Their policy is to install a brand new battery if you buy it from apparently if you go there and hour and 30 minutes before closing is too late for them
One their own trucks was in Rutherford almost caused a 2 car accident, then brake checked and beeped at a car when he was in the wrong and then proceeded to flip someone off. Will never go to this store if this the type of people they have working for them.
I just want to say that Jazmin was the best ! She know all the information about the store. Products about my car. She even came out to look and see exactly what was wrong on the outside of my car. I had a scratch and she knew exactly what to get it out with she is very smart knowledgeable understanding has really great customer Service. I will recommend her anytime you walk into the Store she can assist you she is great!!! Thank you Jazmine.
Bought a headlight for a 2004 Chevy Malibu, I know I told the man what I needed. Went to put it in and it didn't fit. Checked the old light and saw it was a 9005 not a 9006 light. I just went to return it and the same guy was there I told him I said I needed it for a 2004 and he said oh I put 2003. He told me he won't switch it because he said I told him 2003. I know I said 2004. He then became belligerent to me when I questioned it and he said I should have said the right year. Like I don't know what I drive!? Sorry this is terrible the manager then came out and told me to leave. I am very upset. Not how people should do business you make a mistake you own it.
Don’t waste your time coming into this store if you want to return an item that you bought in different “advanced auto parts”
Apparently they accept return or exchange only if you bought it this location
Definitely don’t come here if you need some car maintenance suggestions, not sure if they know what they are doing. They need some lessons on customer service. I definitely would not recommend this location and /or staff…
Spend a lot of money at this place between three vehicles I’m doing all my own work. Are use my phone number at the register every time conveniently when I go to return my core it’s never in a system
Went there to see if they can help me with my oil and can someone could take a look at it for me.just want an opinion. The manager said we don't do that, that how they treat there customers, And he continues to text on his phone I will never go there again, I know they don't care
Avoid this place at all costs. I asked before I purchased an item if they could install it, they said yes. Then after I purchased it, they said no. Definitely do you business elsewhere!
Staff is very accommodating, i purchased straps , they broke while i was in transit with a motorcycle....two straps broke , but they exchange , and i purchased more cleaning products ....balance was $....4

the manager on duty was very helpful. I needed a miscellaneous side marker bulb for my vehicle and he located it quickly on the computer. It stated they had eight in stock. But when he went to find it there were none out on the floor. He then went to the back and there were none in stock. Which was a bit disappointing because that's why I went there for. I then bought a steering wheel cover for this cold weather we've been having lately. It was the wrong size and they did not have any more in stock. He did test my battery in 22° weather which was above and beyond. Luckily I did not need a battery because maybe they would have not had it in stock either. Overall grade customer service but they have to get their stock up to par.
Came in for help, spoke to the manager had a gray shirt. No idea what I wanted, gave me a hard time. Extremely rude and picked up his personal cell phone and stopped helping me. What kind of service do you provide? 0/10 do not recommend rather waste more gas and go to Autozone
Refused to change my car battery, claiming that they won't do it if it takes longer than half an hour. I can get a car battery anywhere, the installation was the only reason I'd get it at Advance.
I love advance auto parts I was a napa costumer but the quality in the advance parts are better are way better recent purchase a catalic converter brakes rotors u might pay a little more but it is worth it !!
