My experience with the Facebook website was user friendly. My pursue was to find a Skid Plate for my 2010 Jeep Wrangler and my experience was great. The quick response was effective, he advised he should have the item by weekend. Also, told the owner that I was a serious buyer, and coming from Philadelphia, PA (3 hours away). He made me feel that I was safe to travel, and the item would be there. Moreover, He even sent pictures of the Skid Plate to prove the item was in great condition (which it was or IS). I was impressed with his follow through.
On my visit to his store on 6/11/24, I found the travel to be easy to find the location of the store (GPS). There was street parking was available. Upon arrival was received in a welcoming manner, felt safe, and he recognized my purpose of my visit which in turn I felt happy. He even placed the Skid Plate onto my Wrangler (so gentlemanly). Moving forward, even if the travel is 3 hours, I will purchase ALL my Jeep products from this vendor. I believe his prices were fair and affordable. Thank you,

I needed a hood for my Jeep and not only did they have it, it was the correct color, included all of the ancillary parts, AND in really good shape!
I'll need TJ/LJ parts again I am sure and will absolutely be back.
If i can give ZERO stars i would. CS skills sucks extremely. The SAME guy that answers the phone all the time is extremely rude and always have a reply for what his “manager” says but when you ask to speak to that manager it’s always a condescending response. I was sent the wrong engine and THE COMPANY completely acted as if they were doing me a good dead but didn’t tell me it wasn’t the year i ordered and inquired and paid for. They did not tell me i would have to make modifications on an engine when I ordered. Every time I called they ask for Vin number so I assumed I was getting the same engine, matching my Vin number. now that I ship the engine back to the facility through the company they recommend it. They are now telling me that I cannot retrieve a refund because the shipping company brought the engine back upside down. I contact the shipping company they provided photos and documentation from each driver per request stating that the engine was in perfect condition dropping it off to the location which is gasoline alley. This company needs to be shut down for its lack of && for a misrepresentation of products. I never took the engine off the pallet ones receiving only to unwrap to find out that it was the wrong year and try to ship it back in. They would not want to receive the product but also I had to pay $300 on top of the product going and 360 to return. Zeros all across the board
Terrible customer service. got shipped the wrong part so I refused shipment and then I called to let them know but I was immediately belittled and asked what was the wrong part that I refused shipment on (which I don't have a clue I just knew it wasn't what I ordered) then it turned into a heated discussion so I asked for someone else that would listen but he hung up the phone instead. Bravo perfect customer service.
The worst place ever !! They treat people very bad and disrespectfully !
The hang up on people and the parts they sell is bad parts and they are very pricey
