I found Prime Auto Imports online and there was a Lexus that I was interested in. It took me more than 2 and half hours to get there but Gabriel and Prime Auto Imports team gave me the best service that I could get. I’m so happy with my new Lexus. Thank you so much! We experienced excellent communication, honesty, and professionalism from this dealership. We dealt primarily with Gabriel and secondarily with Kevin, and they were both a pleasure to work with. We live 350 miles away from the dealer in Buffalo, NY, and were initially a little skeptical about buying a car unseen, not driven, and on-line, but it is exactly as advertised, and they arranged to have it shipped to us within 48 hours of payment. Recently bought a car at this place. I was very specific with my needs and I explained Kevin what I was looking for. Didn’t he show me just one Car but several different ones. He was very patiently answering all my questions. This wasn’t the only dealership I was looking for a car at, but I’m glad I ended up over here. While buying a car there’s not much room for negotiation, but when I did start negotiating, nobody’s attitude was change and they did decrease the price of the vehicle. Came out from the dealership driving the car I liked, and it was a pleasure doing business with them. The whole process went smooth. they definitely got one more happy customer.

Great experience getting a car from these guys, Gabe did right by me. I was looking for a tl type s with a manual, not a lot of those so I was looking far enough away that even being located in upstate SC I saw a fantastic example they had listed at a really fair price. Never bought a car remotely before so I was a bit nervous but he answered every question honestly, sent pics and video of whatever I wanted (including flaws) and now I have my dream daily in my driveway. No bs, what they're advertising is what you're buying.

I purchased a vehicle here at the end of March, beginning of April. One thing I believe in is giving credit where credit is due, the staff are great and kind people! However I waited to write this review in hopes that the dealership would resolve this situation and experience where leaving the dealer I was confident in possibly purchasing another vehicle here in the near future however now realize that probably will not be happening. In my test drive, I noticed a strange sound coming from the front of the vehicle. I addressed the concern and the mechanic on site deemed there to be no issues. Very shortly after purchasing the vehicle (I want to say day 2 of having the vehicle), the check engine light came on showing miss fires and the traction control and ABS light would flash for a short duration and stop leaving a solid engine light. I advised the shop and the only thing they did was swap the existing spark plugs around not replacing them. Furthermore, I advised them the issue had gotten worse and was told to bring it to a mechanic and go through the warranty. The warranty company denied the claim I’ve also had to pay for 2 tows to get this vehicle checked out and a diagnosis fee and my truck is still not useable. I’m extremely disappointed because I put a lot of trust in the dealer and in return, I purchased a very expensive lawn ornament. Until I can afford to get it fully repaired which is looking to be a lot more than anticipated.

From start to finish it was a great experience here. Not only are their online list prices accurate, but they charge no dealer fees and are very up front about the prices. Gabe was great to work with and sat with us all day to make sure we had all our information correct and that we were happy. He even helped me out when it came to enrolling in a new insurance plan which he didn’t need to do. Purchased a 2018 Mustang GT Premium in great condition. When I noticed the emergency break was very loose, they fixed it right away for me before I even left the lot. I would definitely recommend giving Prime Auto your business as you won’t get any of the typical dealer vibes or tricks!

Had just moved to the state and needed a new car. Prime Auto had a great inventory of used imports including the 2010 Lexus GS 350 I ended up buying. Kevin was very responsive on text and phone so I was there a day or two later for the test drive. During the test drive we both noticed the alignment was slightly off and he was quick to offer to get it fixed, which of course they did as soon as it was possible. It’s been a number of weeks now and the car still looks, runs, and drives great. And that’s all I can really ask for from a 15 year old car with 140k miles. Of course it’s a Lexus so it’s barely hitting puberty, but still, good to have no bad surprises. It’s been good to work with a family business. I was dealt with fairly. Everyone was very helpful. They were clear and direct with me. I am very pleased with my purchase. 5/5 would recommend for fine used cars.

