I purchased a Jeep and I went to get an oil change 11 times since I purchased my vehicle! Yesterday I went to get an oil change and waited over 2hrs and 45min but this wasn’t the first time it has happened. THIS WAS JUST THE LAST TIME I WILL ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN! Once I noticed the pizza arrived for the employees and everyone vanished…I knew my car was not being serviced; I then walk to the counter and spoke to a young lady and informed her to get my vehicle out and back to me. If the staff would have told me that they were a little behind then I would have had no problem rescheduling but the lack of communication and sense of urgency that I received was not how I wanted to spend my Saturday morning!
