Got a battery from here and had it installed on my bmw. They did install it but had no clue how. 4 days later my car won’t start. After bringing it to the shop the junction box was completely broken and broke my starter Would not recommend for a battery replacement for bmws

While the employees were attentive and tried their best, the lack of product knowledge is shocking. Their website is down but how hard is it to find a wheel lug nut? Luckily autozone wasn’t far away.

Huge shoutout to Arlind at this store!! I had gone in to pick up some items on a deal, but they were only stocked partially. He went out of his way to help me find a solution and even secure with another nearby store so that I could get all my items. Amazing service compared to other parts stores I've been to.

I went to 2 today is this for Butler or Wayne on Route 23 South..... the 2nd store I was told to go look at the Dorman rack because they, "can't look that up." So I stood in the aisle and looked it up the Dorman part numbers myself. Bought 2 of the 4 (because they only stock 1 package of course) that I needed and then the assortment pack that had the same parts and a few more. The first store associate at least walked me over to the racks, the 2nd? He pointed. I shouldn't have bought them, but I wanted it together and to not wait for Amazon. (Or my normal REAL parts store which was already closed.) Absolute garbage experience.

I had a disappointing experience at Advance auto parts today. The staff was very unprofessional. I went in the evening to buy headlight bulbs and asked a sales associate for help finding the right one. Without even checking, he simply said they didn’t have it. I then searched the aisle myself and checked advance auto parts website, only to find that the bulb was indeed available in that section. I don’t understand why the employee dismissed my request without even looking. After selecting the correct bulb for my vehicle, I saw that the price listed on the shelf was $74.99. However, when I went to the register, the cashier told me it was $99. When I asked him to verify the shelf price, he was rude and dismissive. Even after checking and confirming that the price was indeed $74.99, he still insisted on charging me $99. Frustrated with the experience, I left the store without making a purchase.

These places are generally all the same, staff populated with kids that know nothing about cars, and of course those with limited English, which is brilliant. But this one is not that bad, staff is pretty good.

Terrible customer service was helped out by Joshua went there to return a wrong size battery he gave me a nasty attitude about it made it seem like such a problem for me returning a battery will not be coming back I’m blown away by how a employee can treat there customer the way Joshua treated me I would give this a zero stars if I could was not please very upset

A regular here for years. 2 days ago i went there to buy motor oil. After waiting close to 5 min to get checked out, A kid shows up, long hair with a little nasty attitude. Anyway i buy the Purple engine oil to my truck, and ask him do you have the mopar oil filter? He said we don't carry that, i was like ok. And suddenly i ask him what you got? He turns on the monitor to me in a abrupt way. And not even recommended what to get . Just choose what ever you want lol. I have receipt and I'm also in their database from the purchases i do.

walked in the kid behind the counter had rap music blasting cursing did not know I was standing there because he was to buisy on his phone. he also greets people calling them chief... bothers me i am sure it bothers alot of other people as well. very unprofessional. Also its a very uncomfortable feeling walking into this store. everyone looks at you like you are bothering them.

Day have read my check engine light twice now on two different cars. They come out in a reasonable amount of time and make sure that I know what the readings are. I think their prices are reasonable inside and I prefer them to some of the other chain auto stores.

I almost had a major car accident. Their delivery drivers carelessly Pulled out of their parking lot without looking. I had to lock my brakes. I called the manager immediately and he shrugged me off as if he didn’t care. I’m disgusted

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Called the customer service line about returning items that were obviously terrible quality (tried installing a new wheel cylinder three times from them and all three failed almost immediately) and customer service said no problem, go to the store for your refund. Went there and was greeted by Roberto, the nastiest excuse for a “supervisor” (if you could even call him that) I have ever met. When we asked for a refund, perfectly polite, we were met with an attitude and yelling. Also, in a state that requires you to wear a mask at all times by law, all employees in the building had their masks off. If you don’t want to get screamed at for something you called customer service ahead about, avoid this location.

This place is terrible and so is their customer service. Your better off at Auto zone or at 002 auto parts 5 minutes away. Don't waste your time here. After purchasing tire pressure sensors which costed me 200 dollars, they refused to refund them because the guy behind the counter assumed they were installed in the car which they were not. Advanced Auto parts as whole is terrible every person I have ever met at any location is miserable.

This is the worst auto parts store I have ever been to. Two times now I have bought brake pads only to get home, take my wheels off and find out its not the right part for my car. The second time I even told then to double check and same thing. The service stinks, the staff is rude and not helpful, they are slow and not very knowledgeable. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE INCONVIENCED!

Be careful about their policy return of parts from any Advanced Auto Parts, before you buy something you need. Many parts you can’t not return them, even if u have a receipt and didn’t used it or even you had not even opened the package. I had a very bad experience with FABIO (one of the sellers) try to avoid him when you go to shop at Wayne location. Ask for Theo instead (He is a nice guy who resolve the issue I had or the Manager Garret who also helped me. I highly recommend to ask if you can return the part before you buy it....

Based on car cleaning products alone. They dont have a huge selection compare to a Walmart or even autozone. Very pricey for what it is. Better off going online or even across the highway.

The staff here is pretty knowledgeable. The store always has great sales and the part selection is excellent. If they don't have it in stock they can usually get it for you in a day or two.

Purchased a tire pressure sensor and went back to return it an hour later because I no longer needed it and was refused a refund and not even offered a store credit. The person that helped me claimed to be the manager which I doubt because of the way this was handled. I returned the box which was not even opened, but "the manager" said the item I purchased was not returnable for a refund or store credit. Really bad business when your store return policy is not disclosed on the receipt or anywhere in the store. The total purchase with tax was $60 which is nothing, but this may happen to someone spending a lot more money and at the end of the day that customer will get a screwed. I am contacting their corporate office to report the lack of information on return policy to make sure customer do not get screwed anymore. The store manager should be fired for treating customers unfairly.

I have been there a number of times and the service has always been excellent. These folks know what they are doing and are pleasant while doing it. Once I bought a car battery and they even installed it for free and used a plug-in battery substitute so that the car did not lose power and have all the settings lost. Better than the dealer!

Frank was extremely rude and didnt try helping. Him alone is the reason I will never return and recommend you don't come here. Autozone is 5 minutes away and they were 50x more helpful and nice.

Purchased a car battery replacement. Alexander was very helpful in replacing the battery. He was also very friendly. Great customer service. I would return here for future car maintenance needs. Now I will go drink my coffee. Have a nice day and be sure to thoroughly clean your belly button.

They have a mid sized showroom with your typical Fluids, Tools and Accessories. Well stocked backroom. Lots of items on Sale. If you tell them Make and Model of vehicle, they can find anything you need.
