This place is affordable, reliable and punctual. That is key when dealing with repairs. Rudge found out what was wrong with my car, called immediately to tell me and gave an estimate and was done at a reasonable time. Also, their work was estimated a third of the price than if I went somewhere else. I highly recommend.
Great caring service. I had a battery/charging issue with my vehicle and the owner called the dealer to help me get it covered by the manufacturer even though I was out of warranty. You don’t find many companies that would do that.
Great business, great people! Mike did work on my 14yr old truck, before any repairs were made he kindly asked me to come to the shop so he could show me a few repairs that really needed to be done, all due to age, and living in the north east and he explained in detail what and why it needed to be done. He Kept in contact with me throughout the entire process of repairs. Truck runs better then anytime I’ve owned it!! I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for any future repairs! Thanks Mike and company!!!!
We were on our way to work and had a flat tire. Frank fixed the tire in a half hr. A patch and a plug. Kind, curteous and best of all FAST! Thank you Frank! Now I won't be so late to work!
I found a potential used car online, being sold by a nearby business. For a very reasonable price their lead mechanic looked it over, and pointed out about $1,000 worth of crucial repairs. We got a different car because of their service. Best $XX I ever spent. They were helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. If I lived closer to them they'd be my go-to garage for sure.
We had damage done to our leased vehicle shortly before we had to return it. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money since it would be returned within a few weeks. Mike fixed it for us expertly and we couldn’t ask for a better price! I would highly recommend them!
We have had problems with my husbands car for years. After dumping literally thousands of dollars into it at other mechanics, the mechanics at Rudge we’re able to identify and fix the problem quickly and inexpensively. We are now bringing both our cars there. My sister in law had the same experience with her car. After spending $2000 at another mechanic to “fix” her car, they were able to identify and really fix her problem too. Couldn’t be happier.
Was rear ended to the point where my car wasn't drivable and Mike came to get the car and, as it turns out, he was also able to expertly fix the damage so that I could get my car back in time for a vacation trip.

If I could give 0 start I would. HORRIBLE place for your car to get towed. The owner Mike wouldn’t move a finger to help me out. Terrible customer service. Plus when I got to the place to pick up my car there was nobody there I had to wait inside of the gas station for HOURS until a driver arrived and I could finally pay. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOW YOUR CAR You will regret it.
My family goes to Rudge Towing for everything for all of our vehicles including oil changes, tires and brakes. Mike has also done a lot of body work on my grandmother's car. We feel comfortable getting the work done that Mike suggests. Very convenient Bloomingdale location.
