Very pleased with the service, the team was always very helpful! Noticed some white stuff dripping down left side of my trunk when I got home….looks like a plug is missing on bottom of trunk onto my bumper!

I wrote an initial review in October 2023. I am rewriting this review with updated information because the actions of this "repair" shop are still causing issue for me over a year later. My very first review was long and heated and described the various issues I had upfront. Slow, lack of communication, unprofessional, rude. These seem so surface level now. A year later I get into another accident. I get referred here again. I tell insurance absolutely not happening. I take it to a different auto body and upon their review of my vehicle, I have many missing pieces. The work is sloppy, a blind man could weld better. Random chunks of metal, plastic and tubing found throughout the vehicle. The work had no ounce of care. My vehicle is brand new and the OEM side is beautifully crafted. The work I had received (in double the original time frame) was shameful truly. The inside of the car has begun to rust.
We brought my wife’s car to them to repair a dent on the front rt side of the car and a deep scratch running the entire length of the Passenger Side,we left the car with them as we were going away for a week,when we picked up the car it was like brand new ,they did a beautiful job ,couldn’t be happier
Bad experience unfortunately, bumper not lined up and chip fog light that wasn't part of original accident. 2022 camry never the same.the accident area is good but assembly not sure what happened
They were very helpful with our estimate, which was a lot of work for them and then the insurance company totaled our car. But they took their time with us explaining the estimate to us.
Tailgate and bumper needed replacing after an auto accident. Dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and was ready by Friday. Car tailgate and bumper look amazing! John was great to work with. He took care of all the the details and communication with insurance company. Which was a relief for me. Highly recommend.

My car came out so good! John was great and the lady at the counter was helpful. The mechanics did a great job on my rear bumper and trunk. I was a little nervous because I have a funny red color car. Almost candy apple. They matched the color perfectly. Thanks guys and gals!
I have used them several times. Very friendly and communicative throughout your repair. Only negative is they are so busy so car repairs take but longer but car looks brand new when finished
First, I took my car because someone had hit me and that someone recommended that place to me, which I accepted because it looked like a good place with a good rating and they looked professional but they not.
And since the place looked very good, I paid them separately, out of my pocket, to paint the rear bumper, and what they did was they painted it over another paint
I had to take the car twice because the first time the weatherstrip was falling off, they didn’t put the right clips also the paint was peeling off I’m so disappointed of that place can tell a lot a bad thing that they do to my car but I’m not very good writing in English And I’m doing this review to prevent another customer that they do the same thing what they did to me and I feel bad because I lose my money in my car I look horrible.
