I saw a SUV I was interested in purchasing as my first car. Called the dealership before traveling an hour and a half by train n bus from NEW YORK and the sales person over the phone was not professional at all. Should have been red flag number 1 but I really wanted this to be my 1st vehicle…. Took the trip out there to see the vehicle and test drive. After viewing, it was not in condition that was shown online. Plastics for the seat broken and held up by zip ties, seat controls not working, indicators not working, seat belt isnt even hooked up, tire has a leak. I told the sale person I wasn’t pleased and he brushed my concerns away saying that’s something easy to fix (these aren’t things I should be worrying about fixing when you are quoting me the kind of price u are expecting me to pay). I stated that those are simple things that should have already been dealt with even as small as the seat belt. Sales rep said thank you and walked away with an attitude. After buying a 1 way ticket from NY expecting to drive back home with my new car, I was now stuck in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours waiting in the cold for a next bus home. Dealer is unprofessional and not helpful at all !!!!!!

So I bought a So I bought a 2016 Jeep renegade usually I will have good things to say this is my sixth car that I bought from now Mike he’s always great. He’s cool but I woke up this morning. Remind you. I just bought the car Thursday woke up this morning to all these codes on my car check engine light so I call up there literally just now at like 930 when they finally answered the phone so I let them know I bought a car I have the 30 day warranty. He gonna tell me the car will be a drop off. I gotta drop it off Monday and pick it up on a Wednesday and then I asked y’all give me a loaner car. He stated no so I just paid you $10,000 for a car on a Thursday and a check engine light came on Saturday so that only needs me to believe that the codes were erased and then the brakes wasn’t fixed the brakes sound like I’m dragging a big box and for them to treat me how I’m being treated. I should’ve been a valued customer, knowing that I keep spending my money when I come up there, but I can guarantee you. This is the last time I’ll be by the car. The only way that this review can change if my car get fixed immediately under the warranty that I have with this car company with that being said let’s see what happens after this. You get posted because that’s not OK. Talk about it. It’s gonna be a drop off. No it’s not gonna be a drop off if you keep saying oh we gonna fix ain’t no engine ain’t no fix the engine light it’s fixed what is called in the engine light like are you dumb and it has a remote start and then this morning I hit the remote start all of a sudden it goes off now

Mike the salesman that I met at Bloomingdale Auto Group was very busy when I first arrived to the lot. However, he still made the time to let me view all the cars I was interested in. The most laid back salesman I’ve ever met. He did not rush me nor did he pressure me to take the first car I test drove. He was very patient and allowed me to take my time to make my decision which was very hard by the way as there were so many cars I was interested in and that were in my price range which was around $1500-$2000 which was not much but I was determined to find something that day as that was like the 4th or 5th dealership I went to. He even allowed me and my brother to test drive the car alone which was a first as that’s never happened to me before. **Side note: I definitely recommend that you bring someone who is knowledgeable about cars with you like I did, that way you can be sure you make the right choice and you don’t miss any crucial details**Once we test drove a 2nd car and checked out everything to make sure it was to my liking, I purchased it the same day and took it home without any issues. I inquired about the title and was told that it would be mailed to me. I was a little bit wary on that part so I insisted to pick it up once it was ready and Mike completely understood and told me to call the next business day before coming to the office to pick it up. The car was purchased on a Friday and I was able to pick up the title on the following Wednesday which was a few days later. I ended up going to their location in Butler which I was ok way as it was closer to me then their Bloomingdale location.Once I got their Chris and their friendly staff was able to swiftly assist me with retrieving my title. I was then able to go to the MVC with it and registered the car with no issues. I’m really happy with my purchase and want to thank Mike with Bloomingdale Auto Group for the amazing car shopping experience. Which was a 10/10. Highly recommend!!

ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! Absolutely unacceptable experience. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership over five months ago, and to this day, I still have not received the title. Despite countless phone calls and follow-ups, they have failed to provide a clear resolution or timeline. To make matters worse, their so-called “solution” was to offer me a different vehicle — but only if I paid the price difference, as if this entire situation was somehow my fault. Unfortunately I also seemingly picked the best car out of their shitty selection so I want MY title to MY car that I paid for. Selling a vehicle without a title is not only unethical, it’s illegal. And to add to the matter, I also paid an additional $589 in Registration and Title fees when I wasn’t even provided the title and I still have to register it at the DMV in my state! They only gave me a temporary plate and temporary registration, good for one month. This dealership has shown a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service. I now have a vehicle I can’t register, drive legally, or resell — and no valid ownership documentation to show for it. Avoid this place at all costs. They are not trustworthy, and once they have your money, you’re on your own. I will be filing complaints with the DMV, the Attorney General’s office, and pursuing legal action if necessary.

I strongly advise against doing business with Bloomindale Auto Group. My daughter purchased a car from them, and within just a week, it had serious issues that required immediate repairs. To make matters worse, they refused to provide her with the license plates, claiming it would cost her an additional $400 to process them. When I requested to see the contract she signed, the representative outright refused to show it to me, which raises serious concerns about their transparency and practices. My daughter had already paid the DMV fees, and yet they still expressed reluctance to assist her further. Overall, it feels like Bloomindale Auto Group is more interested in taking your money than providing any form of customer care or service. I urge others to avoid this dealership if you value honesty and integrity.

I had an awful experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2003 Nissan Altima, and it only made it about 10 miles down the road before breaking down completely. When I contacted the dealership, they refused to take responsibility or offer any help with repairs. Communication was also extremely difficult the person I dealt with was hard to understand, and I never got clear answers about the car’s condition. This place sells unreliable vehicles and doesn’t stand behind what they sell. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

EDIT: I took off a star because I just found out I was lied to about the ‘minor’ part I needed for the wipers. The shop manager said it was a $40 part. Turns out it’s over $600. So I’m pretty sure if they lied about that, they absolutely knew about the other issues. Be cautious is all I can say. And yes, I have a photo of THEIR shop computer showing the $40 part they told me the car needed. I’ve now spent almost what I paid for the car just to fix it for my kid. They also say they don’t charge any taxes, but added $589 to the cost of my car for “processing of registration and title”. Even though I have to pay for that again to get a permanent tag and transfer the title to my name. Why 3 stars? I drove 2 hours from Philly with my teenager to look at a 2008 mini cooper (red, her dream car). I had a great interaction with the staff here. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The carfax showed 1 owner, one minor fender bender and good maintenance records. Took the car for a short test drive, since I don’t know the area and didn’t want to get lost. They had to clear all the snow off the car and move another out of its way. Again, super nice guys. Test drive went okay. Noticed the wipers didn’t work and asked about this. They were very honest that they switched out the piece for another mini and reduced the price on this car for that reason. Ok, no biggie. The honesty was appreciated and my mechanic can easily fix this. Made the deal and drove away, with my teenager following me in my car. 45 minutes into my drive home I get off the highway and hit a red light..the car putters. Next red light, putters again and stalls. Check engine light comes on. I put in park and it starts right back up but engine light stays on. Every single light for the next hour I had to put the car in park and slightly rev engine to keep RPMs above 1. Three weeks later I find out the car needs a new timing again and I’m out another $2,000. I was not given any warranty. It’s a 2008 but only had about 100k miles. My mechanic called and was told no type of warranty would be applied. So, 3 stars because I really can’t say if they knew about this timing chain issue or not. Apparently it’s a known problem with Minis. Wish I did more homework before shopping.

My wife and I bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS on 1/21/25.They treated us with respect, gave us a reasonable price for a great vehicle and the car was nearly brand new with 73,000 miles. The vehicle was in great condition for the price we bought it for. It was more then what we expected for and I recommend this place to everyone who want to purchase an amazing vehicle of your dreams with awesome customer service from the workers and business owner himself.. you will not be disappointed G.Santana..

I was very satisfied with buying a car at Bloomingdale’s Auto Sales. I needed to purchase a car as I recently had an accident. I had a total loss of a car that I had for a week. I went to numerous auto sales locations and wasn’t happy with their service or pricing. At Bloomingdale’s Auto Sales, Saied was able to help me obtain the car I wanted and obtain a finance plan in an efficient manner- everything was done within a few hours including financing, insurance, plates, registration and I left a Happy Customer - I wish I came here first before wasting all the time and energy at other car sale facilities. I strongly recommend Bloomingdale’s Auto Sales and their helpful staff.

