Bad experience with documentation. They never try to help and solve problems. I asked them to make correction of address and they just say its final and they can't make any changes. I would never recommend this company to anybody! Stay away!!!!
I used Alpine Auto Gallery as broker to help me purchase an SUV through Copart. This was my first experience participating in and purchasing a vehicle through a Copart auction. I have to say that working with Alpine Auto Group was so easy. I worked mostly with Jackie and she was great! She answered all my questions was always available and really put me at ease so that I could concentrate on the auction. I did win my auction and the transaction through Alpine was seamless and I was able to pickup my purchase the very next day from a Copart facility in Long Island. Still working through my first purchase using their copart broker service and I honestly couldn’t be happier. They always pick up the phone and and very easy to deal with. Angelo just responded to my email on Christmas evening!! I’m absolutely blown away by that I wasn’t expecting a response until tomorrow morning. The wait time for the title is a little frustrating but they can’t control the auction so it is what it is. Definitely happy I switched brokers and look forward to making a lot of purchases through them. Thank you!
I dealt with Alpine when they brokered a vehicle for me that I purchased through copart. There are probably other companies out there who do a little more hand-holding through the purchase process, but they also charge twice as much. Their response to my emails was slow, but I was always able to call and get a quick answer when needed. I'm giving them five stars because the service they provide is more than fair for the price they charge. I'll definitely be using them again!

I used them as a Copart broker. They were great.
Quick and easy to work with. An experienced person always picked up the phone.
My only complaint was the $15 wire transfer fee and I can live with that.

I have had a similar experience with Alpine. The only task they had was to take ownership of title from Copart and then sign it to me. Jackie from Alpine signed title over me dating the legal document 2 days BEFORE the Copart title. So according to title work Copart still owns the vehicle. I called Alpine as I was standing in DOT office and ANGELO was very abrupt and confrontational. He laughed
and hung up on me. He then called back
wanting to know where to send the correction and went on unprovoked to blame the DOT office. Saying "They (DOT)gave you trouble over 2 days??? That is ridiculous"Well Angelo I paid you a fat percentage to do one thing....get me a title. There is NO ONE to blame but you! Buyer beware of a syrupy intro promising seamlessness, in reality you receive hard to read documents, incorrect dating that has to be redone. Dont dare call after the sale unless you like snide remarks and getting hung up on.
I know Mr Angelo will remark to this review as he always has to have the last word. I will not be using this broker in the future.
Hello, I must say that the agents over at Alpine were very helpful at first, however, after an inconvenience of over a months' delay on delivering one of our car titles, they washed their hands by blaming Copart and stating that, if we wanted anyone to take responsibility it had to be Copart and that they could not do "Anything" for us. Not even confirm a possible delivery date for our title. Not to mention "Angelo" hanging up the line abruptly. Please make sure you revise the fine print. "I have written authorization from the account owner to handle all matters regarding this account (approved by you). You, at no time specified nor informed me that there was a hold on the title, instead you come and tell me that (Copart gave the title to the driver) which, when I asked if that could be done, you stated that (it was not possible, due to procedure), I have "all" this information in writing, via e-mail. So please do not insult my intelligence and try to wipe your hands with responses you are not able to back up. Accept that you made a mistake and (still), have not provided a solution.
The professionals at Alpine Auto Gallery are extremely responsive and were able to get me set-up and ready within minutes. Their team answered all of my questions and processed everything in real-time. Won't hesitate to work with and recommend.

Bought a car through co part and had the toughest time getting the title from these guys. My broker was some lady named Jackie. She is the worst person to talk to. Completely disrespectful and unwilling to answer any questions. Definitely would not recommend.
