These people are beyond rude. From the owner to the person who answers the phone. They lack in customer service. I wouldn't want any help from anyone who works here, with their attitudes to provide any services what so ever. I feel bad for the people that work here , I am almost certain they are treated poorly just by the way they treat people over the phone!
This is the thing, I called with the up most respect. You are not being truthful about how rude and nasty you guys were. I never called with the intentions to sell. Hence the reason you told me your needs , I called with the intentions to help my people find jobs. I called back after you rudely hung up on me to thank you for your time. I was never nasty like you guys. I was kind even after you weren’t . You name calling me proves right! Im happy and well manned in real life as well as kind I know I will go far. They need to improve their customer services. Treat customers better and be more professional and courteous. The fact that they're the only UD dealer in the region makes them more careless.

What a great experience. I brought in my truck with the fuel injector problem they completed my work that I needed done plus also looked over my truck and advise me of anything else that might need to be done in the near future what a great company
I went there for CHECK ENGINE LIGHT on a UD 2600, the truck was loosing power and creating smoke from the exhaust. They diagnosed that the fuel injection pump was bad. We waited 1 month and paid 6k for replacement. We got the truck, there wasn't a check engine light. The truck drove good for 800 miles. After that same thing happened, we returned the truck waited for another month and we got the truck back. SAME PROBLEM. We went to different mechanic, when we put the truck on the computer there was a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, nothing on the dashboard. So they either removed the bulb or the fuse. How can you do that to costumers? After spending 6k here and not fixing the truck i would never recommend this place to anyone

I've been a client at Cheeler Truck Service for the past 15 years , our company have bought approximately a dozen trucks , although trucks like vehicles have issues do to wear inter , drivers being rough on the equipment or simply factory defects , we've always been treated well which means that the problem was taking care of one way or the other either under the long extensive warranty or out of pocket not only that the general manager Spencer was fair price wise his careless was shown by how fast he'd push thr truck out of his shop cause he knew we needed the trucks to continue our business. The parts manager Winson is simply outstanding always taking care of us with a smile on the highest professional level , his knowledge & extensive experience is just remarkable , he simply always thinks outside the box to resolve& fix the issue. Buying a truck was always a positive experience simply a straight shooter for quality product, just a suggestion always get the extended Warranty on any brand new truck as soon as you buy it , simply incorporate it into the payments. I always reccomand to all my business ess acquaintances to use Scheller's services @ the end they always thank us for the reccomandation .

I won't recommend nobody to take they truck to this place for service..... I took my UD truck for repair they must up the generation system and I wind up lossing my truck buy new one I think these people Don't know how to fix or repair trucks.
Called the parts department looking for a radiator, asked for a part # and the woman on the phone said "nope, can't give you that" and hung up. Very rude. I have 5 Freightliners and 1 UD, with treatment like this, makes me regret I bought a UD since this is the only dealer around the area. Will have to work around them.
