My family and I were on the way back from NYC to OKC. It was pretty late and we had a tire emergency that required a new tire. I didn’t expect to find somewhere open at that time, and the places that were either didn’t have my tire or the cost was $400. To my pleasant surprise, Franklin Towing really was open . When I got there I was greeted by Diandra. I explained to her my situation and she immediately sympathized with me and reassured me that she was going to make sure we got home safely. She did this several times during the time we were serviced. Honestly, after feeling pretty defeated and discouraged, the confidence in her reassurance instantly made me start to feel better. And she came thru on her word. Not only did they replace my tire with a friendly smile, the cost was a blessing. I am so grateful that this place and its employees exist. I would recommend them to everyone in the Jersey City, NYC area for their service needs. It would be well worth the commute.

As my car unexpectedly died on me coming home from work, I was in a pinch and against the clock to my car to my local mechanic. Franklin Towing came very quickly and were super helpful in the entire process. The driver was super friendly and courteous. I hope to never have to use a tow truck in the near future, but if I do, it will 100% be from Franklin Towing.

Tommy is the best there is! I called him last minute today after the trailer tire blew out on my Sunfish sailboat trailer. I was on the Turnpike, which unfortunately is contract towing only, so we picked a spot to meet off the NJ Turnpike and he got there in what seemed like 10 min, had the boat and trailer loaded up and on the way in no time. Had my car totaled in an accident. Franklin Towing towed away my vehicle from the scene. I purchased a new car. Because of family commitments and a time crunch, I decided to call Franklin Towing to see if they’d pick up my new vehicle and deliver it to my home. Tommy came through! I have to say for unfortunately having alot of experience with towing companies Franklin towing was the first place that showed up on time, was a pleasure to be around and were able to drive tow me 100 miles for a decent price. Id give them 6 starts if I could.
