Until now I'm still waiting for your call. I bought a transmission for a 2020 Toyota Corolla July 21, they never told me it was remanufactured. My mechanic installed it. and it doesn't work. I called him the same day and now I have no answer. I need my car for work. How long am I going to wait?
This place wasted my time and money. I confirmed a part with them, and they told me it was ready. I traveled over 500 miles to pick it up, and then they said they don’t have it. Now they don’t even answer their phone. Extremely shady behavior. Don’t trust them.

I had a terrible experience with this business. I called ahead and confirmed they had a transmission for a 2019 Toyota Camry. After they assured me it was available, I drove over 500 miles to pick it up. When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have it—no explanation, no apology.
Since then, they’ve completely ignored my calls and messages. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful of my time, and dishonest. I would never recommend doing business with people who waste customers’ time and can’t even pick up the phone afterward.
He fools everybody everyday. He tells them that he will call them back and he never does. And he sells you parts what I used or a rebuilt and he says it's just brand new then the salesman says wait till Effie comes back. I will discuss it with him and will take care of you. Then he gets back to me. Go to my rebuilder in Brooklyn. He will rebuild you the transmission again Not only does not take care of it,,. Came out of a new vehicle with 15,000 mi. Stay away. Stay away, stay away his parts has basically junk
I had the worst experience with them.
I bought a new motor from them. And after two months It blew up and I came back and he told me sorry It was a return motor From someone else and he said he will give me back my money but I never got it back from him. It's one big scam !!!
I bought a new engine from them , I used it 2 weeks and it was broken . I bring it back , they didn’t change it … and it was REBUILD engine !! I paid money for nothing !!! They didn’t return my money back , just waste my time and money with they !!! And they told me to go to the person hew rebuilds there motors THEY ARE LIARS , DONT BUY ANYTHING FRIM THEM !!! They are time wasters and all the good reviews on line are there sales people
Beware!! These people are scammers make sure to stay away as far as you can. They sold me a defective transmission when we reached out to them after being given the runarounds they sent us to a repair facility to service their own defective garbage. That guy was not only not equipped and capable to complete the repairs however he also broke the clock spring! After running after them they came to pick up the unit with a refund check WHICH THEY THEN STOP PAID AFER WE CASHED IT!! THEY NOW HAVE MY MONEY WITH MY CORE AND MY ORIGINAL TRANSMISION AND NOONE TO TALK TO!! THEY ARE JUST HERE TO STEAL YOUR PARTS AND MONEY!!
11/21/23 1:34 PM Of course your response will only be in efforts to make your company look good the transmission you guys are referring to which was not yours was a core not the actual unit. The actual unit is still by the service guy you had us take your defective unit to. You stopped the check after it was cashed by us and never brought our unit back to us either. Whenever we call we are being given the runarounds Effie will call you later blah blah blah but no effort on your part is being made to effectively resolve the issue!
I bought from this shop used transmission, but it was rebuilt . They said it’s gonna be work good but it’s all lies . This transmission didn’t work . Nobody , from this shop , don’t wanna help me fix this problem !! I lost my money and a lot of time with this shop !!!
Effi is a scam. He will wiggle his way out of anything..I paid him 7k to replace my engine and it was burning oil. He made me bring back the car and leave for three weeks just so he can change one sensor..I had it looks at by a few of my own mechanics they all said that the engine is no good and he just keeps saying bring in again and again just to wiggle out
Good place, they change my car engine for the half that my mechanic says that I have to pay, of course I change my mechanic. This people did a very good job.
called asking for a $ 3000 transmission the person on the phone need to learn manner and not bang the phone on customers mid conversation also update your listings if its sold coz its been online for 2 weeks
Horrible. Ordered a Camry door 3/8. March 15th still not here. I called, they said they don't know what happened. Next day, they said they had a problem with the driver.."we'll have it first thing tomorrow morning". Still not here 10 days later. Just tell me you can't deliver it and that's it
Order a bumper for my car, they failed to package it the right way, and literally sent a bumper with no protection through ups. Now they refuse to make it right! I just wanna repaired it so that I have what I was promised. Been texting the guy who sold it to me, take his words for how they treat there customers not mine. Never again purchasing from this place!!! I purchased a hybrid battery from this place that turned out to be a bad battery within weeks after purchase. I was under warranty and thought they would be able to exchange the battery or allow me to return it. I was told to bring the vehicle in, and they would check it out. They told me that the battery was good and that they would not return or exchange the battery. I had the hybrid battery checked by two independent places, and they told me the battery was bad. Be careful these people are very sketchy!!
bad service, a week ago waiting for a part that have many in stock I call every day and they give me a different lie that rejects the part when they never brought it to me, you see that between the driver and the sellers lie between them, call in several ocations wanting to talk to the manager or the owner of the place which is not there or has no representative the place is a shame because I personally own a car body repair and is very bad business with these places of bad category and nothing of profecional the truth I do not understand how they have 4.8 stars I think they should put fame among family employees and owners I prefer to pay in one part $ 50 more but receive a better service
