Worst company ever for towing and mechanic they don’t explain anything to you the charge you double for towing and mechanics. Very bad company ever come across. My stuff missing from my truck.
NB : never you use this company for towing or maintenance, they are the worse company ever in New Jersey.

Called them for towing. Woman on the phone was nice. They showed up promptly, when they said they would. The truck driver was also nice; said to let them know if my auto place couldn't take care of my issue. Really, it all made a stressful situation much easier on me.
This company is the worst towing company the drivers are extremely rude & very racist… the communication is horrible the owner is also rude they were cursing at us while our children were standing there… they didn’t want to assist just all …this is by far the worst towing company I’ve ever dealt with
Called for my Step dad who just got into an accident and was able to handle everything including the payment quick and simply over the phone. Was suppose to take an hr cause they were not sure where their driver was but it only took about 30 min. I know that was some luck but still so greatful they went as fast as they could! Everyone was kind and I would def use their service again.
Excellent service in a timely manner! I had waited several hours for my insurance company to send a tow, which ultimately never arrived. I called Keith Smith Towing and they arrived in less than 40 minutes. The driver was competent, courteous, and he delivered my vehicle to the repair shop exactly as promised. He also put an itemized receipt on my front seat so I could receive reimbursement from my insurance company. I would definitely use them again (and skip calling my insurance company) if I need a tow in this area.
These idiots charged me $95 to tow my car literally from a traffic light to the Pep boy's.. AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT!!! Thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau. They are scammers. Stay clear from this place.
This morning I was heading westbound in the right hand lane on Route 70, Marlton. A Keith Smith's Towing truck was in the left lane. We were stopped at a red light, but the tow truck decided the red light wasn't his problem so he drove through it... mind you, he was stopped, and the light was still red. Next, the normal traffic was too much so he drove on the right hand shoulder, probably doing 60+ MPH. He later whipped back into the right lane, forcing the car already in that lane to brake extremely hard. Finally he got into the left lane and crossed the grass divider to reach a broken-down car in the east-bound lane.
During all those goofy lane changes, he ended up falling behind. Original he was next to me, but was at least five cars back when finally getting to his destination. If the dumb-*** had simply stayed in the left lane he would have gotten there sooner.
I see other comments about rudeness from this company, and the horrible driving I witnessed this morning was just another example. Avoid these idiots at all cost.
In accident and towed to yard 2. Wanted to use AAA however was instructed at scene-that we couldn't. Called to inquire location of vehicle for pick up purposes and to get items from vehicle. They were Very rude, angry and un cooperative with any information. However did say you owe 120 before i can release to AAA for storage. Wow- especially when you are at your worst- hope i never need services again
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. No hours posted anywhere and employees are clueless and barely speak English. Then when you call the number and the owner answers, he talks to you like an a hole. Uneducated, rude business owner who seems annoyed that you call for information, even although he doesn't post it anywhere. Avoid them if you can.
On April 13, 2014, my wife and kids were on their way home when my wife struck a pot hole and developed a flat tire. Matt Ambricco, an off-duty operator for Keith's Towing Service, was driving in the area. Although he was out with his family, he stopped to help. I had only been a few miles away when my wife called me, but by the time I got there, Matt had nearly finished replacing the tire. He never asked for anything in return.
Matt, thank you so much for taking time away from your family to help mine.
If the personal values Matt displayed that day are any indicator for this company, I have no doubt the service will be excellent.
