Advantage Computer Solutions located in the Passaic Park neighborhood is the ideal business to purchase from, set-up and maintain your personal or business computers. They have been my neighbor for over 30 years. It's a small firm managed by 3 brothers each very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Al, the Senior Engineer has assisted me on several occasions to keep my personal system up and running. He recently helped to restore my laptop keyboard that was made non-functional due to the endless Microsoft updates to Windows 11. Al was great! He was extraordinary knowledgeable, clearly an industry veteran. He had pinned down, resolved and tested a complex issue in under an hour and was happy to let me watch him work and teach me a bit. Worth every penny, would recommend.

I have been going to them for years and their customer service is always amazing. Recently, I needed my entire work computer transferred over to a new one and ready to go by Monday, so I wouldn't miss work. They went out of their wait to accommodate me, even coming in early to make sure everything was set up perfectly. That kind of dedication and reliability is rare, and it is why I keep coming back. They are always professional, thorough and always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of!

What a dump. Highly unprofesional. The technicians did a terrible job. They didnt return the parts after my upgrade and it took them days to get it back because they sold it (Video Card). There were visible marks on my computer case when I got it back. They promised a same day repair on a Thursday and I didn't finish the computer until Monday. They did a very bad job of rewiring the computer like I gave it to them. They tried to justify it by saying thats the way Dell's run the only problem is that its not a Dell. I asked them to put things back the way I gave it to them. They tried to convince me that the rewiring is better and thats the way Dell does it. I had to bring it elsewhere because the Power button was unstable. I brought it to the Microcenter and they told me the entire motherboard was not correctly wired. The technician said I was lucky it didnt fry my motherboard. To be specific. Dell makes their computers to turn on by pressing a button on the keyboard. They do this by programming the motherboard to always be on even when its off. They also use their own specific motherboard that is capable of such function. My Computer was on all the time. Advantage is a place to NOT have your repairs done. I wouldnt go there for service even if it were free. They can only screw things up and take ADVANTAGE of their customers. Sorry for the long details. I just didnt want anyone to go through the same thing I had to go through.

It was an absolute pleasure to chat and joke around with these guys. It’s clear they know and are careful about what they are doing. This is definitely business that without the shadow of a doubt trust with your equipment. I will definitely be coming back to them for any issues that I might have in the future.

I’ve known the Advantage Team for years. They are the absolute best techs in the field, bar none. I couldn’t tell you how many tens thousands of dollars they saved us over the years; they can be trusted to never scam anyone even though they could do so very easily. The turnaround time is also excellent, even if they don’t have a particular part in stock. They work fast and they work smart. I came here thinking they won’t be able to fix my mac but they proved me wrong. Zack is such an amazing person who understood where I was coming from & trying to fix my mac as soon as possible & he worked his magic. I highly recommend him & his prices are reasonable. If you ever need to get any of your technology fix, come to Zack, he’ll go over with you the process & how much it will cost.

I had a problem with my laptop charging port not working properly. I took it to Advantage Computer Solution on the day after Christmas where I spoke to Al who quickly diagnosed that the port was broken and offered to fix it for less than what I would have paid if I had gone to Best Buy or another local technician. Their service was fast, both guys were friendly and he even fixed my laptop lid which turned out to be broken. If that's not a Christmas gift then I don't know what is. I am truly grateful and if ever I need my laptop or PC to be cleaned or repaired, this is where I will go. You should too.

I took my older Sony notebook for repair, the battery needed replacement. I didn't have to leave it, I left a small deposit, they ordered the battery and when it came in, it took 3 hours and they called me, it didn't cost much. Great service and very pleasant staff. Thank you.

I was referred their for a repair of a Dell All-In-One. Nasser and his associate are super pleasant and polite to work with. They did the repair quickly and affordably. I like their intake system that generated a receipt and a label for my unit. I knew right there that they are organized and responsible. Couldn't have been a better.

This is an amazing store for all your computer needs. I built my own computer, and when things stopped working and I couldn’t figure out why, I sent it to this shop. The owners were very polite and knowledgeable from the start.
