for the work, I had to bring the car back at least of 4 different times, for either missing parts from the repair (weather stripping for front bumper, rubber stop for hood) missing interior pieces they forgot to put back in the car (OEM privacy screen) and new issues that originated from the repair (interior lights not working, driver seat rattling, and my passenger heated seat not working. On one occasion the “owner” of the shop Tom yelled and cursed in my face when I was displeased with the work that was done on the car. None of this mentions that the estimate was extremely expensive on a repair that was primarily body work and replacing seatbelts. Truly horrible experience and I now go out of my way to not recommend this shop.

Great experience, considering this was my first ever car accident. Excellent experience to work with Town 2. Extremely transparent and professional. 4 thumbs up. Highly recommend this shop for body work. Daily updates on the progress of work being done was a super plus!! Thanks for taking great care of my car.

The experience with my car did not go well at Town 2 Auto Body. They had my car for a month although the only problem was a bent heat shield. They did have to ship my car to a mini cooper dealer for diagnostics, and that contributed to the delay. Once the car was diagnosed, they were able to acquire the part and fix it in two days. The reason I had a negative experience with this car shop is the lack of communication. As a customer, I should not have to chase after the repair shop to get status updates. When I chose not to contact them, multiple days would literally pass by without hearing from them. That doesn't live up to the excellent service their on hold message says they will provide.

Terrific repair on our Subaru. The car looks great and was as clean as the day we picked it up new at the dealer. Thanks again.

Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Their process was thorough and tailored toward my needs. I appreciate the communications (updates) . The final product looks showroom ready. Like it never happened. Could not be more pleased. They helped with the Enterprise rental on both ends. One stop for all services.

Towne II is great ! They do an excellent job on the car and they provide great service. They treat you right and communicate well with you. I highly recommend them.

Joe was phenomenal. He picked up my husband and his trailer with the company GMC truck. He was very kind to us both in a time of need. I only contacted him via phone but my husband and him had great chit chat on their tow home. What a great company, very neat and careful with tow thx again joe!! Highly recommended!!

Just picked up my car and am so pleased! I hit a blown tire on my way to NJ coming home from Maine to visit family, and my entire front end was messed up. Town 2 were so great throughout the entire process, they went out of their way to make sure I was able to get my car towed up into the shop before the holiday weekend so I wouldn't be stuck without a car in NJ for more than I needed to. They called me with updates along the way (took about 2 weeks to fix because of all the parts that needed to be ordered, replaced, and then painting the new front bumper) and were very patient and kind. They finished the car earlier than the estimated finish date, which I am sooo happy about! Everyone was friendly when I picked up the car, and the car was washed and cleaner than when I left it with them. I am so grateful for the service provided and so glad my insurance company recommended Town 2! Recommending to all my friends and family who live in the area. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service! They did an emaculate job on my car. It's like the bumper was never damaged. Definitely recommend for body work.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this business. Their service is bar none the best. My daughter’s car got hit and there was some damage to the back of the car. They did a beautiful job fixing it. It looks perfect. Scheduling was easy. They helped us secure the rental car and worked directly with the insurance company. Everything was very easy and the outcome was great. Staff was great!!!

I've been a customer of Town II for 22 years. This is a family owned business that does a great job and are always there for us when needed. I've had 3 cars that needed body work and the work was done in a 1st class mannor. They've also towed several vehicles of mine and are very fair. Great people and the best Autobody mechanics in town!

Unfortunately I should have read more reviews before choosing this business. If you need a business that will actually follow through with what they advertise on their website, look elsewhere. Provided all requested information and spoke with the business on multiple occasions, to only be led on and never actually helped with anything for over 3 weeks. If your time is valuable to you, I can ensure you that it isn’t valuable to Town II auto. Find another shop to have your car serviced, because if you try here it will just further delay everything.

Fantastic shop, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. I recently hit a deer and they walked me through the process as we were working through an insurance claim. Lovely place where you can be certain you’re getting the job done right the first time. Tom, Tammy, and all of the staff at Town 2 have my praises; they’re my go-to body shop from here on.

Never write reviews but when I was looking for a body shop to use after an accident I did some research and came across Town 2. I relied on reviews to help me make a decision and what I have to say is that they are AMAZING. They make the entire process very easy but most importantly their work is perfect. Randy was the person that I was in contact the entire time and he was so nice and professional! Thank you Town 2 and Randy!

Id give zero if I could I just wanted to warn people. We took our car here because our insurance company uses them. We had NO MECHANICAL issues with our car just body work damage our mechanic cleared our car after we hit the deer. We waited a long time for parts and then a whole other month just for them to fix it. We barely have working brakes? How is that possible? I don’t know since they won’t give us answers there is also a thumping that wasn’t there prior they really messed up our car I would have kept the dents and scratches is if meant mechanically wise our car stayed the same.