This was the first time I ever trusted a “small” dealership, and I am VERY HAPPY that I did. This is the third car we bought this year, the first two we used “big” dealerships, and we got okay deals but that’s only because we stayed firm with what we wanted and spent 2 weeks negotiating and leaving and getting phone calls and coming back, on and on. Now who wants that, especially when you have 2 little kids to chase around at home ? Looking back, I wish we found these guys sooner. They are a family business that doesn’t play games or deal with gimmicky added fees and ridiculous pricing you have to fight down. And the best part is, you actually get to work with the owners themselves, no mystery manager game or any of that crap. Doing the paperwork was a breeze, I said I don’t want an extended warranty, their answer was no problem ! Signed everything with a fair price, and I was out driving the truck in an hour. That’s expertise at work. If you see a car here and are wondering if the price is “too good to be true, what’s the catch” trust me. There isn’t a catch. They just know that if you present pricing that is fair, you will have volume.

I bought a jeep Cherokee from prime auto imports about 3 years ago and it was the best experience and most honest deal. Haven’t had any issues with the jeep yet. Now that my 17 year old needed a car I knew exactly who to contact, Gabe!!!! He explained every detail of the transaction and the service was above and beyond! I will always be a return customer as long as they’re around!

I had 4 car dealership planned to go to but my old car wouldn't make it. My dear friend Kevin drove me to NJ and while trying to get the addresses my phone kept pointing me to the last one I was going to because it was the furthest away, not by much. I thought the universe was giving me signs so I bailed on the others and we drove to Prime Auto Imports. By the end of the day I knew I had made the right choice. We were greeted at the door by a couple of young men I thought were also car shopping, they were the owner's sons, Gabriel and Kevin. They took my info and were genuinely concerned that my credit, which was decent before I started shopping, had gotten knocked down by several points from the other dealers doing a deep dive into the credit bureaus. When Adel, the owner, came in they explained my situation. I kid you not when I tell you from that point on they would've moved Heaven and Earth to make sure everything went thru. If your credit is not the greatest they can find a way to allow you to do what I did... Drive away with my new 2011 Mercedes C300 Sport 4 Matic on the same day. 😲🤗😎👍🏽 Prime Auto Imports CARES about YOU as much as the deal. They worked their butts off to make it happen for me and seeing as they'd never met me before, I'm going to say they will do the same for YOU. They have the BEST cars, the BEST selection, and the BEST prices. Add to that the BEST, most knowledgeable salesmen, all family, and you've got a winning combination. Gabe was an excellent salesman and worked with me on the price of the car. I like that this was a family business and you are not a number. Gabe personally delivered my car and I live an hour away and he gave us a Three month warranty on the car. I will be buying another car from Gabe.

Let's see. Initially I had planned to write a short American Novel praising Gabriel and Prime Auto Imports on their excellent prices, service and how smooth the whole process was, but I can see from the other reviews that it has all been done before. They are not wrong. So, to summarize: Gabriel is quite possibly the nicest, kindest, most straightforward salesman (of any kind), that I have ever dealt with. He answered every question, was never pushy or even remotely shady. He made the process smooth and pleasant. This after visiting a couple other dealerships, where a good price gets you into the door, but once you start talking to those delinquents -all the while feeling like snakes are going through your skin- always turned out the price would go up anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000 from the price they had listed in their websites. Plus the constant push trying to sell you packages/financing and other crappola. I don't know how these places stay in business. By contrast, Gabe at Prime Auto didn't even try any of this and more importantly, even agreed to a discount when asked for it -no haggling, not buts, just a "Sure, we can do that! - I was shocked. I guess I'm not used to this kind of great service. Also, no dealer fees. Gabriel even surprised us by letting us know the car still has about a year and/or some 34K miles of the original manufacturer warranty left on the engine and drive train. SAY WHAT?! Also, their selection and prices are excellent, too. When we stopped there, we started to second guess our first choice since there were so many great cars and SUVs at great prices, excellent conditions and low mileage. By the way, the car was for my parents (happy customer pictures attached) and we all feel extremely happy with the purchase. Car is in pristine condition, drives like a dream and the price was some 2 - 3K below the Blue Book value if I remember correctly. Full CarFax report provided as well. If this isn't enough for you to realize that you should definitely give Prime Auto Imports a visit before you go anywhere else, I don't know what will. I will certainly return when I need a vehicle and will refer anyone in need of one (and already have sang the praises to family and friends that inquire about the nice new car). Well, look at that, it ended up turning into a small essay. I guess it can't be helped when the service is this good. Thank you Gabriel and Prime Auto Imports!