WORST CAR AGENCY ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I bought my car on April 15 (Chevrolet Malibu) and I only used it a month cuz I have to travel out of the US for 3 months. Now I’m back and my car doesn’t even work anymore. NOBODY USED my car when I was out of state. I contacted the agency to tryna see what they can do for me cuz I paid more than 4000$ for that car and they refused to help. The guys was talking to me rudely like I was renting the car while I paid cash for my car. They perfectly knew that the car gonna die soon cuz that car has more than 100k mileage. They already got my money so they don’t care about what’s happening … I don’t recommend you this agency at all They just need money that’s it. They don’t care if the car has a problem or whatever.

This is an update to my review from a few months ago. The car that I bought had left me stranded THREE times. Two days after I bought it, head gasket blew. I replaced the entire engine. I really do like the car and I figured a new lower like engine, this thing would run forever. Not even 24 hours later I blew the passenger side strut, went to replace it and guess what? Brake pad hardware just missing or broken.. who needs to stop their car, right? Two mismatched struts! Popped the tire off to change the strut and there was an old bubble in the tire that someone obviously tried to hide by flipping the wheel. I can’t even believe that this place can call themselves a legitimate business! They’re screwing people!! Stay as far away from these scam artists as you can. I ended up paying more for repairs than I did for the car over the course of 8 months. Never never again will I trust these people!!!

94 miles, almost 2 hours one way later and we left the lot without a vehicle. It takes a lot of energy for me to drive far distance, but my husband and I took the drive because we saw a car that would be great for me to commute to my doctor appointments for a reasonable price. Knowing that it would take us a little while to get to Bloomingdale Auto Group, we specifically told Mike that we were on our way but are driving from far. He gave us the total for the vehicle with taxes and fees. Much to our disappointment, we pulled up to Mike selling the same vehicle we drove 2 hours and 94 miles to purchase, right before our eyes. Trying to keep a level head and reason with Mike, we asked him why he sold the vehicle knowing that we were on our way. His response? “A lot of people say they are coming. We sell it to whoever gets here first.” Why then should a person call in advance? Why then should anyone send an online inquiry if you are not going to keep to the appointments? We are beyond disappointed. Not only did he waste our time, we wasted gas, tolls, and for me, energy. I understand this is a business, but don’t waste people’s time if you don’t have any intention of honoring appointments. Honesty and transparency are key to a successful business. I do not recommend this establishment.

Let me tell you, this place was sketchy. Went to look at a car, got in it, it was obviously messed up, the driver seat was broken, then the clock spring in the steering wheel was broken, the guy said that the car didn’t have any issues and that it was supposed to be like that.. we showed him the issues and he said “don’t worry, I fix”. I said nevermind to that car and picked another one, the car had 150k miles on it. I knew it wasn’t low mileage by any means, I drove it, didn’t hear or feel any issues so I brought it home. This dealership has failed to do the most basic of maintenance. The car left me stranded on the side of the highway because the ignition coils failed and it was misfiring, whatever.. I replaced those, thought that would be the end of it. Few weeks later the brakes were making an obnoxious sound, took the wheel off to figure out what was up, whoever their “master mechanic” was at this place installed the brakes incorrectly, and missing parts. Broke the hardware that holds the pads in place, and lost the springs that retract the pads. Whatever, I bought new and replaced those as well. Now the car needs a belt and a new tensioner and pulley. Apparently the oil was just changed before I purchased the vehicle, the oil was way overfilled and the oil filter looks years old. Does this place just take zero pride in the vehicles they sell? They’re selling lemons that will require a lot of work. Find a vehicle elsewhere unless you feel like dumping additional hundreds of dollars into your “new to you” car. Stay away!

You can't even talk to the receptionist for the warehouse. I was trying to explain to her that I just bought a car there and the same day I took the car that the brakes weren't working. The dealer ordered the car part needed and they told me it arrived. She told me we don't have any appointments you need to wait 2 weeks. I try to explain the situation to her and she hung up on me.

I went to Bloomingdale auto group to purchase a Nissan and I ended up buying a Kia. I love the way I was treated, like family. Sometimes it's not all business, everyone values family. If you are looking to by a car where you will be treated with respect and value, I recommend this dealership office. I wasn't disappointed and neither would you.