Just had a great experience with Town Two Auto. Tom and the crew were spot on with the time and price estimates and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The car came back detailed and looking as good as new

I was in an accident this past Tuesday and my car was stuck in the middle of the road. The police called Town II who had an excellent response time, especially since it was technically an emergency. The tow truck driver Tom H. was very kind to me and drove me to my father in laws to drop the car. He was awesome and he handled my car the best he could (considering the damage), meaning he was gentle with it and you can clearly see he knows what he is doing!! He wrote me a receipt, but of course typical me, I lost the receipt I needed to submit to my insurance. I just got off the phone with Randy who was also awesome and got the receipt right over! I will happily recommend their business to anyone I know and will definitely call them if I am close by and need a tow. Thank you to Town II Auto Body and the great employees Tom H & Randy! I appreciate it!

Let me begin with a few compliments. The staff are all very polite and professional. Their work is great if you are looking to do a lease return. We have used these guys three times in the past year. The first time was repair of a leased Toyota that we had backed into another car. The work was great, they replaced and refinished the bumper and we couldn’t tell there was ever an accident. The second time we had them refinish some bumper parts for an older suv we had. When they handed me the parts I pointed out a spot where the paint had a hole in it as if it had been poked with a knife. They took it back and refinished it well the second time. The third and final time was when we asked them to refinish and fill some holes on a bumper of a preowned car we had just purchased. The first time I went to pickup the car, I noticed a stone chip they had put clear paint over. When I asked about it, I was told that I never told them I wanted them to respray the color and clear, so they just did color where they filled the holes and put clear over the rest. I asked for the bumper to be refinished, I was not aware the layers of paint were “a la carte”. After a conversation, they agreed to take the car back at a later date. Fast forward a few weeks and my wife is picking the car up for a second time. She notices now that the headlamp washer door on one side doesn’t match the paint of the rest of the bumper and that the paint on one of the fenders, that was not in need of repair, was now dull. I don’t think I will be sending this car back a third time, I will have to get this fixed elsewhere. In summary, they are very nice folks that do okay work if you aren’t super particular about your cars. If you are, you’ll be surprised with what they will let leave their shop.

Top notch service! They never disappoint. Very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and accurate. Being the day after the hurricane, my car was picked up from a tree falling on it. I was notified throughout the entire process. My car was done days prior to the expected completion date. Randy is always so helpful with all our car needs. I can’t say enough as to how much I recommend them. Thank you so much!

I was in a deer accident a few months ago and was indecisive on which shop to bring my truck i chose town 2 because they offer free pickup and delivery which was great during the covid 19 pandemic. The work they did is exceptional and they made my truck brand new again I am very happy with the work they were professional and worked well with my insurance company although the insurance company was trying to lowball then mmm they were able to get the money to do the job right the first time. Highly recommend they return the car all cleaned up and even vaccumed the inside!

After my kids dented my car door, I was recommended to Town 2 for body work. The staff were so professional, well priced, and friendly. They helped me get connected with a rental and got my car back to me on time. The work was excellent and my car had been cleaned inside and out to a shine (bonus!) I would recommend them to everyone!

Will never go anywhere else. My dealership identified a part that Town 2 had replaced around 6 years had failed. Without any questions or debate they honored their lifetime warranty on parts and labor and replaced with OEM equipment at no charge. My car was brought back to my house on a flatbed ahead of schedule. Great service from a company that stands behind their word.

Town II did an amazing job on my Pilot after we hit a deer on the highway. It looked as good as new which was particularly important because I really didn't want to think about hitting that poor deer ever again and any imperfection would have been a constant reminder. And they finished the job early, so I saved some money on the car rental. Also, they're a Liberty Mutual preferred shop so getting the work approved and started was ridiculously fast. It also enabled us to have the rental car delivered right to the shop when we dropped my car off for repairs and to leave the rental car on site when the work on my car was completed. They were professional every step of the way and made a pretty awful situation much easier. Although I hope never to have another accident, if I do this will definitely be the shop I use.

They treat you like family. I hit a deer and when I brought my car in to have it looked at, they told me not to drive it off the property because it wasn’t safe. They called enterprise to pick me up and were extremely kind and understanding that I had two kids (under two years old) who were having a hard time being patient. The work was done in the projected amount of time, they were always extremely polite and professional. This is the only shop I’ll ever work with from here on. Absolutely recommend! Town II team is outstanding. They provided my wife and I personalized service, they handled our claims from beginning to end. They made us feel comfortable and asked about our accidents. The team, from secretary to mechanics, connect with you on a personal level. They discussed the estimated completion date and send repair status updates. They had my wife's car done sooner then the estimated date and delivered the vehicle to our home on a flat bed. They cleaned her vehicle inside and out. Better than any car wash around.
