I don't leave reviews often, but definitely need to give this company 5 stars. Bruce was very professional and came to pick up the car within 15 minutes. Super polite and personable. He maneuvered my car (which wouldn't start) so smoothly out of my garage and onto the street. Also, the price was a way better deal than all the other places I called. Definitely will call them again if needed in the future!

Shout out to bts towing best experience I’ve had and sadly I’ve had plenty. When I called I spoke with Renne and she was sweet and helpful. I scheduled a 9am pickup and they were on time which I appreciated it. When Bruce came he was professional and gentle with my car. The price was very reasonable and the service was amazing. Hopefully I won’t see them soon lol but I would definitely use them again !!
Had BTS bring my truck to a shop. Came early, was super quick and professional with loading and care for the vehicle. Friendly and courteous, will choose them again if needed for future towing! Fair pricing aswell.
Bruce from BTS was truly a pleasure to work with. I had a spring coil issue that caused my car to be low to the ground and undrivable. I had it originally towed by a different company and had a terrible experience with them. When i had to get the car towed again, I called Bruce and I had a completely opposite experience with me. What was an originally tedious and time-consuming task first time around was so much more smoother and quick with Bruce. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly the entire time!

Got help for coordinaing a last minute pickup and from the office with the help of Renee to the driver Bruce Jr and between them both they got the shipment seamlessly taken care of from pickup to delivery asap.The unit that needed to be shipped was a beast. No hiccups, no delays, easy and fast communication throughout the whole process. If there's any company that can pull off same day towing need/ deliveries it's these guys. I highly recommend this company if you need to get a vehicle towed. I called Bruce at 9 am to tow a car to my house and literally the car was in my driveway from hawthorne to ramsey by 10 am. Very professional. Same day towing. Very affordable beat every other towing companies prices. If I need a tow again I would never contact anybody else. Very satisfied. Great quality work. 5 stars!! BTS is an excellent towing service. When I called to schedule a pickup and was told a timeframe, they arrived exactly when they said they would and called to let me know. The driver, Junior, was a pleasure to work with and talk to. A very nice gentleman and friendly. I would definitely recommend this tow company.