If I could rate this lot zero stars I would. I saw a car from here on CARFAX and went up to go look at it. The specific car that I went for they said had minor issues and that they would refer me to a better and more reliable car. They showed me a Nissan Altima, which was very clean, drove relatively smooth and had no apparent issues. I bought the car, and immediately when I parked it at home I could tell something was wrong. The windows kept going down by themselves. Four days after having my car, it did not start one morning on my way to school. I brought it to my mechanic and just to start there were $1700 worth of repairs to be done. The wrong battery was in, I needed a new radiator, a new alternator, the fender was missing, and three tires had no pressure sensors. I could not get my money back so Bloomingdale’s Auto Group offered to fix everything for free. When I brought it home from being repaired it stopped twice in the highway. Again, I had to bring it to my mechanic where they informed me, the battery was out in backwards, nobody fixed the radiator, and my alternator was still no good. I do not recommend this lot it caused more trouble than anything, and they false advertised their product and put their customer in multiple very dangerous situations knowingly.

These guys gave me great service. I came to check out a 2005 Honda pilot and although it was a great car, I actually found a better one 2008 Hyundai Tuscan. They were able to change my oil and and review any minor issues that was there. Awesome service!

Got a great deal on a good car. Mike was very helpful and straightforward. They made sure it was safe for me to drive home and even replaced a few brake parts. When I picked it up, it was nice and clean. Very pleased with my car I got there.

Amazing experience with Mike. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I was choosing my first car. He was very informative and allowed me to test drive all the cars I had in mind for purchase. 10/10 recommend this dealership. This was my first time buying a car and I didn’t feel scared about the process. Mike helped guide me and my mother every step of the way with his exceptional customer service!

I went in looking for a car. I needed a car to continue my daily chores. I didn’t have too much money to spend. I came in and talked to Omar and Layth. They were so helpful. They gave me honest answers and honest prices. Showed me everything and didn’t hide anything from me unlike other dealerships in the area. I had such a fun time in the dealer ship where I didn’t even see the time. I was in and out within an hour. I was able to get a good cheap car that’s going to last me 5+ Years. Car was great and I’m very happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend coming here. Especially for first time Buyers.

11/22/2018 Mr. Omar, First, I must say WOW! I was shock with the experience from beginning to end. I must say I enjoyed the excellent customer service that I received from Omar. It’s a good lesson for other sales person to learn how to treat their customers. He made me feel very comfortable, he was patient with any questions that was asked of him and also provided a lot of clarity, when it came to purchasing my car. He also did not pressure me to purchase anything that I didn’t want he stayed focus on what I came to purchase. He went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with the sale. To anyone who is looking for a car ASK FOR OMAR at the Garfield office. You wouldn’t regret you experience it was well worth it. No one is asking me to say anything this is my personal experience that I had with him and I hope everyone else that comes to the office will have that same experience. Thank you Omar great job.

I bought a 2010 Altima from this dealership and had a very pleasant experience... We went there on Saturday and the place was very busy - it seemed disorganized and hectic at first, but Juan approached us and quickly arranged a test drive. We liked the car, they showed us the Carfax without an issue and we quickly made a deal with Mo, the owner. There was one small issue to where the muffler was making too much noise (punctured), which they promised to fix while I went home to get the money. They called me 30 minutes later and said that the muffler needs to be replaced, but that they will honor the price we agreed on and to get the car on Monday. I picked up the car yesterday, the muffler is fixed (and he showed me the old one, which could have been patched if they wanted to trick me) and they even recharged the A/C without me asking for it. We also walked out with a 6 month warranty on engine and drivetrain. Buying a used car is always a gamble, but I feel these guys were honest and tried to provide the best customer service they could. I definitely recommend you give them a chance and look beyond the first appearance of their overcrowded lot.

Best experience I've had at a used car dealer yet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to see and test drive several cars until I chose the right one. Moe is a great salesman & is definitely a man of his word. Car runs perfectly with no issues at all. I am very satisfied with my car and would definitely recommend Bloomingdale auto group if you're looking for a used car for a great deal!
