I’ve been coming to this Advanced Auto Parts for years and not until the last few months has the overall customer service dropped significantly. The “managers” are rude when you’re just trying to figure out items for your own car. Forgive me for not knowing every single part code to my car but there’s no need to be rude or have an attitude with customers. As I work in the car sales business in the area I know customers should be treated and they failed every metric and it’s a shame to have to steer family, friends and clients away from a business in the area. Enter with caution but don’t expect to be treated well.

Do not buy here. They lie about warranty on products just so you dont go to the competitor. Good luck having your replacement honored. They take your number and ask you to come back the next day. They never called me to come back, i had to return on my own. Then once im in the store they leave me waiting to take care of all the other customers before telling me they will not honor a replacement. Very rude employees.

After jump starting the car, I needed a new battery. Brandon and Felix were patient and able to help me with the installation of the new battery. Didnt know some of the older terminals could use a metal cap to make up for the space difference since the clamp wasnt tightening well enough but thanks to them my car is up and running.

Had a blow out late at night called in the morning and ordered a tire…they said it would come in later afternoon and came early and they not only replaced my blown tire they helped and rotated 2 tires for me since it was my 2nd blow out in 1 month and put the 2 new tires on the rear for me. They offered a warranty which I wish I knew from the first blow out from a different Mavis but they went out of there way to make sure everything was done to my liking. I was going to move the tires around myself in the parking lot. Thanks to Mavis everything was replaced and moved around for me. Thank you

Counter help snarky. My purchase was for 24.51. I asked if 24.50 cash would be close enough. Well not only was it not accepted I was berated about all the cameras watching and "I'm not getting fired for a penny". I commented that we all need a penny to on keep living especially advance auto parts. Attendant was insulted and oblivious to sarcasm. Gave me the stink eye. Get a life and a sense of humor already.

Lousy experience with store manager. Came back after two weeks to return a headlight bulb ($149) that I did not use. Was told that their return policy was no returns on electronics. I looked at receipt and that language was not there. I asked how I was to know that. He printed a return policy page and gave it to me. I told him that I should have been informed at the time of purchase, or at the very least it could have been printed in the receipt. I opened the package and never ended up using this item. Sorry, fella. You lost a customer, as I’ll never be back. Fyi, I was about to exchange the bulb for the $400 relay part that was actually the issue. You lost a future customer and another $250, just to save $149 and not use your discretion. Btw, lots of auto parts stores in the area. I’ll drive the extra 3.5 mins to the next one.

I went to purchase some vehicle wash items and watched a very sad interaction. A woman needed help with a car battery. The kid behind the counter was somewhat helpful. There were about 5 associates in the store during this transaction. Not 1 of the 5 helped this woman bring the heavy battery in or out of the store.

Pretty terrible experience. Don’t buy anything “electrical” because they cannot be returned. That information was definitely not relayed to me at the time of purchase of a jumper box. When I got home and realized that it needed to be charged for 36 hours before use and needed to be charged every month as per instructions, I attempted to return it to get traditional jumper cables. Manager came in already upset, before I even said a single word, and started yelling at me, before calming down after I noted that he was coming in pretty hot. Your best bet is to go to pretty much anywhere else.

So this morning I placed an online pick up order specifically for the curbside pick up option that their website boasts due to me currently having a leg injury. I called when I arrived to the store and was hung up on. Then, when I called back I was put on hold until I hung while was limping back out of the store with my part in hand. Not to mention, when I walked in, there were no other customers waiting so what I was on hold for I will never know!

I am a regular customer at this particular location so I went there to have my wife’s SUV battery charged in which they offer for free (I think that’s great) so I’m next in line so I get the new guy from the introduction he’s being dismissive he takes the battery and puts it to the side and says he’ll charge after the next customer (because he was a paying customer) then refused to take down my phone number and name. After he finished with the paying customer he’s even more agitated because I waited until he hooked up the battery to the charging machine turned the machine on and walked away. So I attempted to ask a general question because I noticed there was the on button that needed to be pressed so I called out excuse me and he lost he started saying bro I put it on the charger your getting a free service what more do you want when all he had to do was deal with me as a regular customer which his coworker did he came over hit the on button and I said thanks and walked out I need to speak with the manager

I heard a scraping sound from under the engine on a trip today. Took it here and Marvin, Clarence and Patrick discovered it was a loose heat shield. They made the fix in minutes at no charge. They put us at ease and I would confidently recommend their work.

This specific store is run and manage by people without any people skills. I was just trying to make a suggestion and the young cashier got very agitated. When I try to report him to his manager I realized they must have dropout for school the same day. Some other stores have people with experience in car repairs

I think the store deserves 6 stars, the staffs are very helpful. Especially, Rebecca and Tim!! They help me to pick up the right size for my car and teach me how to fix the problems with their sweet customer service.
