SCAM SCAM SCAM! i wish i could give them zero stars. this is the worst towing company ull every find. towed my car within 15 mins from plaza in paterson and charged me $280 for 0.5 mile, charged me storage evwn though i got it released in 5mins after tow charged me for late release fee which makes no sense as well. stay away from this plaza, dnt every get your cars tow from this company discourage them by not giving them any business. they looting people.

EDIT: Earlier I wrote the owner smoked, I was incorrect, but I stand by the stench of weed all over the area. There were individuals on site smoking and it was very difficult to breath in that air.

They insulted me multiple times while I was simply asking why payment had to be in cash. Employees even said the owner watches people through cameras and tows cars on purpose if you don’t immediately walk into a store. They literally wait and target people to make money.

Worst experience ever — complete scam! I came to Plaza First to grab some food and parked in the lot right there. After that, I walked just two stores down to quickly pick up one more thing. I was gone for maybe 10 minutes max. When I came back, I saw my car already being towed!

It is the worst company that exists, they towed my car for no reason while I was working doing delivery in the restaurant of a mall on main street while I was waiting for the food to be delivered to take it to a client, they also damaged the paint on my car. I'm going to sue this company, I have proof! I had to cancel the delivery and I lost the rest of the day at work, plus I was charged $280! this makes no sense! that day I had two orders, one from a restaurant outside the mall and another from the inside the mall, I went to look for the one outside first and when I returned my car was towed. The tow fee is $195 in this picture, and the storage car rate is $45; however, the guy told us that there is a late charge fee as well. Where is it written? No where, and then the guy I spoke with was very rude, which makes no sense considering I was planning to head to Antepli Baklava 2 after my coffee. They are simply making money. There was no receipt or nothing I told the guy to give me the Email and name of the owner he said it’s too long i don’t know. He just showed me the QR code and said $300. And it’s Saturday night I just parked there to GET MY COFFEE for 5 minutes. VERY RUDE
Scammer alert: Beware of getting towed by this company and, if possible, avoid parking/shopping at 1010 South Paterson Plaza. This company towed my car on Sunday 1/21/2024 at 2pm from 1010 South Paterson Plaza and charged me $300 (no receipts, no explanation of charges). I called them in less than 10 minutes after they had picked my car and I was told to pay $300 to get my car back. Imagine $300 for a parking violation (less than 10 minutes) even though the plaza clearly mentions 1-hour parking limit with no instructions for consumers regarding parking specification for in-plaza customers only (see attached photo). The charges as mentioned are $195 plus $45 storage fee but they will charge you an additional $60 saying that’s an early pick up fee even though the instructions don’t specify early pick up charges and absolutely no mention of closure on Sundays. They also damage your car in towing. My car is making some unexpected noises now. So if you are ever towed by this company, make sure you check your car before you leave the lot because that maybe an additional $ for the repair.
